So it’s ok for them to give you the wrong product and when you realize it they can’t exchange it when it was clearly their fault to begin with . I use to like this store but I would rather go the extra 5 or miles to the next beauty supply store than to give them anymore of my money.

Extremely over priced they have everything listed at least 3-4 dollars more than any other store ive ever been to i do hair i go in for just ebin edge control 1 time its 8.99 for a very very small one the shine and jam is like 8.99 also not the biggest one braiding hair so over priced everything is super expensiveeeee

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS SUPPORT BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES LIKE JB BEAUTY SUPPLY 👏🏼 they are nothing but rude and they claim to close at 7:30 online but every single time i go in there BEFORE 7 o clock they refuse my service and say they are closed when all they are doing is sitting around laughing not wanting to work. they don’t even lock the doors or turn the open sign off they simply just tell you they are closed when they don’t feel like working. even when i am able to shop they stare and follow you like you don’t belong in there. everyone i know hates this place and i have no idea how they’re still in business.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They sell black products but do not like black people. They are completely rude and very over priced. They lied to my boyfriend and said they only took cash and never take cards. But when I go they tell me they take cards and never cash. They just do not want to service us! That’s fine, we take our business else where.

I RECOMMEND JB BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE. Theyre black owned, you get better service all around and they have what you need. When my mom went to this place she asked how much a human hair wig cost, he said its too expensive, dont touch it and put it on the top shelf so she couldnt reach it. This is a company thats supposed to cater to black people yet they disrespect our business, integrity, and black people overall but they want our money though.. Im only giving them a star because I have to in order to post. This place is trash. SeletiinSis limited, prices high, customer service awful. Dont waste time or money here. I purchased hair for a quick weave on Saturday. Started doing my hair on Sunday and when I got to the last bundle and started opening it. The hair was melted. The store is closed on Sundays so I fixed my hair up enough to make it through work that night. Go in today and explain what happened to the so called supervisor and she said either buy a new pack at full price or take some from the back and move it to where I need it. Didnt even try to meet me half way. I will never shop here again!

I only shop here because its convenient but I must say that the customer service is terrible. They stalk you the entire time youre shopping as if everyone is a thief and they can be very rude. The prices are ridiculously high and they dont even carry name brand hair like other beauty supply stores. The only thing they get out of me is a few dollars for a wig cap or rubber bands!

Rude, and nasty service. You dont need to pay for nasty attitude. The try on area is so dull in lighting and the vanity dresser was cluttered with stuff on it. Plus the vanity was sitting in a area cluttered by boxes and junk. Come on who wants to try on hair in area that just plain junkie. The store sale person kept watch on me. She literally got her book and stood in the ile pretending to look at it. I had heard bad comments from customers but I wanted to stop by any way because it is close to home. Well I guess Ill be going back to Kiwi.

I wouldnt recommend this beauty supply store to anyone. They always change prices on their hair that isnt the best quality in the first place, if its not already over priced! If you are not knowledgeable the guy there will take advantage of that moment with no integrity for the customer!

Cant even try on wigs with them standing there watching you the whole time and on top of that they charge $1 to put a wig cap on to even try on a wig! Where they do that at like really. Was going to buy something but staring at me the whole time isnt going to cut it.

They were not very friendly nor were they knowledgeable about products that they carry. How can you work in a Black beauty supply store but not know general information on products utilized for certain hair. I was looking for a treatment utilized on Brazillian hair to make it look new again because I plan on bleaching what I just purchased from elsewhere. They had no idea what I was speaking of, didnt practice active listening skills to hear what I was describing and instead pointed down an isle that carried natural products. Upon getting his co worker whom is a cosmotologist to assist, they began talking in their native language, again she didnt active listen and said, most of yall buy this, and if thats not it then I dont know. Those two aisles contain products for you, so you can go look! I said thats alright I go somewhere else. First of all who is yall, and secondly do I look like most when Im asking a specific question for some thing that I need.

The employees were definitely following my sister and I around the store. Absolutely ridiculous! Will not be returning to this establishment again.

At first glance it looks amazing due to size, but dont let it fool you. It is a bunch of overpriced nothing. Dont know how theyre still in business.. my guess is not much longer. Over priced for synthetic hair. Like $60+Overbearing customer service (wont just let you shop) keeps trying to sell you things. Pressure to purchase even if youre just browsing. Off brand weave hair over priced $45+ For short lengths like 12 inches (this is not even behind the counter yet) No main brands like remy,Milky Way,yaky or equal. Just bad. If you want a decent beauty supply with better customer service in this area go to Sasha Beauty Supply in Euless.

They are very rude, the hair is BAD quality, and they make up prices. Each time I go in there, the lady is always eating. I asked to buy one bundle of Peruvian hair and she gone say, Im going to give you a holiday discout. She tried to sell if to me for 89 dollar when I told her I brought 3 of them offline for 72 dollars. She was not about to get my money
