Always helpful staff and well stocked! Much better customer service than the other stand alone store inside the mall on multiple occasions.

Amy at this Sephora deserves raise! I went in on my birthday and she gave me samples and the best customer service Ive ever seen! We love her, will be driving the extra miles to visit her for all our skin care needs!

Helpful staff. They helped me let go off triple digits in my bank account. Lol. Its refreshing to go into a place and have people who are ready and willing to help you! Plus, its was great getting feedback on a few things i was on the fence about getting.

I have gone in there 2 days in less than a weeks worth, trying to get a color match for a foundation and have received horrible customer service. Both days I waited at least 30 minutes and still did not get attended to yet other people who came in after me did. On the second visit I sat at the counter for at the very least 40min and just kept getting a Ill be with you shortly while yet again, others who came looking for the same service, who walked in after me, got attended to. I should be able to leave a beauty store feeling pretty instead of leaving feeling so ugly that no one wanted to attend to me.

Went to store and ask if i could be helped finding a foundation. Tina straight up told me No ... then continued with... well we got a 15 min Wait.... i said you are fine i just need to get more information about make up since i dont wear any. She said well its 15 min so one of us will find you.

They are short on staff, but they still delivered the best service. I went in the store looking to try Fenty. Amy helped me choose my shade and showed me how to apply it. She gave me a lot of tips. I mentioned I had eczema, which is something that some people are not comfortable with, but she was and even gave me a lotion that does miracles for it. Amy made my embarrassment about my eczema feel like it was no big deal. This woman is amazing and I cannot thank her enough.

I went in to purchase a few things. While i was there I decided I wanted to try a new foundation. I asked for a sample from the salesman.He took it from me without a smile or speaking a word. When I got home there wasnt even a color name on the sample. I was going to try it out the next day and I got half of my face done and there wasnt even a drop left in there. As much money as I spend in your store, I dont think asking for a sample that would last me a few days so I can see if I like it or not is asking to much. Plus a smile and a thank you for my purchase and knowing what color the foundation was would have been nice as well. Not the 1st time that has happened in this store. Sheila Yeates

Amy, the manager is AMAZING. Shes so friendly, I wish she could train all the new employees at every Sephora location in the country because she has a great personality. Even though its a small store, Amy makes a huge difference. Thank you for being so sweet Amy! Ill only come to this location from now on for my make up needs....dont go to the Southlake location where theyre rude and cold.

Im makeup retarded. For someone who loves to look like such a girlie girl, I have absolutely no idea how to achieve it. Thanks goodness for the employees at Sephora.Example 1 - My favorite Loreal lipstick has been discontinued. i took my mostly empty tube to the gals at Sephora, handed it to them and told them i need a color that matches the discontinued color as closely as possible. They quickly and effortlessly sooted around the store gathering tubes of lipstick form various brands, sat me down and walked me through finding a similar color to my favorite. I would have had no idea where to start in that mecca of makeup - but they did all the leg work for me! i love it!Example 2 - I recently got eyelash extensions (look for my review of The Lash Lounge coming soon). I can only apply mascara to them that is oil free/water based. Tonight I walked in, looked around for a bit and was quickly approached by an employee asking if I needed help. I told her what I needed and she knew right where to go! She handed me the mascara and said heres what ya need.The knowledgable employees there save me tons of time! i trust their judgment and theyve never done me wrong. Thanks ladies!!! Without you Id look like Shrek.
