I went in Friday and was greeted by one of the sweetest employees I have ever came across. I am a stay at home mom I was just running in quick and my hair was a mess .She treated me like a millon bucks .Its people like her that make me feel good about the shopping experience still because I was truly losing faith.i wish I. Would have caught her name because she deserves a applause .

They really have alot of good stuff! For car refresher, candles, hand sanitizer, wall refresher, body spray and so much more!

This store has a great selection of scented lotions, shower gels, body sprays, creams and other products. The sales floor employees are generally helpful and the displays are always orderly. Keep in mind that this location is inside the North East Mall.

Everyone is so eager to help. They let you still roam without hovering too much, and when you ask questions everyone is super knowledgeable about their products. If they cant find what youre asking/looking for they can get you something similar.

Great deals as usual. The deals were so great you had to stand in line to get in. But the line went fast.

Anitra was really rude ! We got call to her lane and she did not even greet us I had to greet her because she did not wanted to greet or get us she was free and she acted like she had called us already I’m sorry babes but it was a lot of people there we couldn’t hear you !

No social distancing at this location! They did not even come out and give us the shopping bags like other locations. No one checked on me in the store. No 50% off candles at all even when the SAS is not over. The check out was awful too. They let people went in front of me even tho I was there first.

They ran an ad for their candles one day only sale, but extended to three days, so by the time I went to order mine online they were sold out! Not just sold out but the morning of the original sale day... I was not informed about the sale that started the day before... I was upset online was sold out bc its DIFFICULT for me to PHYSICALLY go shopping bc I am a 24/7 caregiver.I called around to four stores to see how their supply of candles were on Saturday evening. While the salespeople were extremely nice, they were nearly sold out with waiting lines out their front door 30-45 long! I was very disappointed. I dont believe their marketers should have changed the date unless their sales were poor... And I dont believe they anticipated enough product for their ONLINE SALES ESPECIALLY WITH THE LOCKDOWN... But it would have at least been nice to go into a physical store and buy the candles... They were also out of their very popular GINGHAM fragrance line... I could get body spray and hand soap, but not their lotions or body wash in the GINGHAM... Very bad planning in my opinion. I ALWAYS have loved Bath and Body Works... BUT this year, they failed to produce enough product and their communications were off as well. This is unusual, but still very disappointing...The sales clerks were awesome even the ones on the phone.

Sales person(Joshua) was so heplful to both my Mother and I..we got in and out, no long lines.

I love this bath &body the most because they try to have a sample lotion or fragrance for every scent. Also the staff is super friendly and never fail to make you feel welcome. Every time I go I stay forever and buy everything; so they must be doing SOMETHING right.

They dont have much in terms of variety but the staff is very helpful and accommodating. Just dont go there for the 3 wick candles unless you are looking for the holiday scents.

Went to North East Mall in Texas and they no longer sell the scent that I love, but their employee, Channing, who was working the floor, helped me find something new that Id enjoy. She was amazing! If you go there, ask for her. SHES AWESOME!!

I purchased some soap but a few other things. The ladys on the floor were nice but I went to check to check out the lady was so rude you could tell she didnt want to help the customer. I ask her a couple of questions she glared at me and said I dont know. Well I hope she is just a holiday worker because she wasnt friendly at all. Well I understand stand it is the holiday time time and everyone in the store the employees were very nice but here. I would have here doing something in the the back of the store because I really dont think she want to be around anyone. Yes, I would try going backing to that store just hoping that lady is not there but everyone else was supper nice.

Friendly service and great selection. I wish I could get out of there on just 1 item, but with all the desks I cant. But 2 get 1 or buy 3 get 3. At first I thought great deal then realized as it looked on my basket that it was topped up with 7 items.. oh no. The math was off. Then I had to figure out, get 2 more or put 1 back. Like I said, it gets complicated.

I enjoying coming to this location because its fairly easy to get in and out of and the staff is . However, my experience today was not pleasant. I understand that it is the holiday season and everyone is in a mad dash to get their last minute gifts, but I honestly feel that the staff was extremely overwhelmed.I came in to make a return and waited for at least 10 minutes for the clerk to checkout 2 people. When I finally made it ro the front she didnt seem to understand how to do a return and left me standing there for about another 10-15 minutes as she repeatedly scans my items rather than stopping you ask questions. Its a busy time of year and you need seasoned clerks working the checkout in order to speed things up.

Beautiful location with friendly staff. The fall scents are returning to the store and the atmosphere is just incredible.

This is a big store with a lot to choose from but the manager on the other hand is rude as hell. If you ask an employee a question and they are unsure so they ask her. She rolls her eyes and answers with an attitude. Im like why? Your an employee expect to get questions asked. If you hate customers or questions being asked questions you shouldn’t be a manager. So if you love Bath & bodyworks go to the one in Lakeworth they are awesome!
