Great finds, awesome prices, friendly staff, super convenient location!

It could be better especially the cleanness. And it felt unsettling to walk in but luckily I had my adult grandson with us and I felt better.

Cashier service was horrible the cashier was telling a Coupner that she can use the coupons because the don’t take does but their DG coupon online and she even threatens to call cop on the poor girl that was trying to explain that the other items aren’t coupons. This is why you lose customers and sales. Cashiers like that should be fired for threatens customers with horse crab like that. Do a better job keep your employees if you want customers.

Cashier doesn’t know how the digital coupons and paper coupons work so they try getting rid of their customers with threats about calling police or with can’t take your items then. That’s bad customer services. If you got a attitude with customers do you think ppl will come back no that’s why you lose customers like this. Manager needs to check who they hire and how their employees work with customers. It’s going to go out of business thanks to employees like them. Overall everything in the store is nice and clean just bad customers services.

I like the Dollar General store. Its a very convenient place for me to shop without having to go to a bigger shopping market.

I go here often and I dont want to seem cruel. Employees seem pretty friendly and willing to help. But the inside of the store seems to be in disarray. Very unorganized. Boxes littering the aisles. I can always find what Im looking for eventually. It has a lot of potential, but just seems to be mismanaged.

Young female with curly short hair was very rude due to the fact thar “the machine“ was not working and was only excepting cash if you do not like your job find a job elsewhere your attitude is horrible.

Again spent to much money but the people were nice

Nothing but bad attitude from the two females working. She just glared at me when i asked her to check me out!!!!

We were there just before closing and as we walked in the associate somewhat rudely told us we had less than five minutes to get what we needed then proceeded to pretty much follow us around the store to remind us every minute how much time was left to get our items.

Dollar General is one of my favorite stores. They always carry many unique items & their prices are very reasonable. They have several locations that are convenient to our neighborhood. Several times a year they have great clearance sales that u dont want to miss. You can really get some awesome deals. You just have to be patient & willing to dig around all the clearance items.

One of the better dollar stores in Hurst!

This store is another one of my favorites. This location is larger than the one closer to me however I go to this due to the fact that: there are generally more helpful employees working on any given day.The atmosphere here is one of employees who love where they work and enjoy helping people out. I shop here regularly. For the above mentioned reasons and due to a bigger selection. Please visit and tell them I sent you.

Good deals for coupons. Average to lower pricing. Most stores are generally messy. Customer service is pretty much as expected. Customer service at the corporate level has been a good experience for me in the past. Generally willing to help out to make sure the customer is happy and will continue to shop at the locations. Parking has never been a problem as most stores are located in a strip shop mos of the time. I do pretty well getting deals using their app for coupons and using manufacturers coupons.

This Dollar General has the friendliest associates! Every time I go in there, these ladies go over and above for me. They are always courteous and friendly upon check out. I prefer to go to this particular store for that reason.

I have only recently begun to go to Dollar generals on any kind of regular basis and this particular location has become my preferred location it did take me long going to other locations to learn that they are always a trashed out mess not this location its always so clean theres always people straightening stuff up and usually pretty well stocked so I dont know what yall doing different but you need to teach the other ones.

Always friendly and helpful staff. They usually always have what I need, and the one in Hurst on bedford euless road is open until 10:00pm, unlike most locations who close at 9:00pm!

Every body who works there is super friendly.Amy and Monica are so helpful and make me and wife feel welcome.

I was walking inside and the staff was smoking outside and blew smoke in my face. Another time i bought old candy. Ew. The staff doesnt even know where half their products are and its hard to get out fast.When I walk in i feel stalked and uncomfortable. I used to be a customer but ugh never again, I suggest the 7/11 down the road or the corner store around the block. No ones ever at the register and I always have to wait. Theres always weird people walking around the store outside. Its just not a welcoming place and I dont feel safe or happy.

Had some great sales and the lady working was awesome and was sure to let me kno that there were sales on top of sales and i ended up getting a ton of stuff for pennys on the dollar. And i would have never known had this nice lady not personally gone out of her way to come and let me kno. Though i wish i could remember her name cuz she deserves a raise if u ask me.

Very large and very well kept. Not super cramped like most. Sadly the discount stuff was all on a table or hidden in the back in boxes near the bathroom.

Products are affordable and workers are always cordial and helpful.

This places is quick and well stocked. The other day, I had a fantastic customer service experience there. Everyone is friendly there.

I walked in and was asked what it was I was looking for. I said what I was looking for the sales person was able to guide me to the aisle where I could get that item.

Staff seems to not be very concerned with waiting customers sometimes. Otherwise, they have everything I need!

This location seemed kind of messy. Stocking the shelves is obviously a necessity in any retail store, but leaving carts with new merchandise blocking several aisles is not. I wouldnt say the store was bad but it wasnt great either.

Great coupon app! It saves so much money and its simple to use!

At the end of checking out the register shut down and could not get a receipt and they had to get money from a different register where I ended up with coins instead of ones. This happened a couple of hours before closing.

Normally all is well here however they have just hired 2 lazy ladies that can make checking out difficult.

I think its a training store so the employees change alot but they always have everything you need!!

Worst store ever! Never have I been so disrespected. Store manager is so hateful and rude. I wouldnt even give a star but you have to. I will never go back to this store again. My children were even disrespected in this store. Corporate was notified.

Shop there weekly, the Manager is a great guy. Always get welcomed when I enter the door.

Save lots of money on somethings. Buy all my pet food for my german shèrherd. Just dont buy any smithfield bacon. Raw or fully cooked. I bought some raw and it had so much fat in it it was almost like salt pork or fat back. I ate two sandwiches and was up the next morning and it gave me diarrhea and all I pooped was yellow grease. Hated to be that graphic but thats what happened. The are now sending me a gift card.

Always my go to store but last several times store is a disorganized mess and shelves empty. Worse and worse. Appears to be one person working and 5 of us in line. Really disappointing. The prior manager did a phenomenal job but he has been gone a long time.

Generally dirty, unclean etc as most dollar general are. But this one is extra dirty and stinky. Theres even regular crack heads, meth heads and ladies of the night of that hang around there. Dont go there unless youre desperate.
