I have been going here for oil changes for a couple years now as well as had some brake work done. They are super awesome! Friendly, straight forward, Fast, no bs, no surprises, and best of all no issues. Not my first mechanic after moving to DFW, but Def my last.They say to find a good mechanic and stick with them.. Theyve fixed leaks in 3 different tires of mine, on 3 separate visits. Im not sure if Im just adept at running over nails or what, but none of their repairs have failed so far!

Fantastic! This is my second time coming here and it’s just as enjoyable as the first time. I’ll be honest I haven’t been here in maybe over a year but I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else anymore. Brought my 2015 Nissan Altima for a full synthetic oil change. The gentleman servicing my car even brought over the air filter and recommended I wait till my following oil change. That’s a good man. Visited for a state inspection, they were busy upon arrival (3 of 5 bays occupied) so it took a little longer than expected. Waiting area was on the warm side but not bad enough to lose a star. Businesses in Texas need to plan for 105 degree days in their facilities! Staff was friendly and efficient. Previous visit for oil change was similar with quick service and no problems. Very good place for routine car maintenance.

Super friendly and fast. They do State inspections for Teslas (and other electric cars) for only $7!

They price match tires, and have a full service auto repair center. Plus the nicest group of people in auto repair. Ask for Luis or Kevin. If you just need a quick oil change or state inspection, they can knock that out in about 10 or 15 minutes. You could go somewhere else, but why...🤷‍♂️

Nice, fairly quick, and easy service.

Though I live in DFW, I was driving twenty miles to an oil shop that I liked. I found this one a mile from home and am thrilled with them. Theyve serviced my oil, recommendations on radiator, repaired a battery cable, inspected, refilled fluids and removed/placed my car registration from the state. Seems I often get Matthew to service my car and he is just wonderful. Excellent.

I went here to get my oil changed on 04/17/2020. Brian did such an excellent job. He had great energy. He answered any questions I asked. He checked all my other fluids in my car. I just moved to this area and I found Express Oil Change has the highest rating and most number of ratings on Google. I went there and the service was great! The people there were very friendly and knowledgeable. Its not only oil change but also free inspections of different things. They also suggested future services needed and provided coupons as well.

In my time in this world I’ve definitely had more bad experiences than good when taking my car in for maintenance or repairs. In my experience, if you leave an auto shop thinking, “well that wasn’t so bad”, you had about as good an experience as you can get.The good folks at this particular location were pretty great though, which caught me off guard. Cody was my technician, but the whole squad came out to provide me an array of services faster & less expensive than I expected. I’m not leaving a 5-star review because they gave me some one-off experience that was objectively amazing and could never be replicated- I’m doing it because the team here works smoothly together, they gave me quick, good service, answered all my questions, and got me out in less than an hour. Cody communicated everything that was going on under the hood, and gave me an idea for a few other things I should keep an eye on and possibly have serviced within the next 5-10k miles, but he didn’t spend half the time trying to upsell me.This is a good shop run by qualified technicians who are also capable enough to tend to the “customer service” aspect of the exchange. People say that with any given product or service, between “good”, “cheap”, and “fast” you can only pick two. Today I got all three, and in my book that’s a 5-star experience.

There are closer service stations to me but I’m going here any time I need an inspection/oil change.

I drove from Alabama to help a family member get their water line fixed. I called EOC before I went there to ask if they could and how long would it take to change my oil, air filter, and rotate my tires. They said 45 min. I made the 5 min drive there, get the paperwork filled out, only to be told they can’t do the tire rotation because they are booked for the day. Why not just be honest with me before I drive to this location? I leave there disappointed about not getting my tires rotated, and make the 12 hour drive back home. I start smelling antifreeze about 45 min from home, assuming it’s the water pump leaking out of the weephole, I refill the radiator with water and get home. The next day I look at everything and realize they knocked a coolant hose loose while changing the air filter and it fell on a pulley where it could be ground down to open a pinhole.

Both Jacob and Luis are amazing!!! They go above and beyond with everything they do without price gouging. I appreciate the honesty and willing to help.

Took 2 hours to check out my brakes then charged me $19.99 just for looking at the car. I already knew that I needed brakes, they didn’t tell me any new information. Therefore, I shouldn’t have even been charged. Next time, tell the customer that you charge for looking at the car beforehand.

The morning I went to this place to do an oil change there was no puddles on my parking spot. My car wasnt even leaking oil, nothing. When they was under the car changing the oil and oil filter they said they found an oil leak on my car, like for real? I was surprised and mad, I paid and left. Next morning, surprise, a big oil puddle in my parking spot. I would never again will take my cars to this place.

Luis has helped me multiple times, and always has the answers to the questions I ask. Came here for the first time for an oil change around six months ago, service was fast and customer service was excellent.Recently brought two cars back for oil changes and was met with the same great service. Luis and Jacob helped me out and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I am one of those annoying customers that likes to get out and watch what they are doing, ask questions, etc and they had no issue with that or the fact that I brought in my own oil. I’ll never go anywhere else for oil changes/repairs. Luis is the probably the nicest technician I’ve ever come across, always smiling and never pushing needless repairs on you. These guys are efficient and good at what they do. They even comped what was going to be a $100+ diagnosis when the mechanic (James) located and fixed the problem within a few minutes. You really can’t beat service like that.

These guys are awesome! We were greeted on lot in less than 10 seconds. They did a complete pre inspection on our vehicle and recommend things that were do on it but no pressure to buy anything. The oil change took less than 10 min and they also did a tire rotation on it. I would trust these guys with all my vehicle maintenance needs.

Called ahead to ask if they did Mobil One oil changes and to ask if they were busy. They were helpful and friendly over the phone, so I headed over there. Thet let me stay in the car during the oil change, which is important right now bc of Covid. Everyone was very friendly and professional, they all wore masks and kept them on, even in the 90° Texas heat. The oil change and safety inspection was done quickly. At no time was I uncomfortable or talked down to, which, as a woman, has been my experience elsewhere. I will definitely be going back.

We recently had our oil change and fuel filter replaced. A couple weeks later we had a fuel leak so we took it back. Without any reluctance, they gladly replaced all parts free of charge. Nothing but the highest quality service there. Weve been several times and its been their way of doing things each time. we have to drive a ways to get to this place, but we wouldnt go anywhere else.
