PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!! I paid over $300 to get 4 new tires trying to support small businesses due to the pandemic. I went to get my inspection done when I had time and it was brought to my attention one of my lugnut studs had been stripped off. I bought the stud and lugnut and kindly asked that it be replaced so that I could get an inspection and they refused saying I would have to pay. This place has scam artist trying to hustle you out of ever dollar no matter how much you spend. My next steps are to contact the better business bureau and warn others to avoid this terrible business.

I was told to come there to get a bung welded for an o2 sensor. I get to the shop and no one can weld. Not only did I get 2 employees that just Shoed me away with an attitude, when when I told her what someone told me, she was like well you should’ve came inside with an attitude again. Not to mention I almost had to walked there just to receive that type of service.

We bought 2 new tires from this place. One of the tires had a vibration from the very beginning we went back up to DW Tires and they would not stand behind the tire. The sell poor quality tires and they wanted to charge us again to “look at it” and wanted to argue that the “tire can’t be bad”. Terrible service and quality do not go there for anything.

HORRIBLE customer service! went for a flat tire, I told her I need a special key so I asked the lady if she had the key, she said yes So I buy the tire just to find out she doesnt have the key to take off the bolts. so she tried to rip me off from the beginning, and then I asked if they could try and put air in the tire, there air pump did not work. she automatically went to my other tire saying how bad it was trying to sell me another tire knowing they to not have the star key to remove bolts. THEY ARE ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY AND WILL LIE TO GET YOUR MONEY. when i refused any more service the lady started yelling and ripped the car jack from under my car. Do not risk taking your car here !

Told me one price then when I arrived not only was the price different but they didnt even have the tire I needed... Waste of time and will say anything just to get you to come

..$5 to use alley key to take off plate was the only fair deal but $30 to take off tire to off both tires and put the good one back on the other wheel is definitely not a fair deal at all..no more business from me or anyone I know I’m over a group that’s on Facebook with over 250k people they will be aware of this over priced business 😉

The owner Alex was very rude… I understand people have done wrong & ran off without paying but you can not treat everybody like a criminal. His wife was kind and helpful to keep him away from me & she handled my transaction. I even gave her my keys to ensure her that I wouldn’t run off without paying and she was fine with that. I’m not going back here.

My friend blew two tires. We were quoted a reasonable price over the phone. When we got there, the guy that does the work brought us all a bottle of water, did the work at lightening speed and it ended up being cheaper than the price we were originally quoted. You cant beat that!

They found a nail in my tire and charged 10 to pull it out. I had my 3 kids in the car and we were stranded less than an hour later- if I tell you I can get another tire and you tell me there’s no need I’m thinking you know what your talking about. My whole family was at risk. People look real shady here-a lot of quick cash transactions and weirdos sitting around. First and last visit

Do not and I mean do not visit this place.. I went there for a tire. Couldnt leave cause car wouldnt start. Had to pay 200 for starter part and 200 for labor. When I left shop car drove bad took it back and the tire they gave the day before had a nail in tire so they gave me another tire and its bad with a huge bubble. So I go back again and they finally gave me a decent tire.. All in all please dont waste your time or money

Quoted 25 to 40 or used tire. Got there they were 45 to 55 for used tires. Purchased anyway. Come to find out that the price did not include taxes, disposal, or balance. Employee attempted to put old tire in my trunk with fix a flat fluid still in it. Will never go back.

Faster service elsewhere & if you have tinted windows DONT go here or youre out $30 for an inspection. This is the case anywhere, you pay even if it doesnt pass so I dont fault them for that. But if you use a debit card they will charge you more. Also 1 star because most places will pull your car into the service bay for you and back it out when theyre done as a courtesy, here they make you drive into the most narrow spot surrounded by poles and tires and then you have to squeeze out of your door to get out in their garage.

I show up in my company welding truck and all of an sudden they ask for double the money doing exactly what we discussed over the phone before I chose to go to them. complete waste of time and unprofessional scammers... I wipe never do business here. we left because when you make a deal you stand by your deal....

After searching around to install exhaust on my mustang, I decided to come here based on price and location. Well you absolutely get what you pay for. I installed a $600 exhaust system from this shop and was told it was one of the best out there by the staff and now just two weeks later I hear a shaking sound and a vibration while driving. It is most definitely not the car because my car was perfect condition before I came to this muffler shop. I also found out the exhaust system installed is around $300 every where else and that is completely my fault but shame on the shop for over pricing!I took my car back to the shop and they told me that its the car and there is nothing they can do! I feel very cheated and I feel like I have wasted my money.

I had a wonderful experience here. The lady in the office was so honest with me about the condition of my tires. And she was so friendly I got a practically new used tire for $40 out the door. I will always come back here. Excellent customer service

If i could give this place a zero I would and wish I could me and my girl came here to buy tires had to leave the first time because she didn’t want to pay her guys any extra money and when we came back she recognized us with no problem we notice that one of the tires wasn’t holding air so we came back they told her they don’t remember selling her a tire and without a receipt they wouldn’t do anything my girl offered a card statement and apparently we were going to fraud them out of 40bucks cause they said they that could be a lie not only they that but they charged her 5 dollars to check and see if it was leaking and we bought the damn tire from them. All the lady was good for was fussing at her employees and embarrassing them in front of customers I’m never going back here and I’m reporting them to the BBB

Will never return here. Brought my wife’s car in to have a tire patched and to have an ATV tire patched that had been previously patched by these folks. After calling ahead I showed up just after 5pm (they close at 7). I was told that they would not fix the ATV tire this late and would not warranty the work (the lady charged me $25 to fix the tire just a few months prior and claimed she would warranty it if it were to leak again). After they only repaired my wife’s car tire, they wouldn’t even remount the spare tire back, so I had to put a wet greasy tire in the trunk of my wife’s car, that the owner/manager wouldn’t even help me put in the trunk (he said to ask the mechanic if he would help me).Bottom line is this is not a place you want to take your business or money. Stick with a reputable place, even if it costs a little more. It will pay off in the long run and save you the hassle of dealing with these folks.

Came for an inspection. I had dealt with the gentleman who was a co-owner, and a worker before so I trusted the service he gave based on the tires.Just saying, if you ever have a chance to work with anyone but the woman working there, WAIT or come another day. She was extremely rude and chastises you as if youre a child. On top of that, she pushed in and didnt retrieve the plug in where she put in the device for the inspection. She blamed the makers of Audi and told me to tell them to fix it so I could come back and she could plug it in again. A fail is one thing but inconsiderate service and making further work difficult for others because of the lack of care you put into your service? No thanks. She said return within two weeks since it failed and when I get the connector fixed. $25 lost then.I had a local mechanic fish it out, fix my issues within an hour, and went elsewhere to receive my inspection. Thank God the state inspection is cheap because I wont be coming back.If you need cheap tires and polite service, go off 28th Street to Toyo or Williamson Tires. If you need an inspection, go to Honest-1 in Hurst. If you have more patience than me (which is a rarity) then stick around.Edit: Came back to update review as they responded below without reading my full review. I had this fished out and corrected and inspected elsewhere. Have been driving smoothly since. Again, I will not be coming back.

After standing around for a good while we were finally asked if we needed help..then we were given 2 different prices for a simple tire patch. Once they finally decided on a price of $15 we decided to take our tire somewhere else.... at that point the woman said fine! Take it somewhere else and wait 2 hrs! Not sure how she can keep a business open with that type of customer service, but I know we will never use this shop again.

The business honestly deserves zero stars in terms of service. Apparently, calling ahead to see if the business can replace certain parts of your vehicle doesnt mean theyll actually fix your problem. Or diagnose it. I knew that I needed new rotors...maybe even brake pads so, after calling and being assured that they could replace such parts, I brought in my car so they could look at it. The man who checked my vehicle didnt even bother to look behind all of the tires. He just jacked up one side and inspected two of them before informing the lady inside that he was finished. In disbelief, I went outside to ask about the other end and he told me that there was no issue whatsoever. According to him, the other side didnt need to be looked at and my rotors and pads were just fine. I tried to explain why that was nonsense and how the car would squeal every time I braked, but he just shrugged me off until the lady inside started asking for her ten dollar check up payment. Realizing Id get absolutely nowhere between the two of them, I decided to throw away ten bucks and get my vehicle reinspected by a shop down the road. But, when I tried to back out into the busy street, the same man whod just looked at my car pulled out in another customers car and almost ran straight into me. I swerved around and went to the other shop which, to no surprise at all, told me that my brakes were wearing and my rotors were warped. Big shock. Only come to D&W Tire to have something checked if you want to be ignored and ripped off!

Places looks like a train-wreck BUT what they save on luxuries they pass on as savings to you.The owner is polite and the owners wife is a whirlwind of energyIf you need simple auto service, a GOOD used tire or even and affordable new set, this is the place for you!!

Cash only and you have to know what is wrong with your vehicle because they dont know what they are doing. Also scams you on price, very shady and terrible customer service.

Awesome guys! They do what they day theyre going to do and get done in a reasonable time. They fixed my issue and even took the time to find me a good deal on the parts we needed.

When I got off of work today my tire was really low, close to flat. It was 6:40pm when I pulled in (they close at 7pm) I was greeted immediately by friendly staff, my problem was fixed, and I was back on the road at 6:56pm! Some places would of been irritated that I went so close to closing time but I was very impressed and thanks to them will be able to get to work in the morning. I will definitely be back.

Went here to have one tire replaced. I was a bit skeptical at first because I have never purchased a used tire. I was proven wrong, Excellent fast and friendly service. The price they gave me over the phone was the exact price I paid. I was in and out in about 20 mins and havent had any issues with the used tire. I will do business here in the future.

When I arrived. for a quote on front brake service, none of the employees, would greet me. The manager was rude, whom Iocated in the building I wouldnt recommend this place.FYI, good review can be made manipulated by the employees!In response to the owners reply: It appears dishonesty, as well rudeness, is in this establishment. The owner is just trying to save face, I agreed to a $30 front brake job,once I bought the pads, intially, but because unprofessional misconduct, I declined doing business with them. The owner is wrong, there are a few tire shop, as well as mobile mechanics, that do general mechanical work on Sundays,in the DFW area!

Have been going here for years. Always get fast quality service. But have started noticing that they dont plug tires anymore and they only want to patch them. Seems like a $10 price difference. Everyone is very nice except the lady that runs the place. Like I said Ive been coming here for years and I cant say Ive heard her be nice to anyone once. Rude to her customers, rude to her employees. She sounds more like a drill Sargeant.

They broke something tried to say it was already broken yeah ok bunch of lies..didn’t want to help us at all, they had no sympathy that is was 25 degrees out there and I had my kids in the car with me smh! we had to push our car because there was no way we could turn it on since they broke a hose and would cause our car to over heat! Very unprofessional. Don’t recommend this place at all!

WARNING: If you go here, they will demand you pull your car out yourself. DONT. They pull it in to the shop very crooked, and the space is extremely narrow with posts all around, and cars parks around it crooked as well. Have them do it so you dont run the risk of damaging your car or someone elses.My family and I have come here multiple times and were never fully happy with their service. Today I had a horrible experience at this shop that will make us never return. They advertised a price and even confirmed the price to me verbally. I was charged differently than the advertised price, but after I gave them my card they rudely rushed me out, didnt go over info with me, and didnt bother to try and listen to my questions because they had another comstumer. (they kept repeating to me that they had another customer so I would leave) I went out and the women yelled at me to back my car out of the space where they do the work and demanded that I had to do it myself. The woman drove my car into the spot and pulled in very crooked making it very difficult to back out. Their shop has posts all over and is extremely narrow making it very likely to hit another car or your car on a post. Thats probably why they make you pull it out yourself. I find this very unprofessional of them. Since I was rudely rushed, I didnt get a chance to look over my receipt. I saw that I was charged differently than the advertised price so I went back. They told me to go into their office, which is a very small dirty room, and the man began to yell at me about how he can charge me whatever he wants, how he specified that cash price was different (which he didnt, probably because they were rushing and had another customer and has the right to refuse to charge me the advertised price, and that he charged more because I paid with a card. I told him thank you and that Id just file a claim through my bank. As I walked to my car I took a picture of the sign with the advertised price and how it didnt say cash only on it (it was the most visible from the street), and a picture of the other sign that did say cash, and how it was covered, and the leters where basically impossible to see. He followed me and harassed me all the way to my car telling me that no one could help me, and that hes the owner and could do whatever he wanted, and then was demanding me to call the bank to make the claim right there at that second in front of him. I told him thank you and left.My problem goes past the money. If they would have politely and respectful explained the pricing to me, that would have been fine, and I would just called it a loss. The fact that they yelled at me, where disrespectful and harassed me all the way to my car is completely unacceptable and not professional. If you want to charge more for a card then they should make it verbally clear that there is a price difference.
