My sister had issues with her car and I referred her to Josh at Caliber. He took excellent care of her and her car. She’s single with kids and on a tight budget and it’s always good to know a shop you can trust! I refer them to everyone!

If there is anything higher than 5 stars, this Caliber Auto Care location, deserves it 10 stars. Went in to get my vehicle state inspection sticker, left out, making them my new mechanic shop, as I scheduled my oil change, fluids check and tire rotation for this Friday, thats how impressed and pleased I was from the moment I walked in. The curb appeal, appearance, cleanliness, friendliness, and professionalism of the front area, receptionist, front office manager/staff, made the experience superb, all the way to the super clean working stations in the garage, even the bathrooms, were stellar. As I was about to leave, I mentioned to the front office staff, I also noticed I needed a turn signal bulb, figuring it would be done on Friday, but the front office manager, said hed be right back. That was also done in less then 5 mins, with no hassle. I wasnt expecting it to be done at that time, but he stated, cant have me driving around without my turn signal light working. I thank you and will see you Friday and for any other services I need, going forward.

My state inspection service experience was flawless. The online appointment system was easy to navigate, I was greeted warmly when I arrived. They got started right on time. They communicated well and didnt try to upsell me. I left with a coupon after my car was brought around for me and they told me theyd be happy to perform my regular maintenance when it was time. The facility was clean and quiet. I would TOTALLY go back.

After a very poor experience with another Auto Care shop (cough cough Meineke), I ended up at Caliber and wish I would’ve just come here in the first place. The facility is spotless and Josh and the staff are very professional and are the textbook definition of customer service. I will be bringing my car back here for future car services.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9 am and they were done in about 40 ish minutes or so for a state inspection and an oil change. The waiting area is really nice and everyone I spoke to was extremely professional and kind. I had someone call me the next day because they notice they overcharged me and I got a refund back! Excellent customer service. Their prices are extremely fair and are comparable to taking it to the dealership. Highly recommend!

Friendly, professional, clean and reasonable prices. Very nice lobby with big screen TV with free refreshments. I also like how they text you pics of car and service they did. Its like a dealership without the high prices.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I wasn’t sure what was going on with my vehicle, but they were very upfront and transparent about all of it. I was able to get my car fixed same day! I will be bringing my car here from now on! They were also very accommodating to my doggie companion as well, which always makes me happy.

Came in for my car’s state inspection. Unlike other places who close at 6 but stop services at 430, this place inspected my car when I came in at 530. It was my first time here and I was impressed how clean and nice it was.

I came in to get the check engine light on my car looked at… I was really nervous because I didn’t have my father with me but the advisor josh was so willing to help me and explain everything to me… even though I just came in for a check engine light, they sent me a digital inspection of my car with photos of things that needed to be done! It was super nice! I will be definitely be coming back to get those services done, but only if josh is my advisor👍🏻

Poor service.Fortunately there was even a roadside small autocare was able to attempt diagnosies far better than Caliber.

First used Caliber auto care in Hurst about a year ago when it opened by my house, I haven’t gone anywhere else since then, the staff is always so friendly and helpful . They are always able to shuttle me home if I need to leave my vehicle which makes things very convenient. Keep up the great work guys !

It was my first time taking my vehicle to this shop for (general maintenance and a state inspection) and I was quickly greeted by service advisor Josh Martinez who made me feel very welcomed, informed me of all other services the shop offers, quoted me on a couple of parts I will need in the future, fair pricing, highly knowledgeable technicians, they even take a digital inspection to inform the drivers if they discover any worn out parts that could become a future problem, overall my vehicle was returned to me immaculately, I highly recommend everyone to bring in their vehicles!!Grade A quality !!!!

My car was not checked out regarding why I was there. CSR was waiting for a half our to speak with someone with my company in order for them to tell him the same thing I already said. Most everyone that came behind me received service except for me. Wish I could give them a zero star.

My first time visit. Waiting area was clean and staff was polite. They do a good job of communicating what they recommend without a hard sales pitch. Prices are a little high based on other similar places around - in my opinion. I paid about $100 for a synthetic oil change on my infinity qx80 - that needed an additional 1.9 qts - which is about what I would pay at the dealer. My only complaint was that they said it would be 30-35 minutes and it took an hour and 15 minutes.

This place always has excellent service! I dont go anywhere else for any of my automobile needs!

I am quite picky about who services my vehicle. I was quite impressed with the level of professionalism and cleanliness of the facility. Ownership has done a great job hiring qualified personal and creating a very customer friendly facility with all the amenities of a higher end dealership when you are waiting for services to be performed. Definitely have found my new service center for the future. Great job to all involved!!

Ive received an oil changed here twice. I really love that I receive text messages about what my car needs. As a woman, Im skeptical taking my car anywhere due to my ignorance of vehicles. I feel very comfortable here and always feel Im treated fairly.On my last visit, they charged me for a fog light and they didnt have it in stock. I came back two days later and they installed it.. and they also aired my tire! I never even mentioned/asked (Thank you!). Even though Im moving 20 minutes away, Im still going to come back here.

First time at this location!Opened on time. Great customer service. I appreciate that they send text messages after the diagnostic on your car. If there are issues. They come and explain in detail. They didnt push me on what was not needed but suggested what was needed at that time.Im no longer living in Keller, and will miss everyone at Golden Triangle. This place is the best! They are fast, fairly priced, and very nice. The waiting room is comfortable and clean. They have coffee, chai, and hot chocolate! 5 stars, I highly recommend. They even remembered my son’s name after only hearing it once!

I stopped by for an inspection, and the service was fantastic! Josh walked me through everything and made me feel welcome, and they finished within 10 minutes. The waiting area was nice, and didnt smell like motor oil! I will absolutely be back for future services.

Great experience here! Got our vehicle in and out for routine service without any hiccups. Put my guy back on the road without a delay in his schedule. On top of that I received images on my phone of inspection points for any areas of concern.

They wanted to charge me $1200 to fix my A/C and I took my vehicle to two other mechanics who did not find anything wrong. It didn’t need repair. Also they charged $129 to look at it, the other mechanic only charge $58.

Took my car here for an inspection and an oil change. Everyone in here is so nice and professional. I do not feel pressured to do more to my car than needed. Received a text message with photos of my inspection with green, yellow, and red indicators of what needs to be changed, what can wait and what is good. This makes me, as a woman, feel a lot better coming into a place like this by myself. Synthetic oil change is $15 less here than at kwic Kar. This place has my business for anything that occurs with my car from here on out!

Went to the courthouse, got a number. Went to Caliber got an inspection and went back to the courthouse and got my tags.

UPDATE: I was contacted by Jason a manager for this company, and after talking for a while he offered to fix my vehicle at no charge once I told him my vehicle was still not working. I never wouldve thought they wouldve called me but he did, I ordered my part took it in and my vehicle was ready really fast. I would use them again due to him taking accountability and just talking to me and understanding why I was unhappy. They do great work just a little pricey for me but I would recommend them. Outstanding customer service.

Went to location on hwy-26 and was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. Great atmosphere, very modern. Service, Ezekiel, (spelling) answered all my questions and very friendly. Service was quick and professional. Easy location to get in and out of. Lots of bays open for vehicles, so the wait was short. Will be going there for all my vehicle needs.

I had a great experience here with the service Tech Zeke. He was really friendly and really helped me pick the oil for my vehicle. Also, the turn around here was great, because I got an oil change and state inspection is done in less than 30 min, which is very impressive. Also, the place looks great; they have a place where you can do work while they work on your vehicle.

I have to say, Zeke and the team there did a fantastic job taking care of our 2007 Cadillac CTS. I know it showed up with a fried ECM. Not running. And the car slept there for 5 weeks thru this ordeal of two bad computers from my parts company. Should have gotten the computer from dealer to start with instead of bringing the part with the car. Thank you, I know this car was a hard one.

The shop and premises were pristine, often not the case in automotive service establishments, and the service was efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend this company.

A force to be reckoned with A-1 service cant wait to get back

Dropped my truck off Saturday for an Oil change, rotation and coolant service. No appointment made. They had me in and out in a few hours, were able to resolve my pesky oil leak within the scope of service that was already scheduled. Great service, priced affordable and prompt.

This is a nice place. Kids playscape (after Covid), small dog park area, TVs, coffee. Its quiet and clean. I got my oil changed and inspection done.

This is the nicest service facility Ive ever been into. The staff were all extremely friendly and even offered to make us hot chocolate and a latte. They are fully digital with iPads in hand, service oriented, and take care of everything for you. I heard several customers come in and they are right on time and knew them by name. Ill be back here over and over. No more long ....long waits at a dealership to get screwed. Come here and you will be pleasantly surprised.

This would be my 4th visit to Service First. My first 3 were at the Fort Worth location off Golden Triangle, always super sweet. This 4th visit was in Hurst and it just wasnt the same vibe. Reading everyones comments for the Hurst location it seems everyone is satisfied with the speed of service and staff being super friendly. Maybe I just came on a bummed out day. Not saying that anyone was rude or anything, it just seemed real quiet. And then to top it off, I didnt even get a reminder sticker of when to bring my car back from oil change and the guys didnt even reset my Oil % back to 100. Both are minor, but its what i bring it in for. Ill still bring it back to Service First, just not this location.

I highly recommend this repair shop. My husband had previously taken it to another shop and they did nothing to fix the problem and they had it for days. He took it here and within a day that had told us the problem. Also kept in contact the whole time.

Ok, Ill start off with the fact that all I needed was a state inspection for my car so I cant speak to their overall mechanical prowess. That out of the way, they were friendly, efficient, serious about hygiene during this covid-19 pandemic. Their waiting area was clean and properly socially distant and they have water, coffee, and tea available for you as you wait.

Called in last week to see if they had and experience in performing a state inspection on my Tesla. The individual said yes they did. My next question was a “test”question to see if they actually had experience. I asked how much was an inspection for my Tesla and he stated $24.99. For those of you that aren’t aware a Tesla state inspection is only $7.00 because an emissions test is not performed.
