At 730am, the barista was welcoming and made the most deliciously balanced drink I’ve ever gotten at a coffee chain. They also give a 10% discount if you show your vaccine card. I’m definitely coming back to this location again (early, in the hopes of getting the same barista). Mahalo!!

There was only one poor girl working. She had it on lock down, hes up down, congratulations to her! My drink was perfect!

I frequented one of their coffee shops elsewhere. Liking their brew and service, I sought this one out at the Ala Moana Center. It did not disappoint.

The Coffee Bean is always good, regardless of what state youre in. The coffees are good and the chais are flavorful and the frapuccinos are tasty.

The employees are always very friendly and quick to make your order.

Me and a friend got the lilikoi lemonade and the li hing lemonade looking for slmetho g refreshing. Daaang that thing was sourrr and it packed a PUNCH. But we asked the baristas for a larger cup and we added water to it to ease the sourness. Was so good though!!

The drinks are amazing. The Ice Blend or Pure Blend. They have specials on Mondays or Thursdays. They serve Latte and other drinks. Pastries are also available. Friendly Baristas who serve quick.

Barista was extremely rude. Sorry if you’re having a rough day but I’m just a customer.

Always love coffee bean than Starbucks. Their plantation iced tea is always good. My hubby loves their coffee. He tried their new rose hazelnut ice coffee and he LOVED it!! It has floral taste to it, very refreshing and love the smell of the coffee. Their cookies and cream ice blended coffee also really good. Anyway, I love coffee beans than Starbucks to begin with so I probably a little biased but still they are one of good coffee shops here beside Starbucks.

We came in for drinks at 6:35 and the employee listed the few drinks she could still make. NOT on the short list of options was the drink on special until 7pm because she had already turned off the blender! This is the 3rd time we have left this location with no drinks because of LAZY employees.

If I could give NO STARS that would be GRANDE!!Walked in at about 620pm on July 02 Thursday wanting a Matcha Latte 2x. Your worker ( Female) told my Boyfriend that he couldn’t order because the machines were already cleaned.According to your website your store hours are from 6am to 7pm. If the website reads wrong than I suggest you update it.If the closing time of your store is correct on the website 7pm I would suggest that you lose that worker who is refusing service to us the consumers that patron your store practically everyday.This worker of yours is costing you money to pay her hourly and in the meantime she’s losing money for your company when she TURNS AWAY a SALE 30 minutes prior to closing.Who knows how long she’s been doing that or how much money you’ve lost every time she works.A Manager should follow up or is She the Manager.POOR SERVICE! Will NEVER! Return.

Ill never forget on 7-2-20 at 6pm that big lady who refused to make anything I like order. No Expresso because she cleaned her machine. No warm muffin because she cleaned her machine. Hahaha I didnt even get mad I walked out and they dont ever deserve my business. I officially boycott Coffee Bean forever. This isnt the time to chase away customers, if you are smart go Starbucks.

Whatever your coffee desire, the Baristas make it happen. There is no shortage of Sister shops throughout Honolulu. Papa New Guinea is my favorite coffee of the day. Every day a different brew. Some pastries and sandwiches are also ready for your consumption.

This is conveniently located inside Ala Moana Shopping Center on the first floor on the Ala Moana Boulevard side of the shopping center. Stop here and go next door for Auntie Annies pretzels or a Cinnabon. Its small, but quaint. Has most of the things in a bigger location, just compact. Staff is friendly and efficient. Love the traditional vanilla latte with an extra shot. Always great for a quick stop.

Friendly staff with good service. However, it is located in the corner of the food court and it is very cramped inside there. There is a walkway inside that can literally only fit one person going through at a time. Not a huge deal, but it makes the place feel crowded.

I asked for an iced soy chai latte and ended up with a watery sugary soy milky drink with a hint of spice. I asked for them to add more chai and got the same exact thing. I spent $6 as a lesson to never come back to coffee bean and tea leaf again. Their drink policy is weak. The barista was just doing his job...too bad the company itself has no idea how to serve a good chai latte.

Beside the food court and open from 6am in the morningIt is convenient to take a walk.I ate carrot cake here for the first time, but its very delicious ♪I definitely recommend it.

Since it was open early in the morning, the hotel was close so I used it every morning.I think the coffee itself is better than a certain coffee shop (in my opinion)!When ordering iced coffee, if you do not say no sugar and no milk, sweet iced coffee will come, so please be careful if you want to drink black coffee.

If you want to escape the clutter of Ala Moanas food court, its worth looking for the cafeteria in the corner. No queue, nice service, enjoyed the coffee and fair price. Wifi worked better than the one offered by the shopping mall, but could be better.

Ala Moana Shopping Center, coffee shop at the corner of food court, chain stores are here and there, but I use this store the most. The coffee was delicious, I bought a sweet and used a free wifi on the table at the food court and slowly netted etc.
