Came here yesterday and today and had the pumpkin spice latte which is more fragrant and tasteful than the alternative at Starbucks. There was a minor inconvenience on my end where I asked for what I thought I wanted and got something else and the employees there remade what I wanted free of charge. Definitely will come here again on me next trip.

The coffee is absolutely fantastic. The workers not so much. Possibly the most rude people weve came across on the island. Not only this location, the other one in downtown as well. Great coffee but customer service needs some work.

Kellie and Harry are the best! Consistency and taste of ice blended drinks is superb. Service is fast, friendly, and they are on it as a team. This is how customer service should be!

Harry and the ladies were crank busy this morning. We ordered two large Bali Brew Dark roast coffee and it was spectacular! No standing place inside to add sugar however we moved a display of organic/natural powders (??) and added our regular amounts. We drank a bit of it outside in the shade and the remainder on our way home. Were looking forward to sitting inside or even on the premise outside when this Covid BS is over. Props to Harry and his ladies today.

A nice break point after hiking or running Diamond head 4 miles loop. I enjoy sweet citrus juice after a run. Clean and cozy

Two words: PELLET ICE. For those “chewy ice” or crushed ice or small ice pellets fiends out there….this place has it!!!! Huge pellet iced iced mocha on a hot Hawaii day with an extra massive cup of even more delicious crushed/pellet ice….Heaven. And the staff is super duper nice 🥲😋😋

Dine in is still closed. Would like to encourage location to evaluate similar businesses that are open (like Honolulu Coffee). Would like to enjoy coffee and laptop time again here :(

We had Caramel latte hot, was very nice, employees are nice, they made me try Kona coffee butter was sweet and with taste of coffee and butter, parking is free, worth a visit!

I go here almost every workday. The staff is great and friendly. Always so fast to make my drink. They already know what Im getting so sometimes its ready at the counter when its my turn to order. Iced americanos always taste so good here! Thank you guys so much I really appreciate it!

Met a friend here for coffee. Its comparable to Starbucks, but a local company & a little cheaper depending on what you get. I had a large coffee & almond croissant, which is definitely more reasonable here. Good coffee. Dont know about the tea though.

I tried the pumpkin iced latte because Id never had one before and although it wasnt to my taste I would probably go back again for something else. prices were fairly reasonable and they had a large selection of snacks as well. nice temp on the a.c. and friendly staff make for an enjoyable stop.

Starbucks has just permanently lost me as a customer. This was my first time ever at a Coffee Bean and our drinks were exceedingly fantastic. Highly recommend the black forest, dark forest, or chocolate coconut. 10/10 would recommend to all.

This is easily the best coffee shop on the island. They have fair prices and the coffee isnt overly bitter like Sbux. They have good flavors and this particular location is very nice. They have good customer service.Bonus: we stayed right around the corner from this and walking there every morning was a breeze.

Great service and coffee

Its a little off the beaten path as is typical of these types of coffee shops but well worth going to. Its pretty much the same as any other blue bottle anywhere around the country, so expect absolutely excellent coffee (brewed to order!), lattes and interesting bakery items for prices that arent too far off of Starbucks, but is SO much better.

The location where you can see the head of Diamond Head is spacey and there are many parking lots!

Once you walk 1 hour and 30 minutes from home to Diamond Head, you can climb the mountain and drink a cup of iced coffee here, and you will be energetic.

There is a parking lot so you can drop in and have a good coffee. Because there is also a toilet inside, it is safe. As it is near from Farmers Market of Saturday, it is recommended for those who want to rest for a while.

There is also a parking lot.I often go to the Diamond Head Grill when I go.The inside of the shop is not always crowded so much and the staff members are cheerful and nice.It is a stable taste.
