Excellent service from start to finish from everyone here! Kevin installed a front hitch on my 2015 suburban. He was friendly and really knows his stuff. Nicole and another feloow from Hawaii were very pleasant. It really was a nice experience. I dont leave many reviews unless the service is exceptional as was the case here.

Everyone that I worked with here was super helpful. They were able to provide me with everything I needed for my move to Colorado, and if they didnt have it in their shop, they were able to quickly point me in the right direction. Jared is the most helpful of all, if you need help, and he us available ask for him!

Incredibly unprofessional and rude. We were referred to this place by another smaller U-haul dealer further in town. Upon arrival we were told there is a shortage of the more affordable covered one-way trailers “along the entire west coast”. Receptionist refused to check for available trainers with other dealers when asked. We were told that only the larger trucks were available and that the smaller trailers we had inquired about (5 or more of which could be seen behind the storefront) were for local use only. We were also told that all other methods of shipping/hauling were unavailable except for the larger trucks. Manager was present throughout the entire exchange and dismissive of us when approached for help.Got what we were looking for with minimal hassle from the Beaverton location, saved ourselves over $500. Buyer beware.

Great staff, havent rented in a long time and although I picked up the trailer at another location they inspected my hookups, loaned me an adapter and talked me though a few things I needed to know. Would have been nice doing all my business with them but it being moving season I was lucky to find a trailer to rent with a guaranteed date/time at another location.

Unprofessional, bad experience installing a trailer hitch on car. I recommend looking elsewhere.When I got home after install, I discovered that they left off the center-rear skirt beneath my car, where the hitch protrudes. I talked to the manager and returned for a follow-up appointment the next week. They put the skirt back on but took a lazy, huge piece out of it instead of cutting around the protruding hitch. At this point, Im rebuying the part from Toyota and doing the job right myself.

I rented a pickup for a few hours and had great service when I went in to pick it up. But when returning the truck, the facility was very short handed with only one person on duty and multiple people waiting for service.

High Demand & Low Supply allow this U-Haul to have low standards in quality and customer service.Choose a different establishment.

The web page said they were open only on Mondays.When I called for advice I was told I couldnt move the one item we needed to move, (a scooter).Both turned out to be wrong.

Staff was helpful and went out of their way to stay in touch about my reservation. The person before me returned my truck super late but they called me the moment they knew and then the moment it got in. Also helped us save some money on extras.

I drove 1.75 hours and they didnt have the truck I reserved 30 days before hand. I had to drive another 30 mins farther to get it.

Great and friendly service. Had everything I needed to move out of Oregon.

I was returning my u haul here after a trip to pick up some stuff from my in laws in California. They were easy to work with,big but it was clear they didnt care. Not rude, just didnt care. No smile, no thank you, no being greeted, no explanation of where to go or what to do, no one seemed to care that customers were present.

Friendly staff, easy to rent trucks at an affordable price. Just make sure to plan your route to minimize the mileage (and cost of rental).
