Im giving two stars instead of one because the trailer hitch installation technician was awesome and the only reasonable person working at this location. Otherwise, the customer service at this location is absolute garbage. After having to reschedule my trailer hitch install twice because of lack of parts, it was scheduled for a Sunday. Not ideal, but the guy on the phone indicated that I would have to wait an entire month if I did not take this appointment. Obviously I took it. I arrived on Sunday at the scheduled time and was informed that my appointment was actually two weeks later, AND that they never do hitch installs on Sunday. When was the work rescheduled for? Sunday! Luckily, one of the install techs was working and agreed to do it anyway. Like I said, this guy was great. As I was waiting for the work to be done, I overheard one employee say loudly Its my last day, I dont give a ****!Later, a man came up to the counter and asked when he could get a hitch installed on his truck. The woman behind the counter rudely said I dont know. He replied, You cant look up the appointment calendar or anything? She said no. He asked, So you cant answer my question at all? And in the most condescending tone, she said I just did. The man thanked her sarcastically and walked out.I would avoid this location at all costs. Ive used u-haul in the past in a different location and it wasnt nearly this bad.
Worst customer service of any U-Haul Ive ever been to In my life. Do yourself a favor and do the online check-in to at least speed up the process and eliminate some of the confusion or do what I did choose a less convenient further away more difficult to get to location instead of dealing with them. Not a good place.
The customer service here is fantastic. Big thank you to Jared for installing my trailer hitch. It works perfectly. FedEx kept delaying the order and Jared kept in touch every step of the way. Give that man a raise!
Absolutely love this store and they go above and beyond to help you out Stephen and his team are are hardworking and great people!
Be very careful of the fuel charge at this place as they will overcharge you if you dont pay attention to it. I had to drive two times here simply because only manager can deal with it instead of the general staffs. The manager Spethen also spent quite some time before finally realizing its their fault. Whats worse is that not a single apology was given afterwards. A good service will be admitting their miss and saying sorry for having the customer drive all the way here twice, and possibly compensate that in certain ways. Also he verifeid that there will be a verification email sent to me, which I also didnt get, not sure when I will get it. Hope they will be as efficent in refund-related thing as they charge their customers.
Dont waste your time going to the Hillsboro location. They are understaffed. So if the one person working is helping someone you are not going to get helped. Forget about getting propane filled the one person behind the counter is the only one that can do that also. The guy cleaning out the trucks only cleans trucks.
I received incredible service from Kevin at this U-Haul location. I needed a trailer hitch install and made an appointment online. Kevin, who manages all the hitch installations, called me ahead of time to talk through some wiring implications with my vehicle. On the day of the appointment, things went sideways and I got very frustrated. Kevin stayed with me until we came to a solution. I apologized for being a jerk but Kevin was as gracious as ever. Not to mention the install was done in about an hour - way faster than expected. This is the perfect place to take your car if you ever need a trailer hitch put in. Thank you, U-Haul and Kevin!!
They’re liars. Two weeks ago I had a very bad experience with them. I rent a truck and when I returned back and checked the truck, mileage, and took the key everything was great. After an hour and a half I received a call saying I did an accident in the same truck I rent, I really surprised and I didn’t believe what they say. Next day the manager Steve called me in very bad way of speech and repeated what his workers said without even checking what happened, because in simple way at that time I already left the parking lot and I received a bill by email telling the rent details, but second day they sent me another bill for the accident or the damages that I didn’t do it for $670Right now I’m following my case with many involved departments to get my money back and I will, but what I want to tell you don’t deal with them or be more focused and pay attention multiple times if you have to rent from them which I’m not agree with that at all.
Honest and very helpful. Jared especially helped by recommending recycling locations.
This was my 4th truck rental from the Uhaul company. The first 3 were great, however after my last experience, I will be using a different moving truck company.I booked a one way truck rental from this uhaul online, for one day across the Portland area. Booking online was easy enough, gave me a price of $78 due at pickup for a 24 hour rental, nothing more. However, after you complete the online booking and add all your payment information, on your receipt, and no where else during the booking process, it claims 24 hour rental with 30 miles. I even went through the booking process a second time to see if I missed it. It literally does not mention this until you have finalized the order. So I call The uhaul location and ask about it, they informed me I get 30 miles free of charge before they start charging $0.40 a mile. Again, no where did it list this in the booking, which to me is extremely deceiving. The next morning, one day before pickup and move day, I receive a call and voicemail saying that this location does not have a one way truck in the size I booked, that they were all local only, and that instead i would be picking my truck up at a location 18 miles away, at 5pm on a Friday, in Portland. After explaining that I was not going to try and find a ride during peak rush hour on a Friday in Portland, only to drive it an extra 18 miles in traffic, they said I could pick it up at a 3rd location in Hillsboro that would have one. The catch, they are only open until 2pm on Friday, and I wasnt available to pick the truck up until 5pm onwards. After much debate and threatening to cancel the rental, they agreed to let me pick it up Friday before noon, and keep it the extra couple hours free of charge.Come pick up time, that couple extra hours free of charge was no where to be found in the contract (despite reassurances it was noted). So now, total out the door price was $94, plus $0.40/ mile after 30 miles.Upon inspection of the truck, I saw there was a small bend in the side skirt. I asked about it, and was told it was not considered damage. Being weary of this, I took pictures of it with the damage form in view as proof it was not documented. The truck was full of gas, however, it did not include moving blankets, dolly, or most importantly, a padlock for the rear rolling door. Instead I was told I had to go buy my own. After moving, I returned the truck to the nearest location to my new place, which happened to be a Shell gas station. The attendant was very polite, however he also noticed the damaged side skirt. As I saw him looking at it, I pulled up the pictures on my phone and showed him. He agreed that they were clearly there to begin with, however he still had to make note of the damages, which is understandable, being his job.I was handed a delivery receipt and was told I would be contacted about the damages and additional charges for the extra millage ( I drove a grand total of 77 miles, 47 more than was given without option or choice).I am still waiting for the contact about the damages. All in all, this rental was too stressful and difficult while trying to deal with a move in between work and availability. Between the damages that were not documented on the truck, the changes in location pick-up, having to buy a padlock and bum a dolly from a friend, and the extra $58 I had to pay for millage and additional rental because they didnt want to use their in town trucks has made me not want to use uhaul ever again.I would recommend using a different truck provider.
We reserved our 26ft. truck 2 days before we rented. The morning we went to pick it up there was a line out the door. Reserving ours ahead of time didnt mean we would get it any sooner than anyone else which defeats the purpose of word reservation.Furthermore the truck we rented hadnt been returned so they asked us to wait (another) hour. After that hour it still hadnt arrived so they asked us to go to a different location to get one that size. They ended up giving us the biggest one they had and comped some of the cost and threw in a moving dolly. They also gave us 2 days for the price of one and gave us an additional 15miles. We ended up only needing the truck for 6 hours. It was nice being able to drop the truck off in the new city we moved to. While the beginning of our experience was inconvenient and chaotic they sure made up for it with all the freebies and extras. The staff was nice and friendly.
Super nice people who work there.
The people at the service desk were quite helpful and cordial. However, the quote I got over the phone for installing the trailer hitch and other items was about $400. Once I got there the quote changed to about $900. The person who gave me the quote over the phone really had no business figuring these things out because she had no idea whatsoever what the price really was.
Was given keys to wrong truck. Went back, waited in line and finally got the keys to the right truck. Went out to discover that the truck I had keys to was blocked by the first truck. Went back in and waited in line for the 3rd time. They moved the first truck in a huff like I was interrupting their day.Super frustrating experience that would have been solved if they just ensured each customer was good to go before moving onto the next. Been coming here for years and its steadily worsened over time as focus on customer service has diminished. Ill look elsewhere next time as this was the final straw.
I have rented a storage locker from them for over a year now. This has been the worst experience possible. This store does nothing for customer service and every employee I have interacted with including the general manager has been rude. After a year with them I went into the store to get pricing on renting a truck and car trailer for a relocation to Denver Co. I was told I had to make a reservation or I couldn’t get pricing so I did. Found out it was 2500. Asked about chains for the truck as my trip will take me thru highways that require all vehicles to carry chains or traction tires. Was told they don’t provide them and that’s the U part of Uhaul. By the GM. The correct answer is actually they use Michelin Cross Season tires on there trucks and they are traction tires. I did a few minutes research after leaving. Then the phone calls and texts started was woke up at 7:30 AM the next day confirming the reservation. I tried to explain that I could be sure of the date and will actually make a reservation when I know it. Then was told I would have to go to a different location to get the trailer for my car. I said if the reservation is a week out and I am loading everything at your facility why can’t you have a trailer there for me after all I am paying 2500 plus fuel for this. Was told they don’t do that and to go ahead and write this review. So here you go Hillsboro uhaul. Just as requested!
Wow not excepting cash even if its exact change.. Last time Ill do business with them.
If I could give zero Stars I would. The new onsite manager Tyler is extremely rude unhelpful and disrespectful. I have never been treated so poorly by someone in management in a customer service role. I pay for 24-hour access on multiple occasions I got blocked into the storage facility buy trucks that were returned after hours. On one occasion customer service could not reach the manager so I had to sleep in my storage unit on another occasion I had to wait 2 hours until the store opened on the third occasion the manager was actually able to come on site and move the trucks so that I could get mine out of the lot. They most recent occasion the manager acted completely put out and refused to come in to move the trucks so that I can get my truck out. He expected me to leave my truck there overnight Ive got kids at home I need my vehicle for my job. Because of all of this I had asked for some type of compensation for the inconvenience Ive worked in customer service generally you try and keep your customers happy. I was told by him that hes not interested in coming and seeing me for my inconvenience and that if its going to be such a problem that hes considering taking away my 24-hour access. I work nights I pay for 24-hour access for a reason thats why I went with U-Haul to begin with. If it werent for the fact that I would have to put out money to move my storage unit to a new facility I would have already done that by now. I had to file a complaint to be escalated to his manager to get some sort of resolution.
You would be better off going somewhere else with your moving and storage needs. Manager should be in jail for running unauthorized credit card transactions, but because its a corporation he knows he will get away with it. The best you can do is get your money back and take U Haul to small claims court for $50.
Awesome service, friendly understanding people, will use again!! Absolutely astounding!!!
Wish I’d read the bad reviews before going here. My hitch installation should have taken 1 hour, instead I waited for over 3. The bad reviews about Tyler are so true - he was incredibly unfriendly!!! The man behind me in line even called him out for his short temper and rudeness. They blamed it on being short-staffed, but when I asked if someone called in sick, I was told “no, we just don’t staff enough people.” Great so now I’m waiting all day??? The only saving grace of this experience was Kevin - he was friendly, helpful, and actually apologized for the long wait. Thanks Kevin!
I needed a small trailer to move a washer and dryer. I reserved it online. Since I used U-Haul when I moved last March, they already had my information, so I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Jose expedited the transaction so it was easy. Gotta love that kind of customer service.
Every time we rent a truck at this site they are completely understaffed. If you have multiple reservations in an hour then staff as such. 40 minutes waiting in line at this point with “express skip the line checkout” ???On the positive the staff is always very nice and apologetic.Do not come here if you have any sort of time crunch.
Ok costumer service
Ive used this U-haul location twice. Once to rent an 8 regular cab and once more recently for a 20 box. Everything went incredibly smoothly, it was all very straight forward and the rental process itself only takes 5 minutes. The reason Im writing this review is because once I was done with my move, on addident I left my Xbox One X in the cab, (the $599 one) at first I wasnt sure where I put it during the move (hate not being able to find stuff after moving) but then I realized I may have left it in the truck... I got call from U-haul and they let me know I had left something in the truck...Went back and there it was. 5-stars for ethics and customer service and honesty. These people are not out to rip you off. Ill continue using U-haul and reccomend them to anyone and everyone that needs to do any moving.Thank you!
People in the front desk were helpful to me, but my hitch installation was a complete disaster a day after they install my hitch and wiring I found wires under the car dragging in the pavement, the 4 plug was real loose about to fell off. overall the hitch installers have terrible working skills, if they have any. for the amount they charge this should be a professional installation NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.
I found the whole crew at this location to be friendly and attentive. When a hitch installation mistake was made the store manager, Cliff, provided excellent customer service and made all necessary efforts to solve the issue. Great experience!
Needed moving boxes. They wouldnt fit in my car so a girl there helped me fold and condense them to fit all but one pack. I went back in to return the last pack that wouldnt fit, and Joseph was more interested in going to lunch. He was short and didnt really care to have customer service skills. Having customer service skills is like graduating to riding a bike with training wheels.
Bought all my boxes and pads from here and rented a 17 truck for a one day move and everything went well. Had to park by Baja Fresh but its a short walk, and the Point of Sale machine was having glitches but still managed to take payment. Overall, Im happy with the experience
Tyler the manager from this location has zero people skills. I have never experienced such poor managerial experience and disrespect from a company. It was so bad it made me post my first review ever. Seriously drive an extra mile to the other location or go Penske.
Amazing friendly helpful staff! Another Uhaul dealer in Portland off Stark st did not properly install the wiring kit for my tow package. I brought it here and 1) they were super helpful and fit me in 2)had the part 3)didnt overcharge me. Both managers of rental department and hitch dept were the best! I would rent again and have them install hitches on other vehicles!
We made a reservation for a covered trailer and when we went to pick it up they told us the other person that had rented the trailer had not returned it yet. Then they told us we could go pick one up in Sherwood. We had an appointment to pick up some furniture we had purchased and had no time to make the trip to Sherwood nor should we have to. No apologies from the man that helped us. No phone call ahead of time so we didn’t waste our time going to pick up a trailer that wasn’t there. We will never go to this Uhaul center again. Terrible customer service.
Went back after seeing on my bank account that more was taken out than the receipt. Asked for the manager and got James. Showed the positive withdrawal from Uhaul. After showing him he got rude told me to be quite and listen. I told him he did not have to speak to me that way. I got a not so nice sorry and he continued to talk. He also said that his price is the best I would get. And rudely informed me that they dont rent by the hour. I will also have to wait a week to receive my difference. Glad my move is over and wont use Uhaul again. James if you read this, by the way Pods is cheaper because I have checked and that is who we are using to move to another state. So before you you are rude and demeaning to customers know the facts. I was not rude or mean, the charges were never explained so for me to ask about my money you should never treat someone like you did when they paid for a service.
Employees were friendly and told me exactly where to park so they could hook up my rental trailer. Ron introduced himself to me and made me feel like family, he hooked up my trailer and helped me check the lights before I set out on my way. Thanks Ron!!
Hude lines but the service was ok! Spent 2 hours trying to return the vehicle after hours, due to their self check in app just doesnt work.
They have been helpful and as fast as they could be, its usually busy in the after noon, and if you have a storage unit it cost extra for 24 hour access and sometimes you cant get your vehicle to your storage after hours due to customers that have dropped off uhauls blocks off the entrance
GO TO BUDGET! I am never using Uhaul again. I checked out a small truck for 5 hours. Filled it up and returned it after hours. I did EXACTLY as I was told. Pulled the truck into the drop off lane, with 2 empty trucks in front of me. Then dropped the keys off in the After hours key drop. The next day I get a voicemail regarding the truck. We need you to return the truck or you will be charged another day. I called back right away and the man on the phone literally said, Uh, let me try to find the keys. After being on hold, he said I found them. Thanks for turning in the truck. I made sure that I was not going to be charged an extra day or any other fee. Today I look at my Uhaul contract in my email and I was charged for 2 days, 2 fees, 2 insurance fees. What a disaster! I had to call AGAIN to report this. No one could take my call, so the supervisor had to call me back. WHAT A JOKE!
When I ordered my truck all they had was a 10 ft truck. So I ordered it. When getting the truck to my house I found out that there was no ramp on it. Called the company and they informed me that that truck does not have a ramp. That is an important thing to let the customer know about. Also if there is no ramp why would you offer me a dolly. I was very upset waist of my money.
Friendly people. Good Service. They had the truck that we wanted in stock. Weekends in the summer might be harder for inventory availability though, so keep that in mind.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! A different U-haul location, or another company entirely. You do not want the stress that comes with dealing with Cliff at U-Haul Moving & Storage of Hillsboro. Tried to charge me over $300 for a truck I returned same day, with no damage, and a full tank of gas, only going over the miles I had stated by maybe 10 or 20. Instead of being $5-$10 added on like it had done 2 days before in that same situation, Cliff decided to add $157 onto my bill.So Ive been here a few times, never had an issue with the employees. The GM Cliff however (standing next to the 10x15 sign in the pictures) has no business being a general manager, in all seriousness this man shouldnt be working any job where he has to interact with customers. In the past week I rented 2 trucks, 1 on Wednesday that he had literally NOTHING to do with, picked up and dropped off same day and location. The second I dealt with this man both times, again pick up and drop off same location. When I showed up at 7 am, when theyre supposed to open, the doors were locked. When I asked an employee outside, he let me in. Still had a smile on my face even though they opened late, because I had found someone to buy my motorcycle which is saving me from collections. Could tell he had an attitude, wasnt bad enough to turn me away, but I noticed. Brought the truck back around 4 same day, his attitude was worse. I Had a problem with the payment they wanted(mentioned above). So I was told to the talk to the people at the desk cause even the employee at the time thought it was wrong. Unfortunately Cliff was there. I told him that I had rented a truck a few days earlier, THAT IS ALL I TOLD HIM ABOUT THE FIRST CONTRACT. From there he started making things up about the first contract, again something he had nothing to do with. You could say Hes the GM, of course he knows. Ok, so without having any paperwork for it on hand, without looking at a computer, or even asking an employee, he started telling me how the first contract was on hold, which was false. The payment had posted the next morning, not pending, Full on posted. He refused to allow me to give him any form of proof. How did he know? Apparently I rented a truck a few days earlier told him every single detail about my previous rental, even stating that I had issues then as well, which I didnt. That transaction went smoothly due to his Employees. He just kept making stuff up, and telling me I was the one who had told him, when the only thing I was doing was calling him out on his lies.Even after all of this, his employees were still really nice. Which tells me that Cliff acting like this is normal. Didnt seem to bother the other employees what so ever. Just another day. Will never go to this location again, U-haul will always be a last resort.
They had a button outside for drive up service...No response until a UHall Guy running by nods, and says he will be with us in a minute. Eventually the guy in front of me drive away slowly shaking his head. After a while I got the kids out of there car seats and went in for a half hour or so of defending their store from my kids while I waited in line. When it was finally my turn the guy said he was too busy and I should go somewhere else so that the people behind me don’t have to wait. I offered to schedule an appointment maybe go to another branch of his company...nope.
Awesome place! Clean, well-lit, the office has all the extra moving supplies well-stocked, and the staff is incredibly friendly and very efficient.
Was impressed by the van i guess. Updated with the latest technology like backup assist. Van was clean and new.
Plan extra time into your move or pickup! Nice place and nice trucks. But 2 people working on a summer Saturday! ? Took 35 mins to pickup and currently sitting third in the return line (which prompted me yo write this review) now going on 20 mins. Service was good and quick once I got some. Prepare for delays! Please staff accordingly u-haul!!
Despite all the negative reviews, I have had a good experience over here. Leased a truck once for moving purposes and did the entire process online. Showed up to pick the keys. Did not run into much issues while returning the truck either.
They made our reservation right. Clean trucks and a great staff! Fixed our electrical on our hitch too.
Lisa went out of her way to help my daughter who rented and moved on her own for the first time.Cliff and Brad were also helpful
Staff was nice. I was in an out without much issue. Drop off was simple and easy.
The hitch installing business is either you get it right or wrong. Unfortunately, my experience wasnt perfect, but with an extra $150 bucks on my part - they got it right. Be sure to order the right hitch receiver for your car or truck. Note, when you call this business - 9 times out of 10 you are sent to a call center somewhere else in the US. I assumed I was talking to the Hillsboro Uhaul when I ordered my hitch. I got a 2 inch receiver installed when I assumed I was getting a 1 1/4 inch - I made it clear it was for a bike rack and is on a car - not truck. Anyway, I wanted it done right and had them swapped out. They said they could meet me halfway on the labor cost, but of course they fully charged me the full cost to redo the hitch receiver install. It looks much better - but be sure to get what you are expecting - we all have to do our homework and not expect the businesses to always ask the right questions even though it is their business to do just that!
Use this business at your own risk, giving them your financial information may be harmful to you financial safety. They advertise prices as such, then they charge you whatever they want.I have been a resident of the Hillsboro area and surrounding towns for approximately 10 years. I have used U-Haul on Cornell Road in Hillsboro Oregon for my businesses, Farm, personal use and occasionally for charity work. This location used to be great about customer service, not to mention amazingly convenient. Up until about a year ago I would’ve recommended this U haul location on Cornell road to everybody, this specific location on Cornell Road was run by wonderful staff that took care of patrons with some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. The staff where helpful didn’t overcharge and gave a guy a break once in a while. If they made a mistake with billing you called them and they took care of it right then and there.Currently they’ve gone under new ownership. Their customer service is deplorable. They seem to think that customers credit cards/debit cards are theirs to charge frivolously as they see fit for: extra services, extra rental days, cleaning fees and other random charges. This seems to happen even if you had the equipment back on time, cleaned it and paid your bill. I had an employee argue with me at this location once about the gas needle not being close enough to where it was when we rented it. I’ve experienced on two occasions where I didn’t rent anything at all from this location and my card was charged at random for equipment or services. This particular location does not seem very trustworthy and I have had multiple issues with them. I made the mistake of renting a storage unit from them one time and after moving out on time they went ahead and charged me for a whole Nother month. They did refund my money however it took quite a while. I am sorry to admit I will no longer be using their services after eight years of loyal patronage. Currently trying to find another location in my area that has the same or similar inventory of equipment.I’ll also be contacting U-Haul corporate with a lengthy letter explaining my disappointment in the current ownership and how this location is representing their franchise name. It seems the new management is trying to squeeze the most out of every customer’s pocketbook.I’m particularly dissatisfied with the fact that I reserved a trailer for a full day online and then completed their Online Check out / reservation and Express check-in process “which is supposed to take five or 10 minutes out of their rental time”. I was quoted a certain amount 37.95 and they charged me double; plus they still had another pending pre-authorization for another 37.95. This was for a business venture. Our small Company budgeted 37.95 for an equipment rental for the whole day as advertised on U hauls website. The multiple charges totaling in over $120 when my original bill was 37.95 ended up overdrafting one of our business payment accounts. When we called the U haul location on Cornell in Hillsboro Oregon, to inquire as to why they did this, they tried to run us around. I was told I would have to come into the location, fill out a claim form and then wait ridiculous period of time until they decided whether I should get money back. Which does not solve or resolve the issue with the fact that they charged me more than I agreed to and overdrafted our payment account, which cost us money. Ultimately I had to call the bank and dispute the charges and order a new card because this U-Haul location cannot be trusted with financial information. I am very disappointed with this location and their lack of interest in the customers well-being and safety of their customers financial information.Caution customer beware use this business at your own risk.
Terrible customer service. If you rent a truck from them they will force you to park in a shopping center across the street or at a Baja fresh. I manage several storage facilities that also rent out trucks and I have never seen a facility do that, nor would I have ever done that to customers. Wonder how many people get towed or broken into leaving their cars in an unsafe shopping center.
I called in twice and was immediately put on hold then after 15 minutes they just hang up on you. I cant even wait on hold just to give you money??
Completely unhelpful and rude. Won’t be going back.
Didnt have what I rented available and messed up the pricing.
THIEVES....Avoid this location! The staff was a little short handed upon check in but acceptably friendly once they finally got to me.Although I generally expect getting a tired old turd of a truck when renting from uhaul, which this one seemed that it wouldnt barely start again after turning it off . Thinking I was going to be stranded at some point but luckily not. I dont however expect to get screwed out of additional money for gas. When I returned the truck after driving only 69 miles and having filled the tank with 20 gallons of gas, trying to avoid an additional fuel surcharge and hassle. This works out to 3.5 miles driven per gallon of gas that I put back in the truck, more than adequate, I was still charged an additional 16 dollars for gas when it was checked in. Unnaceptable thievery by this location and when I contacted the manager, Cliff Robinson, he didnt care at all and was unwilling to even investigate it. Too bad that the last little bit of confidence I had in uhaul was just destroyed by stealing $16 dollars from me.
This place don’t have a good customer service. They used their employee private phones to take photos of your Driving license and credit card. It’s totally not safe easy to access with fraud and identity. I would not go to this place.I give this 0 rating at all.
Fair prices, but sometimes dont have the trucks I want.
Nice staff, easy to service, I mean its a U-Haul but its a good location.
Very kind, helpful aand respectful.
Always understaffed creating long waits. Dropping off a u-haul here is one thing trying to get propane is another. Dont waste your time.
This U-Haul branch was a good one, something happened to the management. Now employees are unhappy, scared and they treat the customers accordingly. Bad service, bad customer relation and they will nickel and dime you and threaten you. If you can go to a different U-Haul my advice is do not do business with them I do not recommend them, run!
Charged me for cleaning when I know I have them the truck back spotless.
Dont bother. Go see Uhaul in Cornelius instead. We reserved a truck two weeks beforehand, and when we arrived, they didnt have one available. No apology. Very rude customer service.
Good service if you preorder
Very nice Place to do bizzness
Friendly service, efficient front desk.
People have good knowledge here
Can get crazy busy but they seem to manage as long as everyone is at the register.
Friendly staff. Long wait times though
The manager is rude and very unprofessional. I will moving my storage elsewhere because of his attitude. He always acts like youre bothering him when I go in.
Uhaul, masters of extorting customers.
Waste of time. Reserve a truck 24hr and then be told that I only have half a day cause they have another reservation on it. Last time I use them.
Good customer service
Helpful staff.
Slow service
Everything I needed
Mad people
Lines from hell.
