I had a great experience storing my things here. The process to rent a unit and then move out was easy. Access was simple and the times that they are open work out great. They have carts and elevators for second floor units and all my things stayed nice and dry. Very clean facilities.The couple that works here are friendly, nice, and answer all questions very well. Overall good experience. I would recommend this place for any storage needs.

SERIOUSLY THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH ANY BUSINESS BY FAR; STORAGE FACILITY AND OTHERWISE!!!! From the day I walked into the office after driving 4 days from Texas, I was warmly greeted by Aaron & his wife, Erica. They are so welcoming and hilarious!! Any business needs to be about the people in order to thrive and these 2 awesome human beings are true gems!! They have always been so helpful & when corresponding with them regarding questions I had, they were so quick to respond. I knew I was not only getting a great deal for the space I needed but I was also just honored to meet them! There is a ton of space at the facility and its very well kept. I have had my things there in a 10x10 for a little less than a year. I felt confident and secure that all my possessions were safe!! I will absolutely be returning to Aaron & Erica at Cornelius Pass Storage for any and all storage needs as well as refer anyone for their needs!! Thanks again.....you guys are the best!!!

Absolutely amazing staff! i came in to buy some moving paper hadnt found a storage unit yet or a u-haul and left with both reservations. every question over the span of time i was there was quickly answered and the unit was always safe and secure. i also had no mold issue like i had with previous storage facilities. the pricing is great and the location is perfect right off the freeway. if you need a unit whether it be 5x5 or 10x30 they are always happy to helpthank you for the excellent service!

Nice people clean place

It is convenient, well-cared for and the staff is wonderful. Erica helped me through getting the right size unit for my needs, the sign up process, setting up an account and she was still pleasant and cheerful when it was all done. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I have utilized Cornelius Pass Mini Storage for an extended period of time. The new managers - Aaron and Erica have really raised the bar. The facility is CLEAN, well maintained, and professionally run.If you need some extra storage space in the area - I would strongly endorse this facility.

Cool place, clean and secure

Our family has used Cornelius Pass Mini Storage several times, and have never had any problems. The new managers are helpful and kind, and signing up for my temporary storage yesterday was easy. Their rates are reasonable and the facility is always clean and tidy. Security measures are, as far as I can tell, very good. Highly recommended.

Ive been renting a storage unit here for a year now and have had a great experience. The facility and grounds are clean and I appreciate the high level of security for my stored belongings. I cant remember the managers name, but she was professional, friendly, and took care of my needs.

Great customer service, the front desk lady is very nice. In fact, she was very helpful and patient and explained everything. If theres any weakness, its that maybe she is going so far out of her way to provide excellent service that it may take longer to process a transaction. But I would take that any day over having a tweaker up there. Which leads me to think that the negative reviews of the customer service is from tweakers or people trying to game the system and mad at the rules theyre trying to bend/break. Which makes me love the customer service even more - keeps the rift raft out.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Good private and secure location, happy with service and going to extra mile. I saw a few tenants that resemble scum but far less than you would see at any other storage location. Lots of business owners and families store here.

Well, I thought the place was decent. Outrageous fees, raising rates for no reason, if you want to move they will charge you for a month if you arent out in the first 7 days, Cheap, bush league greedy tactics. Stay away, cheaper places in the area.

Very convenient location. The lockers seem secure, no drywall all steel construction. The onsite staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The units are very nice and clean but they have a mouse and rat problem our stuff is been in storage for four years and a lot of our stuff is destroyed because of the mice and rats they didnt want to compensate us on anything never uses people beware

My family has come to this storage for over a decade. The new people are really helpful and called me as soon as the size I needed was available. Very helpful.

I admit that I always shop around for the best rates for most things, especially now. I came to Cornelius Pass because I needed a place to store my small business. Their rates weren’t too high but their move-in special had no strings attached. The couple that runs the place were very friendly and transparent. Erica is always quick with answers and I see her always cleaning something. Aaron has been very helpful with my billing questions, a good laugh, and even helping me when the movers showed up. I really enjoy the “small town” feeling here. It seems like a lot of the people here have been here for a while. UPDATE: My special finally ended and just as was told to me, my rate only increased to the actual normal rate I was told it would be.
