Got a unit last week with the help of Christian. He was very helpful and didn’t hesitate to show us the differences in units despite the blazing hot heat.

The manager made renting a unit SO easy. I only needed it temporarily (for a month), so I used the online $1 for first months rent deal. Total came out to about $50 with the added cost of buying a lock and insurance, which was a great deal for one month of storage.Theres a gate to prevent other cars from driving in, and you have to use a code to both enter and exit, so its very safe. Also loved that all the units were drive-up units. Made loading and unloading our stuff very easy and quick.

I recently visited to purchase some packing supplies, the gentleman behind the counter was very nice and helpful in helping me choose what I needed. Even helped me load the boxes into my car. The packing paper has been perfect for what we needed.

Finally! I do apologize for having lagged at doing this, but I would absolutely recommend this storage to anyone within range of a property. I was especially lucky having had the pleasure of meeting Christian, at the facility on 1203 Tualatin Valley Highway . He was efficient while also providing most excellent customer service and excellent advice regarding the facility and how different units provided different amenities. My needs are minimal, but it was nice to have options. You really cannot beat a free month in advance- thanks again, Christian!Laura

LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff here. Christian and Neva deserve raises, if it werent for those two Id be out of here figure out my storage needs maybe somewhere else but Ill tell you what these two are amazing theyll go out of their way to make sure that you feel safe and welcome.

Christian was super helpful in making sure we would find the correct size space and had everything we needed to keep our stuff safe! We truly felt that he cared and wanted us to be happy with our storage. And although we didnt need a unit in the end, he helped us pick out essential items to help us in our move! If we need storage in the future, we know where to go!!!

This place is great if you need a storage unit. Theyre typically pretty full but the manager, Cristian is a great guy, very knowledgeable and helpful with information and answering questions. I was also surprised how fast he called to set up an appointment after we booked our unit online.

My move? Nothing much. Pretty standard stuff, really. 1400 miles, one U-haul, two other vehicles. Three kids, one nagging wife :)Unloading and getting settled was pretty much an all-day affair (on the hottest day of the year). Through it all, Mark (the very first Oregonian we met here) welcomed us to Oregon, answered all our questions,. and recommended the unit and parking spaces we needed. Many thanks. We know were going to love it here!

Jason has got to be the sweetest guy on the planet. I am very surprised that I hadnt driven him crazy.I had a truck on Tuesday, but you close at 6p.m. No truck on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Jason kept in contact with me and held a space (the last space on the property) for me until Saturday. It wasnt the perfect space, but the movers made it work.Jason, you are my Saturday hero. I didnt even care that the movers bought some items that they were supposed at my new location. (They took it back. They were really nice too.)After this wild week, all hell could have broke out and I would not have cared. My stuff is safe and secure with Jason.Oh...I mean Public Storage. Thanks Jason!!!!!

Rachel in the office was So helpful and friendly. She went over all the information clearly and showed me our unit. She even tried to see if we could fit our stuff into a smaller unit to save us money. We went with the bigger one but it was still very nice she tried. We have had a great experience so far and would recommend this location to others :)

Even though we aren’t quite ready to move for a couple months, Christian was invaluable to helping us figure out what size space we needed, what supplies we will need, and took the time to show us around and really treat us well. Do not store your property at this location. My units has been forced open twice. Lost all valuables. Facility says unit locked improperly. TWICE!!! The insurance is useless without receipts. This place is crooked, thieves.

My travel trailer was stolen from this property. Their low resolution security camera was barely enough to identify the make and model of the vehicle that towed it through the gate let alone identify a license plate number. The corporate office merely reminded me that they take no responsibility for property loss. Go somewhere else.

I have rented with public storage in the past and know what I am doing, for short term storage use is what I need. I see the same person Ive rented with in the past at this location. Because of this, I had a wonderful experience. Patrick should get a raise and promotion because he went over the same list, asked the same question and helped me with different problems. He is smooth with consistency and Flow of process.

Just got done visiting this place. Naeva the manager was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating which is not something you find at every storage place. I left feeling like I was treated like family. After checking rates and visiting other facilities Im definitely going with Public Storage. Even though Im closer to the other location I will be coming here because its such a pleasure to work with Naeva.

Where should I begin... I was in desperate need for a storage. THE other storage unit where I was renting was to expensive. Prices starting to go up and up. Until I said enough is enough. I drove to Public Storage and I saw the specials you had in display. I fell in loved with it. The most memorable experience was the beautiful woman helping me out. Jessica. She saw I was in desperate need she showed so much empathy that my heart felt that warm comfort that I felt right @ home. Personally I work in the customer service industry and she nailed it. The staff are helpful and pleasant, helped me switch units when mine was leaking and ruined one of my boxes, but their policy is horrible.I was in a situation where I had to move quickly and it seemed like a good deal when I was in a hurry, now I regret my haste.Buyer be ware, read their insurance policy very very carefully. They only re imbues claims that show forced entry, such as Cut lock or kicked in door. My unit was lock picked while I was out of state and my I Mac was stolen and boxes were rifled through and they denied my insurance claim. There are homeless people living and dealing drugs out of this location and the security cameras will provide you with nothing if you make an insurance claim. There is no protection other than the lock, which I now regret not purchasing a heavy duty one.So, be very wary of your surroundings and do not leave anything of value in your unit, although, what then is the purpose of a storage unit?No wonder there are class action lawsuits against them in California, Florida, Washington and Texas, maybe it’s time for one in Oregon. I’m sure the Hillsboro District Attorney would love to hear of all the miss management happening at this location and others.Never ever using public storage again

Secure enough location.False advertising though.I am paying for a 10x20 the dimension arnt even true so I am paying for square footage that isnt even there.I have had the unit for about 6 months or less and they have already raised rent. The original price of it is 217. You have to have insurance by them which is 13 cheapest. And they bumped up my rent to 259. Which is the base price for bigger unit. So really paying to much for not all that fantastic use. Will be planning on leaving long term storage here isnt a great idea.

My boyfriend and I rented here recently and were very pleased with the nice clean and secure unit despite the dreary exterior appearance. christian (manager?) was also friendly and helpful from move in to move out.

The delay in posting this review has no bearing on the swift and crucially efficient service we received while renting The Last Storage Unit in Washington County on June 14th.After being mislead by a U-Haul Manager on [lack of] availability at the site we were returning a full truck to, I placed a controlled, but frantic call to Public Storage and clinched The Last (etc.)Jason was everything two women with a deadline needed him to be. Thanks, Jason, for your professionalism and humorous calm.

I was here helping my sister move out. Mark check us out, thank us for our business, invite us back, opened the gate for us, then help us secure a table on the back of our truck.Very calm, cool and professional. But then again, he probably wanted me.

Jason helped me get set up with a storage unit here. He was professional and easy to communicate with. He made the experience very clear and easy. I would definitely recommend anyone to use this location. The storage unit is clean and simple. Getting a big truck back towards the back of this location can be tricky, but just use your mirrors and a spotter if you have one. I didnt have a spotter, but I was able to back a 22 Penske truck into the recesses of the property just fine.

First time needing a storage unit, and Barbara was most helpful. She helped me ensure that the size I had picked out online was going to work before we went forward with the rental. I wanted enough space that everything was still accessible, and the unit will allow for that.So a dreary raining moving day was made that much more pleasant by Barbaras cheerful attitude.Highly recommend.UPDATE July 1st, 2016My needs for a storage unit, now come to an end, and the check out process was painless. Jason helped with the final paperwork, and since I had not been in the unit for a couple of days, he was able to refund a few days of the rental that I had all ready paid for.Simple. Easy. Would use this location again should the need arise in the future.

Theyll just keep jacking up the price till you leave. First day when I was unloading my stuff kids were riding their bikes in the secure section and scoping out everyone who had their storage unit open.

I havent had any customer service as great as the public storage in Hillsboro. Alan was a tremendous help in finding a unit at a great price and he was so great with my children (who werent on their best behavior). It is a great relief knowing I dont have to worry about finding another location for my storage.

This location worked best for our relocation and we were helped at another property and directed here due to the location and better pricing. There was some construction next door so that worried us but overall we are very happy and will rent here when we move.
