This review isnt specific to Minter Bridge location, as I was on the live chat on the website, but this is the location Im renting from.I made a reservation last month, when there was an August promotion, and saw today that the price has dropped substantially for the same dates and locations, so I took the gamble to ask if there was a way to get a price match.Sure enough, they did, and even applied the August discount and a further drop as a kind courtesy.Even in these difficult economic times, there are good companies, and I am very grateful, as a cross country move is not cheap to begin with, to have customer service that goes above and beyond!

Got the 16 foot truck and the car carrier for an out-of-town move. Easy check-out process with helpful HD staffs. Had second thoughts about the car carrier and they had no issues cancelling it.Changed the drop-off locations couple of times and all went really smoothly. It was a new truck and had no issues.I will definitely recommend them and will always check with them first before going to UHaul or Budget
