I like these guys better than Discount Tire. Their service package in addition to their tires when you buy them makes for a great deal. It includes balancing, rotation, and accident coverage (nails, etc). Plus the guys there are pretty cool.
Very busy but Eddie took the time to solve a simple (for him) problem that Jiffy Lube (and I) could not figure out. Needed to add oil but the cap just would not come off. Now Ive got the oil changed and can drive the 500 miles that I need to, to get home today instead of tomorrow. Great guy. Very helpful. Thanks!
I had a confirmed appointment that was made online. When I got to the store they told me my appointment was not valid because their online booking system doesn’t know when they already have appointments. Seems like a real easy thing to fix. The guy at the counter couldn’t have cared less. I will not be giving them any of my business and you shouldn’t either due to their customer service.
My daughter pulled into your lot on Friday (7/30/2021) with my 3year old granddaughter in the car, she had a flat tire & went in to ask the employees if they could put on the spare donut tire when your employees told her they COULDNT DO IT UNTIL THE END OF THE DAY ON A 90+ DEGREE DAY!! SHE SAT ON YOUR LOT WAITING FOR 2 HOURS (HER GRANDPA GOT LOST) AND WATCHED AS ANOTHER MAN WHO HAD THE SAME ISSUE PULL IN & GOT TAKING CARE RIGHT AWAY!!!!!! Tires worked great for a long quick drive. Staff was helpful and got me set up with a nice Firestone credit card. 900 limit is all ya need.
I dont know who I spoke to but he was demeaning and condescending. They cant be bothered to do their job let alone practice an ounce of customer service. I scheduled an appointment to drop off my vehicle at 7 am. It sat there all day until I called at 4 to check in.. They couldnt find the keys, so they didnt think to call or check the drop box. Not to mention someone was there when I dropped off the vehicle but again cant be bothered.

I visited 2 other locations early Monday morning for an oil change while on a trip out West. Neither were taking customers even though they were open--one said You know Mondays are hard. ??? I landed here and he was very upfront, stated he had a couple of appointments in front of me but if Id leave it hed guarantee it would be done in 2 hours. They called an hour and a half later! And such a great value too.
I paid 4 for tires online and was called the next day by Firestone and told that they dont have them in stock I canceled the order and 5 days later I have still not received a refund the business didnt know who I should call they said that they had nothing to do with refunding online orders which is ridiculous I ended up chatting with somebody and they said after 7 days if there is not an order completed then the money is refunded this is a horrible policy and the customer service could not be worse
Great and friendly service. My tire came off the rim. We thought it be might be flat but the Firestone guys checked it out and got it fixed very quickly. All done with a smile. I am extremely grateful to these guys. Highly recommend.
These guys are amazing. The Complete in Firestone Complete Auto Care really means complete! In the past, I brought my car here because my speedometer stopped working. Turns out a rabbit had chewed through the wiring harness that operates the speedometer. Firestone fixed it. Today I brought in my other car because I had a screw on the drivers-side set that sheared off-leaving the post of the screw in and the plastic panel at risk of breaking. Firestone fixed it! I didnt even have an appointment; they got me in and out of there within 10 minutes with the repair done. These guys are professional and the quality of work is spot on. Once your car is out of warranty, there is no need to go to the dealer-come here instead!

Still not overly excited about this place. I had a slow leak. Their solution was to put in air. A week later, again low, more air. They could look at it the next day. I said, while you are doing that, rotate the tires, please. Maybe they rotated the tires, they certainly did not check the tires for leaks because a tire was low a week later. Today, they found a small nail in the tire. How am I supposed to trust them in the future?
Went in and told them details of my Acura MDX issue:Vehicle is in limp mode for transmission issue based on my OBD diagnostic.The receptionist advised that it would take a day to have someone look at it. I checked back the next day and was advised it requires a Master tech which would require another 2 days.2 days later they contacted me and told me to pick up the car and take it elsewhere because they dont deal with transmission....i was charged $107.27 for diagnostic. This does not make any sense:Why was i charged or even serviced when they knew that they do not work with transmission?
I recently went in to get my cars oil changed and had them check my brakes as well. When they were done with my car, they sat me down and went over additional service options that were open to me. I just really appreciated the honesty and good customer service. I will definitely be back to this location. It has been a while since I have found a Firestone where I feel like I am a valued customer but they made me feel welcome and didnt treat me like some foolish woman.
90+ minutes deep into a wait for 30-45 min oil change. It is a snowy Sunday but I had an appointment so eh. I would have taken an Uber home had I been given an accurate time when I got here. They don’t respect my time so I won’t be back.
Used them for an oil change a few times and service was fine. But when it came to getting my brakes worked on they mixed my car up with another who had a later appointment. I had dropped my car off the night before for the first appointment of the day. When I showed up to retrieve my car (after calling 40mins prior and was told it was in the shop and would be completed on time) the manager Eddie was just straight nasty and assumed I was wrong, not his team when I learned my car was never touched. He could have cared less. Ill take my business elsewhere where management is more pleasant to deal with.
Was across the street from this store when I realized my tire was very flat. Arrived & Eddie the store manager took excellent care of me immediately. No charge- just friendly, complete service - I left with my spare tire and a smile thank you to the two gentlemen at the store who made my day!
A great place to take your vehicle whether it be tires or repairs. They are always busy so I would suggest to make an appointment. Great service at any Firestone that I have visited
What a joke this place is! We have been taking both our vehicles to this location for quite some time now. The service was always mediocre but they got the job done and the location was convenient so whatever. THEN one of the cars was in accident and we downgraded the second car, It was like suddenly we went from getting mediocre service to being treated like garbage. Drove the new (to us but not new by any other standard) for 2 months before it needed its first oil change with us. When we took it in, they over filled it with oil with in 2 days my gasket was leaking. I took it back and the manager Eddie told me right away is was because my car was old. They quoted me to fix it and we made an appointment for the following Saturday as well as to get a new tire put on and an alignment. We took my car in during our appointment time and left, we returned about an hour later and spoke with the guy Stephen who is usually in the front. He informed us that they were just very busy and he wasnt sure they would get to it that day. We verified they were open Sunday and we left my car overnight. The next day came and went and when we had not heard anything from them by the end of the day we call and was told they didnt have anyone staffed who could do what was needed so it wasnt done and was told they would have it done the next day. I called Monday morning and spoke with Eddie again, He apologized to us an acknowledged that no one had called and wasnt sure why they would have had us leave the car knowing it was not going to be done till Monday. Knowing perfectly well how the gasket was busted from over filling the oil and not simply that my car is old he offered to waive the charge for fixing that, which actually translated to not doing it at all. Finally when I had to call back 6 hours later I was told I could come get the car. During some point in the day exasperated my partner also called and was told by Richie who was the acting manager over the weekend that they had ordered the wrong tire which also factored into why it was not done over the weekend, when I picked up the car Richie made it a point to start arguing with me about what expectations were set and even went as far as to call me a liar about what I said we were told. To no ones surprise at this point in my review the gasket was never replaced, the car continued to leak oil like nothing had ever happened. We have paid and closed out our credit card with Firestone and will make it a personal point to ensure people I know and encounter do no waste their time and money with such a trash establishment.This establishment bites off more then it can chew, they chronically over book and are incompetently staffed. The concept of keeping schedule doesnt seem to exist when you walk through their doors, they will not respect your time or property!!!

My car overheated. I took it in and spent over $500. They said it was resolved. 4 days later it overheated again. I paid another $500 to replace the radiator. Within 10 minutes of driving it after this 2nd service, my car overheated. They obviously hadnt tested it at all. After inspecting it myself, it was pretty clear the water pump had a huge leak. So I asked them to replace the water pump, and they did it for free, which was nice. At this point, their efforts were thorough, but it shouldnt have to take that long. Cant say I trust the manager who gave me a false/misleading explanation when it shouldnt have been that difficult to accurately diagnose the issue the first 2 tries.I have taken my car here for a decent amount of time, and theyve done a good job in the past. I think they were overworked and rushing. But I still dont think Ill be going back. This was unacceptable.
The absolute worst experience. The manager Mr. Jabonski is either a liar, a crook or just has no idea what he is doing. Upon entering the store with flat Firestone tire for repair he immediately told us that he could not repair it because of the bulge in the sidewall. I proceeded to explain that the bulge was just from it sitting flat in the cold overnight and it was not damage. He didnt care and said it had to be replaced. I am sure this Firestone makes a lot of sales off of unsuspecting people that dont know better, lying to them and stealing their money, but not me. Went across the street to Pep Boys and they repaired the tire in minutes with great service and attitude. Up until today I used Firestone all the time, never will I step into a Firestone again. Crooks!!!
There are numerous reasons this firestone failed me, but I would say the biggest was the last time I was there. Used synthetic oil, (mind you my family and I had been going here for years, thousands of dollars spent at this location) in my Jeep is around 70 dollars, forgot I had a coupon for 20 dollars off, called in to see if they would honor it and my response was better luck next time. Well they emailed me a service review and of course I voiced my displeasure with this, and low and behold I get a call from the manager who was the person that told me no in the first place to come in and they will award it!! No thanks, I will take my business somewhere that will do the right thing the first go around. Hopefully they have a new manager that does not have his head up his you know what.
Eddie Theran (New Manager).. not only did he find the time to look at my truck without a scheduled appointment he also took the time to explain what the issue was and fixed it. It fell the warranty terms and Eddie/Crew at Firestone word not allow me to leave until the job was done right and the truck was driving perfectly again. Good to see customer service done right and Eddie and the folks there knocked it out of the park..!! Thanks guys...!!

I went in for an alignment because my car had a small shimmy at 80 mph and it was a giant shake at 50 mph when I left. I went back to have them correct the problem and they broke TWO lugs off of my right front wheel and did not fix the alignment issue. They did give me a $440 quote to fix the things they broke.AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!

This is the location I always go to for oil changes and anything else needed for me car, I love this location, they are always very nice and never try to sell me anything that is not needed.Recently my niece needed her brakes and rotors checked, so I recommended this Firestone location. The Service Manager Jeff Aleman and auto tech Ben Warren assisted her with new rotors and brakes and she paid $100s less than she was quoted by the local Toyota Dealership!!Thank you Jeff and Ben, I will continue recommending you to family and friends!!
I brought my car in for routine oil change and inspection, with an appointment. I told them I was waiting for it, though going to go for a walk. They said it should be done in an hour. I walked around the area and returned in an hour and a half. When I got back, they said Oops. We havent even taken your car in yet. They implied that they forgot about it. They wound up giving me the oil change for free but not a great experience. Will not be returning.

Took our Tahoe in for a bad starter and they said they fixed it. Got it back and just 2 days later the car wouldnt start like the starter was still bad. Had it towed back into them and they said that the mechanic that replaced the starter didnt harness the wire back under the car and so they were dangling and blew a fuse. Ever since then we have had the same problem of the car being spotty when starting (like it did when the starter was bad). Well not even a year later the car was completely dead and he had to get it towed to a Chevy dealership ( chose that over Firestone because at this point we dont trust them). Well it turns out that once again the starter was bad. This time it completely died. Mechanic said that the starter he pulled out actually looked old and that it might not have ever even been replaced. So Firestone at this location charged us for over $500 in fixing the starter. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Ripped us off.

Ive had a very long, painful experience with this store. To begin, in 2006 I owned a Protege that was having some air intake issues with the engine, causing the RPM to fluctuate quite dramatically, something causing the engine to stall. I spent nearly $1200 at this Firestone to fix that problem, over the course of 3 appointments, they never fixed it and the car died. After this frustration I stopped going for a few years. Over this past year I decide to give them another chance. I do a night-drop for alignment work and an oil change, I also left a note saying that there is no power steering due to a leak in the rack, DO NOT ADD POWER STEERING FLUID. I pick up my car the following day, notice that there isnt a new oil change sticker, I return to the store to ask for a new one where they reply, ...Do you have 20 minutes? They didnt even change the oil. When I return to pick up my car I ask about why there are so many issues with this store, where the manager replied, Im backed up with cars today, I cant work all day on one car. Are you serious? I did a night-drop and wasnt able to pick up my car until 5:00pm the following day. Then I decide to get an oil change elsewhere the next time I had to. The mechanic at the other shop I took it to said, Youre missing a bunch of oil, whoever last did you oil change didnt put enough in. This is EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE, this could have lead to a rod blowing out in my engine, causing thousands of dollars worth of damage. These people are failures, the never offered any discounts for the number of inconveniences they have caused me, were rude and flat out acted like they didnt care about their job. Every day of my life I will recommend to family, friends and complete strangers to avoid this Firestone. They are extorting people, plain and simple.

I took my vehicle here as I am new to the neighborhood, probably the worst decision I have made in a while. I had an early AM appointment and needed it back by about 1 pm never received a call from them. I had to call multiple times to see if the work was complete. Finally at 3 pm they completed the basic repairs, but they lost my oil cap and said that the vehicle did not have one when it was dropped off. After I got my vechile back home I opened the hood to check on things and the oil cap was in one of the body slots on the under side of the hood. On top of that the repairs I asked for were not done correctly so I had to return for them to do them again. I cant recommend going here based on my experience.
As I was Walking by a firestone employee backed out of their garage with a customers truck and smashed their tailgate in with a tree. Pay attention to how big the customers vehicles are! *I witnessed the crunch of both the truck and branch of tree breaking.

Been going here for the last 2 years. Never had any problems and they have had the same manager, Eddie. He makes sure he speaks with people about the work happening on their car. Its nice to have a repor with the shop manager, Ill be torn when I move on wheter to come to this shop or find a closer one.
They attempted alignment and left me with worse results then they started
So, this place is open 7 days a week. They had my car for more than 36 hours to check it and get a diagnostic. I had to call them to get the status of my car and they didnt really provided me much info. They just recommended to take it to a dealer instead. Time wasting to a brand that I though they couldve made a difference. Just pathetic.
*Edited*So my first experiece with the shop wasnt the best, but it really was something out of their control. Eddie, the manager, called me the very next day and made it right by us! I will definetly be back due to their custoner service and desire to keep my businessThanks guys!
Had a flat tire, said they could not repair it, BUT he could sell me 4 new tires and I would get a 200$ off voucher. He would not even sell me 2 tires, said that it would screw up my tranny. In the end I went to another place and had the tire fixed.
Staff is not prompt and not mindful. Took my car to get my bearing fixed and told them 3 times it needs to be fixed. They acted like I had no idea what I was talking about & didn’t think it was the bearing. The day I got it fixed they called me and said “yeah the baring needs to be fixed”. I told them that in the first place? I also had my appointment at 8am and they didn’t start working on my car until 11:15. Wasting a lot of time.
Been using this location for the past 6 months. Staff is friendly and very knowledgable.Sam Azzam and Manny Flores worked out a potential service problem with one of my vehicles and made things right thus keeping my business. Would recommend this location to anyone.

Terrible experience at this location. Nothing was done right and they took forever to complete the most simple tasks to a car will not be returning to this place and I would suggest you avoid it as well.
Went in for a battery replacement which was a warranty replacement for one they originally installed. I was told that they were going to put an upgraded battery into my truck as the original installed was a little too small for my truck. Paperwork reflected they installed bigger battery however the night I came home with it, I checked and they installed the same undersized battery. Now I have to waste my time going back to have them replace it yet again...
Have used them several times, and I now know that they use better quality parts than the slighlty cheaper place across the street, so the repairs definitely last longer. The cheaper place saved me some money up front, but I had to get their cheaper repair done again twice within jsut one year after several repairs, so Im sticking with Firestone fom here on out. Firestone ahsdone some rechecks for free, and seem very professional. Also love the lifetime alignments whic weve used for nearly a decade at this location. Happy Firestone Customer!

I have been here a couple times, and the service is not that great. The wait is horrible. They will wait til the last minute to work on your car, and then not give you the right answers to what is wrong with your car. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
They have told me to bring my car in on two separate occasions and then told me they couldnt do it when I brought it in because they didnt have enough staff present. They also opened 30 minutes late one of the mornings. Five customers left during that time.
They were able to see me on a moments notice at the end of the day and resolve my car problems in a friendly and helpful manner.
On the road strips many Firestones have been a lifesaver
