Best experience Ive ever had at an Auto Shop!My first experience with Next, Ford quoted me some ridiculous price to fix more than what was broken and the team at Next Auto Care was happy to talk me through what was really needed for the repair and what wasnt. The job ended up costing half of what Ford quoted and my Expedition has been running great ever since!My second experience with Next, my Jeep Grand Cherokee that mostly sits in the garage all year needed some work to be ready for winter and I also wanted a quote on a small lift and larger winter tires. The team did a full inspection of the Jeep and when what was needed was more than I wanted to spend (it needed a lot more work than I knew) they were happy to talk me through all the repairs and figure out what was most important to be safe in the winter and didnt pressure me into doing more.Im thankful to have an honest and fair business like Next Auto Care so close to home.

I have maintained that this is the best shop around for years, and they again have proven themselves. I brought a car in to have a Check Engine diagnostic light come on, that i have had others try to clear but it seemingly wouldnt clear or go away. They went through and methodically checked the car from front to back, and found the issue, resolved the issue, and then drove it around to validate that it was fixed. Here is where they went the extra mile, We were doing all this so the car would pass emissions, they not only fixed the problem and kept me in the loop the whole time, they also took it to emissions !, it doesnt end there, i didnt know but i dropped it off with little if any gas so on top of everything else they did they also put in gas for the test drives and make it home. Who does that? They do. Ken, Delores, Zach, and Jim thank you all very much, i am sure there were others involved and my thanks goes to them as well. Keep up the great work !

Weve been taking our Hondas here for a few years and definitely recommend them. Friendly, great service, fair prices and quality repairs.

I brought my car in for an oil change and some other electrical work and while they inspected it they said needed a ton or front end work, replacing ball joints and tie rods and brakes. They were very kind and helpful in shuttling me to and from my home. I had them fix the brakes and hold on the other stuff since they quoted me over $2,200 for it. Before I spent that money I wanted a second opinion, so I went to another respected local shop and learned there was nothing wrong with the parts they said needed to be fixed. While I appreciate the work they did do, they tried to have me pay them over $2k to fix things that werent broken. The mechanic I took my Jeep to for the second opinion will be my shop of choice from now on.

Maybe a cut above the rest. Honest, professional and timely. I had my truck in another shop for 3 weeks doing diagnostics and was quoted 4 weeks lead time on the truck costing close to 20k. After dropping my truck off at Next Auto I had a diagnosis, and an honest estimate by the next day. 1 week lead time on the truck and less than a quarter price of the dealership I had used before! I am 1800 miles from home and am so lucky I found this place. Car trouble stinks, but dealing with this company was a pleasure. Thank you so much Next Auto Care!!!!

Pretty good shop. As my car is an older model and the parts needed were dealer only. They let me buy my own parts rather than pay the dealer price. That saved me around $1,800. Fairly unusual in this business. Fair price on labor too.

I went to this repair shop to have my alignment done. My car requires a few attempts to get the alignment perfect. With that being said, I was not charged anything more for the extra work. The alignment was very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend!

Chris, the gentleman who runs the place is awesome. He in my opinion, truly cares about you as a customer and goes above and beyond helping me out when I have to get work done on my truck. EVERYTHING costs an arm and a leg to get fixed or replaced in todays world but he will help you out if he can. I only have them work on my vehicle when I have to get it worked on. You cant go wrong having him repair your car.

Amazing place! So clean and everyone is so friendly! They absolutely had the opportunity to overcharge me for a more expensive oil but triple checked compatibility and saved me $20! They also just cleaned my air filter instead of replacing it free of charge! Its clear theyre in this to make repeat customers for the right reasons. I will never go back to a dealer!

Im sure these guys are great (4.9 stars means something), and they are super friendly and clean, but I DONT recommend you go there for an emissions fix.... just buy CRC Guaranteed to Pass Emissions Test Formula! We took our older van there because we didnt pass the emissions test. It took them 4-5 days to diagnose the problem (which was fine, its an older vehicle). That cost us $140... They said we needed a new catalytic converter at $1400 in order to pass the emissions test, and that was our only option. Well, fortunately we didnt settle for that answer. What they could have and SHOULD have said was just go buy some CRC Guaranteed to Pass Emissions Test Formula for under $13 dollars, follow the instructions, and go get re-tested. This is what we did, and we passed, and saved us nearly $1400. The diagnosis ONLY of our van still cost about $140, with NO WORK done on it by them.

Next Auto Care came highly referred and they did not disappoint. Everyone in the front office is truly professional and friendly and they kept me informed of my large repair and there were no shocking surprises to my budget or my time. I want to get oil change today Person at the front desk told me I have oil lick so I ask him how much cost to fix and he told me it will cost around $5000.00 I rally got surprised (and he was saying i know u not going fix it........didnt like way how he talk) anyways and tell him ill be back. Then I want to get 2nd opinion then only have to pay $450.00 and fix the problems!!!!! Lol

I liked just about everything regarding this mechanic.

Car is under warranty and check engine light came on. It took two visits because the need to be sure what was wrong. They fixed the problem plus went over and beyond. I got a nail in tire and fixed it no charge also fix my rear view mirror. Great people and very friendly and professional.

One of the main reasons I chose to take our car here was the great reviews, and, after my experience, I can understand why. Unfortunately, our vehicle was unable to be repaired, but the staff was still very helpful. I was not rushed to get the car off the lot while we figured out what to do with it. The staff was more than willing to help us with any plans we had and even gave me some feedback regarding potential new vehicles. We will be returning!

This place is the best. The absolute best. My family and I will not go anywhere else for our auto care needs ever again. People are great and as far as I can tell their work is just as good. This is going to sound silly, but back in April I experienced an outstanding oil change at this wonderful shop! I happened to get a coupon in the mail for a spring special and I decided to switch things up and check out this local shop. I spoke with Manny on the phone and set up an appointment. When I arrived the next day, he greeted me warmly and quickly. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the front of the house. Youd never be able to tell you were in a garage! Extremely clean and spacious with a comfortable lounge area. They were expeditious in getting my vehicle serviced within the estimated time frame with no upselling. While I waited I enjoyed a cup of tea and a snack and thought I was in the twilight zone. Id like to note that while I was waiting (about 45 minutes) I could overhear the staff conversing. They were professional and kind with how they treated one another and customers on the phone. I cannot praise them enough for this! I will be sure to return for any future needs.

I’ve been swinging in here since just a couple months after these guys opened. I’ve seen 3 different shop managers and several different technicians, and the theme of great customer service has never failed. It all started with someone who could do a decent alignment, and now I use them for everything I can’t diagnose myself or just can’t do in my garage with the tools I have... and realistically they’re the only people I’d trust touching my car at this point besides myself.

I trust Next Auto Care and Manny completely! Ive been to all the franchise places in Highlands Ranch and Lone Tree and they have all disappointed or damaged my car worse than when I brought it in. Next Auto Care is local and like having your own mechanic. Manny will always tell you how it is, straight up. If it can wait, hell let you know. If it needs to be fixed, hell let you know that too. But he will always let you choose and you will always feel good about your decision. And the prices are very fair. Youre not going to spend money on things you dont need. Theres no upsell or hidden agenda. This place is just good people and good mechanics with good prices and great service. Try them and you wont be disappointed. If you dont like them, you can always go back to one of those franchise places. But I think you will be happy and you will finally have an auto care shop that you feel good about taking your car to.

Awesome work, competitive priced, and honest. I bought an older Subaru Outback off of Craigslist and had some work done. It needed new brakes, timing belt, water pump, and various other fluid flushes. They did it all was cheeper than the two other places I called to get the work quoted. I have had it now after the repair for about 9 months and everything is perfect. Also, I was told from another mechanic that my Outback needed two different services, but when I brought it to Next Auto Care, they explained that based on my type of car, I only needed one of the services because Outbacks dont even have the components for the other service. They could have easily charged me because of my ignorance, but they didnt. Highly recommend!

It felt like I was being taken advantage of, because I am a woman, with the previous quotes (because they were so high). I spoke with Chris and told him about the issues I was having.. This shop has impressed me from the moment I used them a couple years back. Being in healthcare, cars are not my specialty- many places in the past have tried to take advantage of this suggesting unnecessary work and charges. Chris and everyone at next auto care are the most honest and fair mechanics I’ve ever used. They got one star because of the minimum not that they deserve it.I would not recommend this awful and corrupt mechanic shop to anyone for even the simplest job. I went in to Next Auto Care to have them replace my auto sensor and rather than simply fixing the auto sensor they instead broke the current sensor that was already in my car. The mechanic continued to hammer it until he severely damaged the sensor that was already in my car and thus ruined the manifold intake as well rendering the car dangerous and nearly not drivable. The mechanic clearly had no prior experience and admitted to breaking the sensor. The manager and owner, Chris, covered for him and proceeded to tell me it is not his responsibility to fix what they had just broken and that it would cost me $779 for them to not only fix the disaster that they had just turned my car into but also to replace the manifold intake which they had just damaged. Instead of trying to fix the mess his employee had made, he blatantly lied to me about the damage. When I tried seeking answers from him and his employee, his wife threatened to kick me out of the store and told me to “calm myself down” because she did not want me to warn any of the unsuspecting customers that were entrusting their mechanical work to this unethical, fraudulent, and nefarious company. These people are greedy and have no intention of fixing any cars and simply want to take advantage of female customers by breaking the cars and forcing them to pay exorbitant prices to rectify the immeasurable amounts of damage that they have caused. Chris repeatedly refused to fix any of the damage that was caused and his wife kept rudely trying to kick me out of the shop even though I was a paying customer and I simply wanted some answers as to why I came in with a car that needed a simple fix and was leaving with a vehicle that was so damaged it would cost well over $700 dollars to fix. Absolutely horrified at how they would treat their customers and at how little they truly care about the work that they are providing. how this shop claim that they have ASE certified mechanics while they dont have the experience to perform standard mechanic job. A dishonest and thieving shop run by people who are incapable of performing mechanical work on cars and who are pretending they are qualified simply so they can make a buck. Would not return and would not recommend such a cruel and despicable place to anyone who is seeking a simple car job to be done. In absolute shock and awe that this could happen in Highlands Ranch and by a family owned business nonetheless.

Extremely friendly and clean and quiet for an auto shop! They also do just about anything.. they fixed a tire Cosco said couldnt be fixed and replaced a seat belt for almost half the price the dealership quoted.. the lobby is kid friendly and comfortable for adults too.

I dropped my truck off there this past Sunday with a front differential issue. First off, the owner was there on a Sunday just sprucing the place up. Which by the way, the place is immaculate. Second, he invited me in and we discussed the issue. Monday rolled around and they had my truck in the air and diagnosed the issue first thing. Got my truck back Tuesday and couldnt be happier. Chris, the manager, had wonderful communication and gave updates. Wonderful place and I wont be taking my truck or wifes car anywhere else.

This is honestly the best experience that I have ever had at an auto repair shop. They could have easily told me the problem was much worse than it was especially with me not knowing anything about cars. I had a faulty sensor and was told until the sensor is replace they wont know if there are more problems (again another shop would have gone with the worst) and once the sensor was in and tests were completed they determined it was truly only a sensor. I also did not have sticker shock with the price and happily paid them what they asked for. This will now be my new shop for all car repairs and would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends! Great customer service is hard to find these days and especially honesty. Totally worth the 5 star rating!!!

Ive brought my Subaru in twice now and their services are the best Ive found since moving to Colorado a few years ago. They dont upsell, theyre honest, fast, and willing to go the extra mile.
