These guys are great. Went there because my tires were wearing unevenly for an alignment. They checked the alignment and it was good so they informed me it is most likely the shock and still under warrantee through Ford so they didn’t charge me. Had them replace all the fluids in my wife’s car great price and found discounts I wasn’t aware of. These guys are honest and do great work for a hood price.

John knew what to do and even when they could not get a replacement part on Saturday, his technical team fabricated a perfect substitute. I am very pleased and would highly recommend their service

We were traveling through town on a family road trip and needed an oil change and were concerned about our brakes that had overheated driving in the mountains. Jessie and his team were so kind, fast, and best of all, honest about what needed to be done. I had been warned, as a woman from out of town, about being told that I needed expensive work done that was not necessary, but with this particular shop in Highlands Ranch, they carefully checked everything in detail, gave me great service, showed me everything that was going on with the car, sent a review and photos to my husband who was not with me, and gave me confidence that we would have a safe trip this summer without spending a huge amount of money in unnecessary repair. All businesses are not created equal, but I highly recommend this Meineke Car Care Center in Highlands Ranch and am grateful to Jessie and his entire team. These guys are the real deal!

We’ve often brought our vehicles for service and repair to this Meineke. They do good work at fair prices. My only complaint on this experience is that even with me spending $2600 on maintenance and repairs, and they needed to keep my vehicle overnight, they didn’t pay for my Uber ride home and back the next day to pick up.

I felt very welcomed and was taken care of. The front desk was super nice and helpful when I asked additional questions about what else I need done to my car. All in all great experience and service. Ill keep coming back to this location for sure.

As simple as this may sound, my criteria for a positive review is for a company to say what they will do and then do what they say. These guys were true to what they said. They honored the appointment and did the work in the time they said it would take. Also no surprises !

I’ve been going here for years and now they’re under new management which is terrible!!! This new management tried to charge my wife $800 to replace a power steering pump. Not to mention we bought the power steering pump, so essentially this $800 was for only labor which is a 2hr job. This new guy is a crook, I wouldn’t trust him.

These guys are great. Brought in my truck for alignment because tires were wearing uneven. They said alignment was fine that it must be a shock and didn’t charge me because my truck is under warrantee. Brought my wife’s Rav 4 in because they were honest. I usually do my own fluid changes but they did all fluid changes for great price and even found discounts I wasn’t aware of. Highly recommended.

I had taken my car to get fixed after a few lights went on at another shop. After a day or so, it started again. I went to Meineke in Highlands Ranch and they actually fixed the real issue quickly. Everyone was really nice and professional and had me on my way shortly.

So the service was good but they did not do the oil change correctly as they did not tighten the oil filter enough. So I got home and parked on the driveway and when I moved the next time oil leaked all down the driveway. So, I had to go back and they did not feel bad or care that oil ruined a branded new driveway.

Great shop, they wont try to take advantage of less knowledgeable customers, I only got my muffler fixed here but they definitely know more than just mufflers & while I waited they really helped someone on a budget prioritize repairs and even pointed out unnecessary work that was quoted elsewhere

I scheduled an appointment online through Meinekes website for a full synthetic oil change package. The website clearly states that all oil change packages include (among other things like fluid top off and 23 point inspection) a tire rotation.I was then charged $15 for the tire rotation, stating that this location is independently operated and can price services as they see fit.I filed a complaint with corporate, who then agreed that their website states tire rotations are included, but that it does not say they are included free of charge. I stated that by this same logic the tire change package could include literally anything, say a million dollars cash, but that once youre provided it you are then charged for the same.Clearly, tire rotations are NOT included. They are an optional add-on for a service fee.The fact that they would then request that I provide a review is somewhat mind blowing.I will say, the gentleman I interacted with at the shop was professional and stated that he understood my frustrations and wished he could help, but the owners of his location did not allow for adjustments in this scenario. Clearly, this wasnt the first time theyve had a complaint.There are numerous shops that can provide an oil change and tire rotation in the area. I strongly suggest you take your potential business to a shop with a more ethical business model.This is the last time a Meineke will service any of my vehicles.

Replaced wheel bearing. Given loaner car to use. Great service by Reggie. They earned future business from me..not Hyundai who didnt return phone calls trying to schedule an appointment. Use this shop..master level mechanics too.

Am happy with the service itself. Personnel was friendly and competent. My only beef is that the final cost was roughly 20% higher than the coupon I presented had promised. It was still a reasonable price but the added charges should have been divulged prior to my going over to the Meineke shop.

I have been going to them for years! Reggie is very honest, clear, and understands the ins and outs of cars. Even with my neeest vehicle, I knew who’d perform all work. That’s a very good feeling. This Meineke location is unlike any others.

Reggie is the best! Unfortunately when hes not there, the service isnt as great. Even though I scheduled my oil change ahead of time, they waited until the appointment to go pick up the filter causing a much longer duration.

It took very long I had to bring the car multiple times. And they were very bad in terms of communication or updating you on the vehicle status.

Such an awful place. The employee working at the front isnt even wearing a mask. They overcharged for a simple tire rotation claiming that the tires needed to be balanced even though they had previously been balanced 6 months ago. They didnt ask me about doing this service and charged me a ridiculous amount for it. When I asked why they did it without discussing it with me, they tried to lie by saying they discussed the charges with my partner which wasnt true. Please take your business literally anywhere else besides this place.

Extremely unprofessional, BE AWARE!!! Manager yells and gets upset and will hang up on you if you question repairs. Communication of repairs is non existent or will try and add repairs to up sell. Manager threatened to impound car if his demands are not met. Manager will also ethically question your ability to pay and will add personal commentary regarding this prejudicial judgment. In the past this was a great place but this has significantly changed. We will NEVER return. If there was a negative or zero stars choice I undoubtedly would pick negative 10 stars. It was absolutely terrible.

Went on for an oil change. Didn’t have to wait long as they quickly took my car back. While waiting for my car, I witnessed first hand how professional and respectfully Reggie was towards myself and the other customers. He provided me honest information and suggestions regarding additional work for my car. This location goes above and beyond customer expectations and is driven by doing what’s right for customers. I was disappointed with the service I received in this shop. They refused to review prices of repars needed on the car and tried to manipulate me into agreeing to repairs without giving me and estimate on how much these repairs would cost. I had to ask over and over for a price estimate. The answer I got every time was dont worry, I will take care of it for you. This was very frustrating. I came in to get my alternator, back windshield wiper and back brake light replaced. They tried to up-sell the Torque Strut Mount, Engine Mount Front and Power Steering Pump without giving me a price estimate. When I asked for a price estimate, the answer I got again was dont worry, I will take care of it. I got the same answer several times I inquired about how much it will cost to replace windshield wiper and brake light. They also tried to slip in front and back licence plate light without my permission. Needless to say, I felt manipulated into spending more money than I wanted to spend at the time. Im sure lot of these things probably need to be repaired, but I didnt want them repaired at this time especially not without a price estimate. Lastly, they gave me loner car to use overnight with a close to an empty thank. In overall I thought they were very unprofessional, pushy and manipulative. I will not be going back.

This garage will let there technicians complete a car without having it anywhere near the factory alignment and then proceed to drive it like it’s a high performance vehicle that they own. If you want your car beat on and the work done incorrectly take it here. Otherwise stay far away from this shop!

Reggie is the best! He runs the place and gets your appointment scheduled, takes payment, keeps everyone in line. He has a great attitude, always so kind and provides amazing customer service. He makes it feel a little better that you have to spend money on fixing your car!

Meineke on East county line road was very friendly and very professional. They provided an oil change quickly and rotated the tires for a small fee. They provided a estimate of repairs needed on my car. I was very satisfied with the service I received at the Meineke on East county line road in centennial Colorado.

Well first of all I do all my own mechanic work on my vehicles.Although my brakes were grinding pretty bad and I had just worked 30 consecutive hours on a basement job so be for e I went home I stopped to get brakes done.The guy at the desk must:of thought I wasnt educated at all in automotive work cause he kept trying to upsale me on everything.Ever wanted to charge me to. Change my break fluid!Who in the world changes their brake fluid?The price was entirely too high and after seeing how slick they try to b.I refused service and I will try to detour anyone. From going there.

They were done in a short but thorough time and gave me great advice. I got in quickly!

Made an appointment for an oil change and was served promptly. I was in and out in 24 minutes! I went with my 3 kids (ages 6, 3, and 1) yikes! and asked if they could be quite quick and they said theyd do their best! I also didnt have a coupon, but the attendant (Reggie-the best) gave me the $20 discount as if I did have the coupon! They also had coffee!

Jessie at Meineke of Highlands ranch gave excellent customer service. I had a minor warranty claim for work done in California. Jessie walked me through the procedure, we called the shop in CA, confirmed the work (I also had my receipts) then he got me right in, changed my plug wires, and had me on the road again within an hour, at no charge. This type of caring customer service is what will bring me and others back. Great job! Thank you!

I’ve been coming to this location to get oil changes and small maintenance for a couple years. This is by far one of the most welcoming branches and I’m always in and out quickly. I’ve never felt pushed to get additional services that weren’t necessary, but they let you know was is needed and what is safe to continue on the road.

I bring my fleet vehicle in for muffler work and to check my batterys Cold Crank Amp output, since it has difficulty starting on cold days. I need to prove to corporate the battery is failing. Midas charged $40 but didnt write the results in the receipt or have a print out of the battery & alternator analysis.Very frustrating.

Guy was great, I came close to closing time and the guy was more then willing to do inspection for me.

My BMW battery was almost completely dead and I used the last bit of energy to get to the Meineke down the street. It required a unique battery and Reggie was able to have it delivered and installed in a short time.Great Coustomer Service and knowledgeable staff!

Despite of me having an appointment they pretended that that don’t have it ... the most striking feature of whole staff was non of them wearing a mask which is mandatory... thirdly they try to charge me high until I gave them the coupon... Grease Monkey is far better than these college drop outs ... I am not going back to them

I had a great experience here today. The guys were super helpful and very knowledgeable. While they couldnt help me with everything they were able to point me in the right direction, and offered to beat a competitors estimate if I choose to go back and have them perform the labor. Definitely recommend this shop and will return with more business in the future.

Took my car to have my air conditioner checked. In previous months my car had been in an accident. Automatically, Ragi. New that my air conditioner was part of the problem from the accident in previous months, witch was not detected by the people fixing my accident in the first place.

Reggie was straight forward with me on car-care needs. The service text got me in and out of there extremely quick! I greatly appreciated that considering it was a Saturday morning. The office that I waited in had a pleasant temperature, and the water dispenser was readily available and filtered.

I thought they were great for an oil change but I asked if the fill all fluids but they only did the oil. I checked today and antifreeze and wiper fluid were not filled. I ask for this service

The mechanics did an excellent job taking care of my car and identifying other issues my older car has so I can decide how to take care of them. The attendant was helpful and took time to explain and answer my questions. Going to Meineke is always a good experience for me.

These guys do a fabulous job in so many respects. They checked out a bent tailpipe on my truck, suggested a solution for a price $300 less than a competitor, and the repair was perfect. The manager, Tim, was resourceful and communicates well. His team did a perfect job on my repair. As a result of this first time, positive experience, Ill be back for my other automotive needs. Ive been coming here regularly for oil changes and maintenance. The staff is always courteous and helpful. They take time explaining issues to someone who might not know a whole lot about car mechanics. I have found them to be trustworthy, which is very important in my book. Took truck in to get Y-pipe connected to new headers. Appt was on Tuesday morning, but I decided to drop off on Monday. Tuesday I swung by and was told the only one that could work on my car had the day off. Fast forward two days and they decided after f’ing around that they should order parts. Parts not due in until Monday, remember guy off on Tuesdays. Wednesday I finally told it’s done. Crawled under to look at the weld job, un-f-ing believable, what 5 year old did they get to weld up the pipes. I’ve welded once in my life.....it looked like that. Eight days and $500+ dollars later I still think I have an exhaust leak. Now I have to find a different store to take it for warranty work.

This place is horrible went there for an oil change. They tried to upsell me a bunch of repairs that I didnt need. Confirmed it with two other mechanic shops. When I refused service the manager told me not to come back, they even wrote it on the oil change sticker. Dont worry Ill never go back.

Thy recommended $3,000 of unnecessary repairs to fix a bent muffler support which the mechanic that I trust fixed for no charge!! Avoid this dishonest shop like the plague.

I had Meineke do wheel alignment and oil change and brake check. I do not have a complaint about the service but they returned the car while handing me two lug nuts, saying that your stud is broken. How come the nuts were at place before the service and now they dont fit? Isnt Meineke supposed to return the car as it was before?

Dont recommend for fleet vehicles. Stopped in for an oil change and thats all they did! Proving none of my other fluids were checked and running out of washer fluid the following day and needing a new set of windshield wipers installed.

Never actually fixed what I brought my car in for. Manager yelled at me on the phone, so clearly I am a little intimidated on bringing it back to actually get it fixed for real! And not guessing whatswrong. When I stated what was wrong! So, unfortunately Im out $900+ and its still not fixed. I used to love, and brag about this place! So disappointed in the lack of work and respect.

I went for an oil change. Was told my battery was at 0%. Asked for them to replace it. Was told I had a battery with a warranty on it and I should be getting credit for it. Then was told my battery was too old for any credit. Was charged 250$ for a new battery and labor. Also my car was having brake issues. They drove my car to the place I had my brakes done last fall since they were under warranty. My battery was also replaced last fall by the same place. I was told by that repair facility that i should not have paid for my battery. I called the shop to let them know the other repair facility was bringing the battery they just installed back and retrieve my battery. Although meineke was aware that the other place was sending over the battery to swap out, they went ahead and sent mine out for credit on the warranty. Luckily the other repair shop uses that same company and retrieved my battery and tested it in front of me and it was 100%. So I dont know what kind of scam they are pulling, but stay away. I now have to dispute through my credit card company to get a refund back because their corporate cant call a customer back to resolve this issue.
