This is my third visit here and it was not a good experience. My prior visits were efficient. I had an appointment, arrived on time and my car still sat for 30 minutes. An hour later, I was told the tires I ordered were 4 years old but they were putting new tires on my car. 2 hours later they still weren’t done. Really poor service. I won’t be coming back here.

RAM truck was experiencing uneven tire wear. I went in to buy a new set and Daniel deduced that I needed new shocks and struts and if I did that I could keep the tires for a few more months and would not trash the next set.They got it done the same day so I am expecting good things. I appreciated the honest service.

Daniel and Travis went out of their way to replace my flat tire with a spare on Santa Fe so that I can make it safely to the store and have my tire replaced. They have great customer service!

This was my first visit at this Highlands Ranch store. I was met by friendly staff and my truck was serviced in under an hour as promised. I will gladly return to this location for my next service. I give it five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After buying new factory size tires for our vehicle here... we came back to them because of a vibration in the car at the recommendation of the dealer when we took it to them... they then put beads in because they said it wasnt balancing and that was the only option... and charged us $100. I now know beads are normally only used for very oversized after market tires! The shaking got worse to the point where the kids were asking if it was safe to drive! We took it back again and then they said the rims were bent and they couldnt do anything!We then took it to Discount Tire and they fixed it right on the first time! No more vibration at all... and they charged us almost nothing! I will never spend another $ at Big O!

I am pleased on how Max and his Associates explained how and why my rims have worn down due to weather conditions. I understand more now about my tires then before. Thank you Big O Tires.

I loved their efficiency in replacing my worn tires, but I was less impressed when the valve stem failed at highway speeds two days later out on the plains. The cost of the repair more than offset the initial cost.

I cannot write enough nice things about Big O Tires Highlands Ranch and one of their representatives; Collin. I had a flat tire - nail stuck in it and was told by the auto dealer from whom Id originally purchased the tires that the tire had been too damaged to be repaired, and I needed a new one; which would also mean Id need to replace the other three. These were relatively new/expensive tires with lots of life left. The dealer quoted me $1K to replace all 4. I decided look for a better deal and so glad I did! I called Big O Tires in hopes of spending less to replace my tires. I spoke with Collin. He was very polite and so helpful. I explained my situation and he told me to bring the tire in and let them have a look - that maybe they could fix it. I arrived, was greeted by another friendly, helpful representative. I asked for Collin and he was just as nice in person. He inspected the tire and turns out the tire was still in good shape - just needed a patch. I was in and out in 15 minutes and they didnt charge me anything! This place is honest, provides great service and is run with a lot of integrity on every level. I was so impressed with how well I was treated! When its time to replace my tires this is where Ill be going.

I was giving this place the benefit of the doubt but not anymore. Every single time I bring my van in for tires, I have to bring it back because they somehow always mess it up. The people in the front will work to make you happy, but the mechanics in the shop break things and hope you dont notice. I want the work done correctly, but most of all HONESTLY. Im going to the dealership from now on.

Tonight I had the best experience one could have with a flat tire with Big O Highlands Ranch! I ended up having a nail stuck in my tire, after getting the spare on and heading straight to Big O - they were super nice and professional and got me in quickly with no appt. They not only fixed my tire, but put the spare back where it belonged and filled up the rest of my tires - all FREE of charge! Might not seem like a big deal to some, but made my night. Big shout out to Collin and Ryan - truly appreciate the great customer service and quality care!

The most uncomfortable feeling I’ve had in a business in long time. Many of the workers were not wearing masks and gathered, talking in the main office/lobby area while I was waiting. I ended up waiting outside. They drove my car into and out of shop without mask on. I got home to, thank goodness only a few blocks away to find the hood was only patched 1/3 way and not closed.

We discovered a leak in a tire late in the day, and they were able to repair it quickly that afternoon. The staff were friendly and thoughtful while taking care of our needs.

The biggest thing I look for is honest reliable service. I cannot speak for all Big O tire stores, but I can speak for the Highlands Ranch Town Center Location. Every time Ive had this location service my car, from breaks, to oil changes to miscellaneous repairs and of course tires, they provided prompt courteous service and properly fixed the issue at a fair price. They have recently worked with me and my family with minor repairs... I have a teenage daughter that is just learning how to drive. The fact that they were willing to work with me made me happy. In the long run, my car has over 100,000 miles, my wifes car over 60,000 and shortly we will have a third car for my daughter. We will make Big O happy with continued long term service for all of our vehicles. Its a relationship and a good one. Please keep up the good work. Please continue to take a few minutes to identify who your long term customers are. You guys are great. Thank you.

I was into Kuni Lexus to get Nitrogen in my tires and they came back to me and said I had a hole that was not repairable. They then told me to go to where I bought the tires to have them look. (I bought them 12 hours away but?) I called Big O and Richard made me feel completely confident that they could help me out. When I got in there they told me my tire was repairable and they could get me in right away. My 3yo was with and they gave him colors and a coloring book. They checked all four of my tires to make sure they were okay and then never even charged me for the repair. I feel completely confident with everyone that works there, they are honest and professional! I will definitely be buying tires from them in the future! Thank you for making my day

I came into the Big O Tires in Highlands Ranch 2 weeks ago with a nail in the tire. They repaired the tire at no charge. I was impressed as I had never purchased a single tire from Big O Tires. Today, I took another nail to the same tire. I stopped in again and they took care of it. I offered to pay them as they heave now repaired my tire twice at no charge. It just didn’t seem fair at all for me to walk out without paying, twice. Collin and Jack would not accept any payment from me, but I promise that this location will get all of my future tire purchases.

Had good experience with the previous managers and work ethics. Came in and new set of employers and manager, friendly characters has gone out the back door. Three mechanics standing outside smoking with bays and cars sitting. Wanted a mount/balance service and they quoted me $250, I thought they were joking. Discount does the same thing for $80, dealer does it for $120. I walked away, hoping this review would help others make their decisions with doing business elsewhere. It was good when it lasted.

Very professional and fast! Had a broken valve stem and they were able to get me back in the road in no time. Would highly recommend you pay these guys a visit. Ill definitely be back myself.

I went in to get tires mounted and an alignment. The price was $150 more than the price I was told the previous day at the BigO on Bowels & Kipling for the exact same service. The man checking me out was sympathetic and tried to give me additional discounts but I still paid over $100 more than I would have if I went back to the other location 15min away.Also had concerns that their staff continued to hang out inside the store where customers were waiting without masks which made me incredibly uncomfortable. I saw this was an issue in a past review as well with a response from management saying they take COVID and safety seriously but clearly they havent changed their behavior with masks.

Great service center with friendly employees and a clean and neat waiting area. I was promptly greeted by Collin at the front desk and he got me in right away for a FREE tire rotation. I will definitely be bringing our vehicles here for our future service!Thanks Big O Team!

I have gotten 3 sets of tires through this location. Upon obtaining the last set my rear bumper was accidentally scraped. It seems the manager who was no longer there never brought the issue to the attention of the owner. Once in touch with the owner things were quickly resolved. Thank you for going out of your way to support your customers.

Oil Change took longer than quoted. No big deal if i were in a hurry I wouldnt have stopped for an oil change.Several employees repeatedly came into and through the lobby without masks despite a county-wide mask mandate.I asked that they check my turn signals as one of them is non-functional. When my truck was returned they had not fixed the turn signal and handed me an inspection form that among other things stated that they checked the turn signals and they required no work.They obviously did not do the inspection they claim to have completed.What work they did do is now suspect since it appears they are willing to cut corners and outright lie about the services performed.I would not recommend that anyone get service done at this location.

I was very impressed with the service that I received when I encountered a flat tire unexpectedly. Robin was extremely helpful and they got me back on the road promptly. Grateful for quality and quick service!

I am so grateful for Tim, the general manager of this Big O location. He was able to educate and help me with a return that I needed to make based on my previous tires not being able to be returned under warranty from another retailer. Tim went above and beyond in educating me, helping me out, and making things right for me when the problem was not a Big O issue, but instead a manufacturer/warranty issue with my tires purchased from a big box retailer. Tim, thank you. I will be returning to purchase my next set of tires from you just as soon as I can get the life out of my warranty/get credit from my warranty. I will be a customer for life!!

I called first thing this morning to ask about a wheel alignment and they were able to take me right away. It turned out no alignment was needed, just air pressure adjustments. They also noted my brake light was out. I wasnt charged for anything but the new brake light bulb. I greatly appreciate the staff being upfront, honest, helpful and friendly. They provided fantastic customer service in a very timely manner...I will certainly use them again when needed as well as recommend them to others needing service!

I cannot say how amazing this store was to me! I needed to have an alignment done today due to a new clutch being done in my car and tomorrow I’m due to move to another state and it being Saturday at 4:30 I knew it was slim to get in anywhere. I had an appointment booked at Les Schwab but they were already past my appointment time by quite awhile and still had three in front of me. I didn’t have the time to wait because I still have to load the truck and finish packing for my move and be ready to leave tomorrow morning. I called a few places before here and was turned down because they just wouldn’t be able to get it done. So when I called to see if they could get me, the gentleman who answered the phone listened to my situation and was super friendly. He said to come on in and they’d take care of me. Robin greeted me and was just amazing to watch how he handled and took care of all the other customers he interacted with either in person or on the phone. I sat maybe ten minutes before my car was brought in to be aligned. Hands down the staff here is on point and really went above and beyond to ensure I could make my move and be on time to start my new job. Thank you guys so much for squeezing me in and being awesome. If I wasn’t moving out of state you could bet I’d never go anywhere else.

Jerry of Big O Tires at Highlands Ranch acted quickly to find the winter tires that I wanted. Within 48 hours, he procured 2 tires locally and another 2 from out-of-state to outfit my car with a complete set of 4 top-rated tires. Other tire retailers required up to a week to obtain the tires and some could not even locate them.When installing my tires, Jerry discovered that the local car dealership had not aligned my wheels properly and spoke with them to realign my car. This realignment was performed within the hour by the dealership without additional charges.In the rush to get my wheels realigned, I left my laptop mouse at Big O. The staff at Big O Tires was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tech had just clocked out but offered to stay longer in order to work on my truck. The manager clocked the tech back in and he began working on my vehicle.I came in for a faulty tire sensor and the tech spent the necessary time to figure out which sensor was bad by performing several different tests and trials. Time to put on my snow tires and also scheduled oil change. While inspecting the car, Robin suggested new windshield wipers that were installed. Robin was excellent at communicating where they were in the process. Overall a pleasant experience.

Caleb took my frantic 7am phone call over a flat tire and calmed my nerves and had me bring my car right in. He was waiting for me to arrive and took the BEST care of me-car was fixed and ready within hours!! Customer Service is really important to me and you dont get to work with nice people very often-Caleb went above and beyond and I am very grateful!! My entire family uses Big O and I was reminded why yesterday-thank you Caleb!!!

Usually I use these guys to service the work vehicles I oversee at work, called this morning trying to get an appointment for my personal vehicle and have been on hold for going on 16 minutes now. Thinking I might need to start seeking auto repair needs elsewhere. I know we are all busy but 20 minutes just to make an appointment, I have been sitting here typing this entire review while waiting on hold hoping they would answer..........but nothing

This Big O has, by far, the best customer service! I have been to other locations (some that are closer to me) and Im always disappointed. This location is the only one I will go to! Robbie is amazing and goes above and beyond!

Want to know what is almost as bad as a flat tire? A tire with a slow leak. A slow leak that you can air up and keep delaying getting fixed, but you know you need to get it fixed. But getting it fixed means you have to find time to teach yourself how to get the tire off, hope your spare tire is in good shape, get that on, drive it over to a place to get it fixed then figure out how to get that spare off and the freshly fixed tire back on. So you delay it, until you cant delay it any more.Unless. Unless you decide to wake up early on a Saturday and show up at Big O Tires to see if they can squeeze you in to do that process for you. Which is exactly what they did for me. Im fairly certain they had the tire off and the nail found before I even placed my order for caffeine at starbucks across the street. By the time I got back it was almost fixed and I barely got started on my latte when they pulled up my vehicle, back to full functionality...all before I had a chance to really wake up.Love these guys! 5 stars alone for me not needing to figure out how to get my spare tire out from under my rig in the hot weekend sun. And they did it for free. :)

I have been coming to Big-O on Town Center in Highlands Ranch and have always had top-notch service. Andrew really knows how to treat his customers! He was able to listen to my concerns regarding tires and set me up for the winter. The studded snow tires were just what I needed for my steep driveway. I will NEVER get any services done at Big O tires again after what happened this past Saturday at this Highlands Ranch location. It doesn’t matter what color your skin is, you have no right to physically assault anyone!!!! Much less a customer. Tim, Andrew, Ken, and your shop technicians were fantastic to work with. Four new tires and laser alignment with new financing from start to finish was an hour and fifteen minutes. Combined with a Buy 3 get 1 Free sale, this store made a usually convoluted process simple. Highly recommended, straight from a former classic car restoration company owner.

They have a very untrustworthy unprofessional employee that works there named Richard Jurgens. He does side work out of his garage at home and scams people out of there money. Be careful!

My dashboard light was flashing at me that the pressure in one of my tires was too low. I called Big O because they are close to my house. They said bring it in and they would take a look. I had a nail in my tire and they were able to fix it for me. When picking up my car I was about to pay and they wouldnt charge me. What great customer service. Came into have my son’s car get a front end alignment. Well, there was much more that needed to be done to get it to align right. Dan and Tim stuck to what they said they would charge up front. Most shops would use it as an opportunity to charge 3x what they quoted. Not theses guys! I feel that they proved that they can be trusted. Had a great experience recently here! I had my oil changed and forgot to ask them to look at my tire that appeared to have a sloooowwww leak in it. I returned a few days later and they took care of it quickly and with no charge to me. They are always friendly, quick and the waiting room is very clean.

Caleb was a wonderful help in getting my oil change. I was traveling and needed to get the car serviced. A very good experience.

I recently had the tires rotated on my Yukon and had rims swapped on my boat trailer. Both times being in the shop were fantastic experiences. Don at the front desk was more than accommodating. I cannot speak highly enough of how nice and helpful he was. All of the technicians, especially Justin, were super nice and professional. What a great shop! Stopped in yesterday for a flat repair and they were very good to me. They got me in and out very quick despite a full schedule and snowy weather. They never once tried to push a new tire sale either. Very friendly and professional at the same time. Which is not the norm usually at other shops. They even returned my spare back to the underside of the truck without asking! I highly recommend them.

Ive been really impressed with Big-O tires. Their tire warranty is excellent, the oil changes are convenient and fast and the service is great. In particular I want to thank Andrew for scheduling me so quickly - friendly and professional too.

Robin was hugely helpful in getting me a new tyre for my week old brand new Audi. He went above and beyond to explain to a clueless Brit about US tyre protection and when we found out we had it, fitted the tyre for free in one day. His customer service was second to none and I can’t recommend Big O at Highlands Ranch enough.

Staff is friendly. They dont gouge for parts or labor. Work is done quickly. Staff is honest about what needs to be done and what can wait and I dont feel like they try to pull one over on me. This Big O always does the best work on my car. I even drive 110 miles from out of the mountains to bring my car here. It was much more affordable, because there are no hidden fees or hidden prices that they tack on to the end of the bill.Back home I can pay $150 for an oil change and sit around for 6 hours for my car to get done, even with a coupon.This Big O does right by its customers, which is why I come here every time. They are extremely competent, always staffed, and prompt about getting my car completed. I havent given my business anywhere else for the last year.This location is totally worth it!

This is a brand new store so they were still putting things together ie; painting, assembling the shop etc. Tim was extremely helpful. He took me in right away, did an alignment on a truck I had just rebuilt the front end on, and was done within an hour. Tim was a superlative representation of Big O Tires and I would definitely go back to this location for other services.

I left the house this morning with a near flat. I stopped in at Big O Tires in Highlands Ranch initially hoping for some air in the tire but asked if they could quickly look at my tire. They did, removed the 2 nail and repaired my tire and I was on my way in 20 minutes or so. GREAT place!! They helped me in a bind and Im grateful for that. I normally carve out a huge chunk of time to wait when I plan an oil change. But they had me on my way so quickly I did not even get a chance to sit and read the book I brought along! Thanks Big O!

I am modifying my reviews today because of the horrific experience Ive encountered.I brought my car to the location on 02/17/2019 to have an oil change, tire rotation, and a flat repair on the front right tire. I as helped by Becca, the receptionist, she was nice but doesnt seem very knowledgeable about the business; evidently because she did not know what I was talking about when I said the wheel lock is in the glove compartment. She also asked me three times where the leaking tire was after I repeatedly told her front passenger side. Even though customer service as subpar, I proceed to let them continue to perform the service I paid for, so I thought. When I picked up my car on the same day, I asked Becca if they found any leakage on my tire and she responded if they found anything, they would have fixed it. Though no details about any service has been done was explained to me, I trusted theyre good for their word. I brought my car back in today, 02/26/2019, because the same front right tire is still leaking. Obviously, they did not fix the leak nor did they do the tire rotation. At this point, I honestly didnt even think they did my oil change. I spoke with Tim, the manager, and he is anything less than apologetic. Although he acknowledged that neither flat repair nor the tire rotation has been done, he did not offer me a refund until I demanded it. I honestly dont know if I have any trust in his affirmation that the oil change has been done. Regardless, this whole ordeal has been a complete waste of my time and money. I do not have any words to describe how dishonest and shady the people here at Big O Tires have been. I felt they should have at least refunded my oil change as a complementary for all of my time they have wasted. That would have shown theyre at least a decent business and trying to value their customers. I will also file complaint with the BBB and bring my business elsewhere in the future.

I went to get tire repaired not knowing the ownership had changed to big o from prior company i purchased tire and warranty from. Big o fixed it anyway gratis. Very nice and much appreciated.

The district manager Brian S. was in when we WALKED in because of a flat tire just around the corner. He actually brought air to our tire so we could drive over..WOW! Amazing customer service!! Thank You Brian!

Not too bad for tires. Id go to discount instead though. Lol. Not good at all for other repairs. Too rushed. Dont take the time to accurately diagnose problems. Seems like they guess at the problem and then write it up. Gave me a quote for struts and shocks for front steering issues at $1500 which I then replaced myself for less than $300. When that did not fix the problem I found the true cause was just unbalanced tires and alignment. Completely misdiagnosed the problem. Luckily I caught it and fixed it without paying $1500 for no reason. Im sure their response will be we are sorry for the inconvenience please contact the cooperate office, blah, blah, blah if you want to know how a biz is. Dont read the poz reviews. Read the negative and their response!!! As you can read almost all of the negative reviews they pawn it off on corperate and make no apology other than a generic no apology. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I came in hoping for a quick appointment on a Monday morning. I had gotten a flat tire the day before and was driving on a spare. The staff and manager were incredibly friendly, got me in right away, I spent just under 45 minutes in the shop (which was incredibly clean, has free tea and coffee, and free Wi-Fi) and was on my way again in no time. Thank you so much for the quick and friendly service. In my line of work I have to drive quite a bit so it was very convenient to be in and out and know that I was taken care of.
