Ive been frequenting this location for many years, but feel its time to find another source for my oil changes. The overall level of professionalism of staff seems to have dwindled over time. When I brought my car in for service recently, I was told my tires were inflated and my windshield and windows were cleaned. When I opened the driver door to my vehicle, the drivers seat was pushed all the way forward and none of the windows were cleaned.To verify my tire pressure, I parked my car in the lot in front of the pet store to see what my dashboard tire pressure read, and they were 5 pounds less on both driver side tires compared to the passenger side.These may seem like small things, but theyve been somewhat inconsistent and my experiences have added up over time. So I made the decision to not go back and say anything while I was there and will go somewhere else from now on.Lastly, while Im not afraid of hearing or using profanity, I felt is was unprofessional of the staff to be throwing that type of language around – loudly – in earshot of the customers in the service bays while walking to my vehicle. To me, that just reinforces the type of unprofessionalism in place at this location.

I have been coming to this location for years. Kathleen, Anna and Dymin are amazing. We just moved and I went somewhere else for an oil change and then my car started leaking oil. I came into grease monkey and Tom and Dymin fixed the problem quickly and free of charge. Then they called me the next day to make sure it was fixed!! I will continue to drive across town to get my oil changed here. They are honest and professional. Thank you!!!!

They were so thorough in checking my filters, washer fluid, transmission fluid, and changing my oil. They even vacuumed my car for free. I will definitely come back.

This location has the best customer service. I have been going here for years and refuse to go anywhere else. I have even held off on an oil change because the wait was too long and went back a week later.

I went in to get a simple oil change. Immediately I notice one of the mechanics staring with a grin that made me feel like I was being condescended. But I get my car in, quick service. When I arrived my air was blowing ice cold, and when I left with it my air was running hotter than it ever had on the highest heat. I call and ask about it, I get asked to bring it back in and get looked at the next day. Before I even get out of my car, the man that changed my oil immediately jumps on the defense insisting he did nothing wrong without even looking at it. We were calm in asking to get it looked into but excuses and an aggressive tone lead it into a full on berating. I came in with my boyfriend, thank goodness because had I not, I am sure I would have left in tears without my car being fixed for my drive to Pennsylvania the next day. After being yelled at and dismissed to “call corporate about it and do whatever you want”, another mechanic hopped in to de-escalate his aggressive coworker. Only then did my car get looked at and fixed. It was a simple resolve, but it should not have come as a result of being condescended, berated, and dismissed. As a female lacking knowledge in cars, I was humiliated by this member of the staff and dismissed completely. If you go in, I highly suggest having a male present in the event this mechanic is the one that works on your car.Edit: Kimie, I am not comfortable speaking to a male representative about this matter. Can I just say that I’ve never had better service in my life?! Like EVER - in ANY field. Not in food service, customer service, not even from retention folks! Holy heck! I called ahead of time to see if they were busy and if I could drop my car off since I have another appt at 9 and come back and get it. They said they just needed 10-15 min and I would be out of here. I pulled I n and was instantly greeted. They told me the services, showed me what they were doing, explained when I would need to do other services, etc. they had like 5 different people just taking care of things! It was so awesome! One of them even offered to take off the stickers my 5 year old put on my window! Like what?! Yes, please! There was just the right amount of small talk and then they let me do whatever I was doing! I couldn’t recommend a better place to get your oil changed!Plus I found this coupon online!

Truly the definition of five star service. They helped me immediately. I came for an oil change and ended up getting a couple other things fixed. They were very communicative and got my oil changed, my wipers replaced and a few other fixes all in about 15 minutes. Then they vacuumed my car.

Thank God for an oil change service that takes drop-ins. I drive a service vehicle all day long and never know when I have a free hour. So these guys are lifesavers (engine savers? 😜). Every time Ive gone here theyve gotten me in right away and they were super fast and friendly. They were professional.and never made me feel pressured to purchase more options unless I really needed and their facility was clean and they had plenty of refreshments to offer while I waited.

Cannot say enough positive things about Dymin and the staff at this location. Truly a stand up guy that goes out of his way to resolve any issues and is more than fair on pricing. Was quoted $1400 to swap an alternator and belts at a nearby shop and Dymin got us in and out in a few hours for less than 1/3rd of the original quote. Wont take my cars anywhere else, these guys will treat ya right!

They changed my oil, and, amazingly, didnt try to upsell me a collection of unnecessary and expensive services. Thats unheard of these days.Usually, any interaction with an automotive service provider feels like a visit to a seedy used car lot, but, shocking me, these folks just did what I asked them to do, charged me what they told me theyd charge me, and let me go on my way with zero hassle.

Although the staff was very friendly, I was disappointed in the overall effort. I came in knowing that I had a break light out, and asked if they would please change that for me as well as the oil change. A mechanic told me half way through that they tried to change the light bulb, but it wouldnt work... it must be electrical and they couldnt help me. As it turns out, they didnt even try to change the bulb. I had a friend change it for me, and it took 10 minutes. I suppose I saved myself money, but the lack of effort was disappointing.

Love this Grease Monkey. Everyone there is pleasant. I have never felt like they were trying to upcharge me on services. Pre-COVID my kids liked coming with me when I took our vehicles in because of the complimentary fresh baked cookies and soda.

Went into Highlands Ranch Grease Monkey for an oil change. Technician Dymin noticed that my headlight was out and mentioned it. I told him that I had gone to the dealer and they had told me it would cost $1,000. Dymin returned 5 minutes later and said he thought he could fix the issue for 1/10 of that cost. He called OReilly got the part, replaced in with in 5 minutes and removed the cloudiness from the headlamps to boot. Outstanding customer experience going above and beyond. What a great interaction. Dropped off my truck for a standard oil change. When I arrived an associate from the team went over prices. My options were in house preferred oil change for $99.99 or the standard in house oil change for $78.99. On the sheet there were less expensive choices but I elected the oil change for $78.99. Time wise the team was fast and had me back out in less than 30 minutes. This is where the review goes from 5 star to 2 star. I went to pay my bill went from $78.99 to $114.99 plus tax. The cashier tried explaining why the price increased but when I dropped off I was expecting to pay $78.99 which is what the first associate priced me for. Ive had the place next door HOH repair do my oil change and they change $59.99 for a synthetic oil change on a 2014 Toyota Tundra. Only reason I didnt go next door was because it was too late in the day. Had a chance to earn and steal my business from your competitor but after todays visit Im a one time shopper at any Grease Monkey thanks to your added charges at time of pickup.

Buyer beware. I had to write this review. Not only did this location not perform all the services paid for but they also tried to sell me services I didn’t need by claiming that a Carfax said my car needed several expensive services even though I had them completed at my dealer less than a year ago! The main reason, though, for writing this review was because they didn’t even properly tighten the oil filter! I took it to dealer because I had an oil leak and they found the filter loose but also a dirty oil rag stuffed into a slot in the frame I’m lucky I didn’t lose all the oil and ruin my engine.

What a Great Place! Kathleen, and the Staff were Very Professional! It was also a Very Clean Shop! They checked everything, vacuumed out the car, checked all the lights, tire pressures, even showed me the air filter which was replaced 4 months ago. They gave me the heads up on everything! That is what Service is about! Im very impressed, from start to finish. I didnt see any hidden fees like the previous comments stated(most likely hazardous waste disposal fee which most shops charge). They were up front, and gave you the charges ahead of time. If your car needed something, they give you the option of replacement.As a former Certified Heavy Equipment/Automotive Technician, I Highly Recommend this location!

I live near Glendale but will drive down to Highlands Ranch just to get my oil changed at this Grease Monkey. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The assistant manager, Amanda, remembers me every time and is just such a friendly person. Always an exceptional experience!

Ive been getting my oil changed here for a couple years now. They are always fast and friendly. Most recently worked with Diamond, a tech at the shop, and he was a huge help with an issue Ive had with my truck for a while now.

These guys give excellent service fast, and their prices were reasonable. Navigation didn’t take me to them - they’re behind the Petsmart at Broadway & Highlands Ranch Parkway.

First time by after trying three different companies in the area. Dymin was the first to greet me with a smile and provided excellent customer service. His staff took my car right away and the oil change took no time at all! Very satisfied with the promptness, professionalism, and quality that Dymin and his staff provided. Definitely recommend!!

When Jiffy Lube seems more like Iffy Lube, go to this Grease Monkey location. The staff are skilled, quick, thorough, and capable of doing more than Jiffy Lube staff can do, from my experiences. I come straight here whenever Im told another shop cant do the simple, routine tasks that I request, like Iffy Lube had done to me in the past.

Secret hidden location. Nice people and I like that they put miles serviced instead of recommend miles. I trust my 2018 work truck here.

Tj kemme and the whole crew did a very good job doing the oil change on my car. I would definitely recommend this place.

Was there at 3 oclock on Sunday they stay open until 4 oclock, was greeted by what time is it? They had an open bay and took my vehicle right in about 15 minutes later they told me I was ready to go. I parked my vehicle in my driveway about an hour later I use it to go to the store and noticed Ive got oil spots on my driveway they didnt tighten up the filter so it was leaking. Will not be back.

Not the best experience. The man was short and snappy with me while getting my information. He asked me what kind of oil I wanted in my car and I said full synthetic, then he questioned my decision. I assured him I wanted full synthetic and he rudely told me it would be an hour and 20 minute wait. I waited patiently, and went to pay. The total was $52, which seemed really cheap. They ended up putting the wrong oil in my car, so I had to wait for them to do it correctly. I wouldnt have minded but the man was so rude in the first place, so I will never go back.

RIP OFF ARTISTS!!! Beware of these guys as theyll give you an upfront price before service but at the end of the service the price will be much more then expected with all of their hidden fees.

Had an issue with the drain plug in the oil pan from the last time I had the oil changed. The manager Dymin took care of the problem and the cost. Was very professional in how he handled the situation. Didn’t try blaming the other Grease Monkey location, just took care of the problem. They’re always fast and usually little wait. Highly recommend coming to this location.

Planned to have them rotate my tires along with oil change. They couldnt because my truck was too heavy for their lift. I have a standard 3/4 ton pick up with some items in the bed. Had to find another location to service my vehicle.

Ripoff outfit. Tried to sell me a $90 oil change by insisting my 2014 RAV4 requires only synthetic oil. Refused to use conventional oil.Steer way clear of this place!!!!!!!

My son took his Fiat in for an oil change, he was told that they don’t like working on Fiats, but they would do it for $200.Grease Monkey did reply to a one-star review within the hour. There are just too many places to get an oil change to make it worth a second chance.
