Great customer service. Yesterday I took my car to Les Schwab tire center Highlands Ranch for a nail in my tire, As soon as I arrived a gentleman staff member followed me to my car and assessed my car. In a timely manner, he got the nail out and patched it very well. When I asked him for my bill. He said no worries, the nail didnt puncture my tire tube, so he patched it for free. Now that one great honest staff member. I wish I got his name to share it on here. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone to take their cars to Les Schwab tire center for service .

The service provided is par, great parts but the prices are steep, the real issue comes with the customer service at this location. Employees can be heard openly mocking customers as soon as they leave the store. I also really appreciated being called a hood by the employee who handled my paperwork upon completion of the work done on my vehicle, and was billed for an alignment that never happened, although they did reverse the charge very quickly after I called back. Love the company, dislike this location.

Excellent customer service. I had borrowed a car that I was to return later the day I went to Les Schwab. I had called Discount and Big O. Both companies brushed me off. I ran over a nail and needed one tire patched. I called Les Schwab, was told they would work me in if I brought the car over. Once I got to the shop, I left the keys and went to wait across the street. Less than 1/2 hour later, I got a Call that the vehicle was done. I walked back to pick it up and they didnt charge me a penny. EVERYONE was so friendly and understanding of my situation. I am SO grateful there are still companies that are out there who care so much about people. THANK YOU LES SCHWAB! I would refer anyone to this store and will be using them for my needs in the future!! 🙂

Awesome honest mechanics. Will is the man! Had 2 other shops say they needed 500 to 1000 to align bc of parts and seized tie rods. They just did it without any parts and the f250 is driving right! Cheers boys! 🍻 thanks again. Same day service!

I could not be more pleased with the service we received. I took my daughter’s car in for a tire patch as a walk-in on a holiday weekend and they completed it in 30 minutes and were so polite and helpful. We will definitely be returning for service here in the future.

A technician inspected my brakes when removing the snow tires. He provided me a detailed quote on work that was needed. They had to order parts so he asked me to bring the vehicle back at a later date. I did so about a week and half later.About an hour after dropping off my car, I received a call from a technician informing me that I needed new rotors which were not on the original quote. I asked why it was not, and he said the technician measured the rotor incorrectly. They needed to be replaced. I asked about the cost and my quote went from $660 to over $1100. I said forget it as I did not believe I should eat the mistake since we had an actual quote after an inspection. He said I had to have the back done because he had already removed the material. In disgust I agreed after asking the cost just for completion of the rear brakes with the new rotors. The new cost was $500+. I told him not to touch the front brakes as I would prefer to go elsewhere.To my astonishment, he called me back within 2.5 minutes (checked the timing on my phone) to say he made a mistake because the tool he was using to measure the rotor was broken. He had remeasured them and discovered they were okay and did not need replacing. He fell back on the original plan/quote of $660.When I picked up the car, I asked the person checking me out what was covered on the warranty as I was concerned that they would not cover the work citing rotor issues. He said not to worry because he checks the measurements of his technicians and my rotors had more material that could be shaved if needed (Im not sure what that means). I could not help but ask why his technician called me citing the need for new rotors if he checks everyones work? He became defensive, and I left.I trusted this place for some reason. You can draw your own conclusion, but I cant help but feel they tried to deceive me and double the cost of work selling me what wasnt needed citing safety.

I am not one to write reviews, but I have to give a review to extend my gratitude towards this location. My battery died in the target parking lot and I walked over to this location to buy a new battery. When starting the hike back to the car, an employee offered a ride, brought tools, and helped remove and install the battery without hesitation in the parking lot. My kids and wife spent at most an additional 20 minutes shopping in the store while getting the car back to running. Extremely grateful for the service. Thank you again.

Stopped in their store today with an odd questions and the Male employee who greeted me exceeded my expectations and on top of that Brianna I believe was her name even was kind enough to shuttle me back to my vehicle. Which was a life saver. So thank you Les Schwab employees for saving the day today!!!

We were thoroughly impressed with the service we received at Les Schwab. Patrick was absolutely awesome. We brought our Tacoma in for a leveling kit and new wheels and knew very little about what we were looking for. Patrick was extremely helpful, very patient with all our questions and gave us plenty of options to explore, being cognizant of our price range. He was very genuine and wanted to make sure we were going to be happy with the final product, going the extra mile to help us visualize the new tire and wheel options. Ben was also great on check out to take the time to show the issues they found with our struts and shocks. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend this store to all customers and will definitely return when we are back in the market for new tires. Lovin the new ride so thank you Patrick!

Exceptional experience today. I didn’t make an appointment, but went in to have one tire patched on a brand new car. Not only did they find a screw in the tire I told them about, they found a screw in a second tire. They rapidly repaired both and sent me on my way...with no CHARGE. They just asked that I return so they could earn my business. Wow. As someone who oversees a service-based business, I was amazed. Phenomenal service.

Over the last few years I have needed two patches in my tires from picking up random metal from construction on I70. Both times they took care of me with wonderful customer service. Didnt charge me either time. Thanks guys for making a rough day easier!

Amazing customer service!!! I used to go to other tire centers and this was my first time at LesSchwab, but they have earned my business for sure. No need to look anywhere else. These people are honest, friendly, reliable and will beat any competitor pricing. Also, when I walked into the store it was literally the best looking tire store I have ever seen. I had an amazing experience this evening! After running into a curb with my truck and totally blowing out my tire, I had my truck towed to this Les Schwab tire center. I gave my key to Patrick, the store manager so they could work on it in the morning as they just closed up. To my surprise, Patrick told me to cancel my Uber as he was just going to fix it now. Wow! He reopened the shop and took my truck in to fix the tire after hours. Wait, it gets even better... he brought out my tire to show me the gash, but also put a semi used tire on the rim and told me I could just have the tire until I needed new tires. He brought my truck around to the front door and didnt charge me for his time or the tire!!I own a small business and understand the importance of great customer service and what Patrick did for me was above and beyond anything I expected. If and when I need new tires I will not hesitate to return to such a friendly place!! I plan on sharing my story with others when they need tires too!!

The first time I used their service was a tire repair, no charge. Another place had tried to tell me Id been running my tires too low & they all needed to be replaced! Here recently my car was shaky on the hwy & a friend said I may have a bad tire. One $60 tire balance was it! They have my trust which isnt easy for a single mom when it comes to car costs! It was always Sears for me before, they are now my definite always go to!

My wife went here recently and we had a wonderful experience. Employees were very helpful and friendly. They did repairs very quickly and it was pretty cheap.

I took my car here for a simple battery replacement . They were able to get my car running again, but not without ruining my car stereo in the process. Took it back so they can fix it for me, only to find out all they did was try the exact thing I already tried. Told me sorry there’s nothing we can do, the cost of getting a new stereo is gonna be far greater than my repair bill will be and I wish I never brought my car here, definitely will never give this company a single cent ever again . I understand you tried your best but your best clearly wasn’t good enough, idk what else to say because my stereo worked fine before I took my car here

I cant say enough how awesome this place is. Above and beyond and then some. All the staff are friendly. And most importantly theyre great at what they do!

I came in for an alignment and they tried to sell me other repairs that would end up costing over $1000 total. I am a woman in my 20s and its true, I dont know much about cars, but I felt that they really tried to take advantage of me for that and oversell. I went somewhere else and got a few quick fixes that cost less than half as much as Les Schwabs quote, they said the rest looks great, and my car now runs very smoothly. I will definitely not be going back to Les Schwab.

Great service fair prices

This is the first time I went to Les Schwab and Im very happy. I went in for a tire repair, they fixed it very fast and didnt charge me for it which is greatly appreciated. The place was clean and had air conditioning and I will definitely going back in the future.

I was surprised, in the past they were so fast and efficient - it wasn’t too busy only two cars on the bay,,,I said I wasn’t in a hurry, and could come back another day to drop off but they said they needed 60-90 minutes,,to check tire balance.,?? I came back after 90+ minutes, car not looked at yet,,,so really can’t properly rate the entire experience,,,will try to drop off again when they are so busy.

Their goal is to get you safely back on the road in a quick amount of time! They go above and beyond and work really hard! Glad to have a tire center I can trust!

While traveling, we had the dreaded weird noise. Ryan checked out our brakes, which turned out to be fine, and then tracked down the actual culprit which unfortunately is a part they couldnt service. He then went above and beyond by showing us the issue and explaining what was happening. Although we still have to sort out the repair, we are confident in our ability to brake and much more knowledgeable about what needs to happen at a mechanic.

Ok, so Im new to CO, maybe this is the usual, but its not where I come from. Customer service, explanation of the problem and solution, honesty, and friendliness. WHOA. These guys just EARNED my business forever, and thats not something I can say happens often, but it happened today.

After having a previously good experience getting my tire fixed at this location, I decided to come back to get an alignment. I was told the process would take an hour. After waiting an hour, I came back to no alignment, and a $700+ quote to fix my struts and shocks. I had a family member who is a mechanic look at my shocks and struts, and it should come as no surprise to anyone that he told me that they did not need to be replaced. I took my car to Next Auto Care instead. Walked in for an alignment, walked out with an alignment. Nothing more, nothing less.

Best service and great price!My rear passenger side tire was punctured by a nail. This I found out at 5:30pm. So I drove to Les Schwab at 5:45 and Jason ran out to come help me. There was no wait time, no long line, and the price quoted was a lot cheaper than Discount Tires. The service is the best I have had at a tire place. They gave free rotations and free alignment check etc. highly recommended.

While the alignment quote I received was close to competitive and within reason ($89), the quote to mount and balance 4 tires was extremely high ($200) compared to other reputable shops. I recommend shopping around before any decision to shell out cash at this location is made.

Had a flat on a snowy day and they took care of me quick! Even checked my other tires pressure as well. I really appreciate the service I got because let’s be real. I get scared driving sometimes and having a flat on a day like that made it worse. Thank you.

I had a flat tire and dropped it off to be repaired on Saturday. On Monday i went back to the store to pick up the tire, and could see it was very busy.Aaron asked me what i needed as i was parking and i told him that i was picking up a tire. He said it could be a while, but he’d be happy to install it.I said no thanks, I didn’t have time to wait because i have a newborn at home; i said I’d take the tire and install myself.Aaron then quickly cleared a bay and got my truck in immediately. He took the spare off, checked its pressure, and then while i put it away, he installed my repaired tire and checked pressure on all four regular tires.He then torqued the repaired tires lug nuts and had me out the door in maybe five minutes.What a great experience.Thank you Aaron, i know where I’ll be getting my car serviced in the future.*typed on cell phone, sorry for typos

5 Stars all around. Their customer service is top notch. Nice, friendly, and do not pressure you to buy. First time I came in my wifes car had a nail. They plugged it for no charge and sent me on my way. Second time I scuffed my tire and thought it needed replacement. They told me it was just cosmetic and sent me on my way. When I finally do need tires Ill definitely be going to them. Thanks again for setting high standards and retaining solid customer service.

Called to check pricing on some tires for my car, service person was surprised I thought the price was high and told me any tire less expensive wouldnt last. This isnt true. Walmart and Discount Tire sell solid, highly rated tires at the 50 -70 $ price point that will last just as long as the lowest price tire they quoted me. The person I spoke to responded fairly rude when I asked about price matching. I would rather give my money to somewhere more reasonable.

These guys are the best, I have bought tires for both of our cars through them as well other services and they are always customer focused. I have several stories i could share about them but the one that stands out the most is when I took my car to a service center for an oil change at which time the place told me I needed several repair including new brakes. I had just happened to be at Les Schwab for a tire rotation so I decided to take my car back to them to take a look and for a second opinion. They look at my brakes and told me they were in great shape even taking me out to the car to show me the brakes and the measurement. I trust these guys and am very happy with their work and will continue to take my car in for any of the services they offer. Great job Les Schwab!

Great place to go to get your tire repaired and to buy new tires. I didnt even buy my tires there originally but they repaired my tire within a few minutes and didnt even charge me. The young man that helped me was courteous and cheerful and let me know that my tire repair was free. They didnt try to sell me anything and told me I had good tread on the tires. I will be taking my SUV there in the future for new tires when I need them. I will also be letting everyone I know about Les Schwab Tire Center and what a great place it is for tires.

Excellent by all measures. Brought in a Honda Odyssey with a flat tire, which was fixed quickly along with a safety inspection, all for free. I was so impressed I cancelled an appointment at another garage and brought it back in to have the brakes fixed the following week. Again, top notch service. I was met in the parking lot both times by a technician. All of my questions were answered patiently and accurately. After the flat repair, they stowed the spare tire & all tools back under the floorboard and put the floor mats neatly in place. When the tech called to authorize work on the brakes, he recommended the simplest and cheapest fix rather than trying to push me into a more expensive repair. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, waiting room is clean and spacious, the work is solid, and the prices are fair. Cant ask for much more.

I just moved to the area and after driving all the way from NJ with a bead leak, stopped in here. I actually called first because I assumed it’d be packed on a Saturday. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case. They told me to come in and they’d fix it right away — which they certainly did. Will even walked out to meet me as I parked in the lot to retrieve the car. Super service!It probably took less than 30 minutes, and that’s after Will ended up grinding a ton of rust from my wheel and showed me the problem. I needed a new rim because it was really pitted and awful. I called my husband, who asked for Will to swap the wheel out for the one on my spare (the spare tire is smaller than my current set of tires on the vehicle, so it was an annoying thing to ask).After all of that, he did it all for free! Seriously, super kind and super service period. Thank you, Will. It’s a great facility and obviously there are some pretty rad dudes working there. I will definitely be back!

Went in to get tires and the staff was so incredibly friendly. They helped me choose the right type of tires for my truck and I walked out of there with new snow tires in less than an hour. This was my first time at a Les Schwab and because of the awesome customer service I received, not only will I be back but I’ll be recommending this place to my family and friends.

Horrible first impression. Guy came out, told us he could not fix a slow leak because the tire in question was at the wear bar. I felt down and noticed it was close, but not flush like he said. I questioned him and he immediately said he would not touch the tire and I needed to buy new ones because it was illegal for us to drive the car. At that point I decided I would not be buying anything from them, and we told him we would leave and if we bought tires, we would get them elswhere. He told us we should get a quote from them and I told him no, because they would not fix our tire. So we would be forced to buy tires from him right then because it was illegal to drive on the one tire. I told him thanks and we would head out. Before we could leave the manager came out and asked if we could at least get a quote and I said no because of the service we just had. He asked for us to start over and he would handle it differently, so I gave him a chance. Unfortunately, he used the same talking points that it was illegal for him to fix the tire, and I needed to buy tires. I told him no, and I let him know we would head to Costco. He said their warranty was way better. The reality is you will pay 300 to 400 dollars more for tires from them. Essentially all your doing is paying extra on the tire for the warranty. He started arguing with me at this point and I told him no, and got in my car to leave. After this bullying tactic I will never shop at Les Schwab again. Oh, and we just had our tire repaired at Costco. When I buy tires, which will be very soon, I will go to Costco, their service was way better!

Today was the second time I have had to visit Les Schwab for a tire repair. I worked with Aaron and advised that I really would prefer a repair for the time being, even though I am close to needing new tires. He listened the first time and never one time tried to pressure me into new tires. He was efficient and friendly! This experience makes me value their service; so appreciated!

Shopping for new tires isnt exactly what Id call fun or enjoyable, but these guys made it easy. They discussed all my options for new tires, and I wasnt pressured into buying additional services. Aaron was courteous and professional, not condescending at all, and treated me respectfully, as did everyone there. Service was thorough and my truck was ready within the time frame given.Thank you for the positive experience.

Was having car troubles and dealership couldnt get be in. Went to Les Schwab with car barely running. Battery was bad so they replaced. Turns out it was my alternator which they really dont work on .Team canned together and said they could do it for me. They ordered and replaced in a couple hours and car is running perfectly. Thank you so much guys!! You all Rock!

After being completely misdiagnosed at brakes plus and told i need to replace parts for a total of $400, i took my car to Les Schwab and was greeted by great employees and my car was looked at and found my car in fact did NOT need new parts. I got my alignment fixed for a great price and amazing timing. I would recommend them to anyone and most definitely will continue going here. Great overall.

A big shout out to Les Schwab Highlands Ranch, and an even bigger shout out to “big Aaron”, a technician there. After running over 2 different metal parts in 2 different tires, a previous location was unable to repair one of the tires which had a slow leak, because of the proximity to the sidewall. Aaron explained to me that because of the location of the hole, it punctured the casing around the sidewall of the tire. Aaron told me he could try to repair it again, but couldn’t promise anything. I told him I would appreciate him trying, since I just lost my job 3 days prior, and money was tight. After trying several times to repair the hole, he tried one last trick by going under the casing and repairing one last time. It worked! I was blown away by his sincere concern to help me. He really knew I was in a predicament, and he did everything possible to help (successfully at that!) I couldn’t be happier with how I was treated here, and you can bet your bottom dollar when I find a new job I will be at this Les Schwab buying a set of new tires!

Ive been in a couple times now. Mostly simple things like a tire pressure light and these guys have always been helpful and friendly. I tried to tip them but they refused. You dont see that level of dedication with businesses these days but its great to see they are keeping that model of high service in their operation.

Excellent experience. The employees are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. They met me at my car, walked in with me and helped me find what I needed right away. They facility is immaculate and my car was ready quickly. No pressure to buy more than I needed. I even left my cell phone there by accident and when I went back an hour later to retrieve it, they had noticed it was low on battery and had recharged it for me. Highly recommend them.

My Honda was making front end noises. They gave me an estimate of 1000$ for new struts, sway bar stabilizers and an alignment. I bought all the parts online for 175$ and replaced them myself in an afternoon. After taking the old parts out I inspected them and found them to be fine. The sway bar stabilizers had ZERO play in them. The back shocks werent leaking (they told me they were) and the front struts seem fine. While I was under there I noticed the bushings on the control arms were completely shot--something they never mentioned. All these chain stores are in business to unload the most expensive item they can on you, not to fix your problem

Scheduled promptly for next business day. Took care of my unexpected replacements promptly and professionally. The car rides real nice now. Well done.

Every time I need help, these guys are on point. Flat tire? They patched it for free. Knocking sound from my struts? Turns out to be a loose nut/bolt, they handled it for free. Theyve earned my business for years to come. Aaron has a kick ass shop here!

I went to Les Schwab earlier this morning to get a nail taken out of one of my tires and to have the hole patched up. They did the work and then didnt charge me. Thats pretty awesome customer service. Ill be coming back here to get new tires when its time for new ones. Thanks again!

I pulled in with a screw in my tire and no appointment. They fixed the tire in less than 15 minutes, reset the tpms and had me on my way for a Super reasonable price... ;) no one is cheaper!Youve got a long term customer with me!

Bought all new tires for both family vehicles. Wont hold air. Constantly filling them up every other week. Have been back multiple times to get it fixed. They have never been able to do anything to fix it. I was told my warranty was void because I didnt rotate them every 5k miles. Last time I buy tires there. I tell everyone I know about the horrible products. People are very friendly but a horrible experience has lost my business.

I went in to have a free alignment check. I expected the need to have my wheels aligned due to major tire tread used on the inside of my previous tires. I had new ones installed at Costco and was told to check my alignment ASAP because the old tires were worn so unevenly. Went into Les Schwab without making an appointment and they were able to get the check done right away. I was pleasantly surprised when they said everything was fine, showing me the numbers, and giving me possible other explanations for my previous tire issue. Great tech and great lady at the desk. Very professional and very clear about pricing and what was being done. Ill be back.

This was the best experience i have ever had they were the friendliest staff. I had a nail in my tire and they were closing but they took my car in stayed late to fix my car and others!! Amazing staff they even put a monster that i had in the back seat up front for me to drink once they gave the car back. I know where i am going for any repairs needed!

Stopped by to get a slow leak repaired, I was met at the front door by a rep who proceeded to take my car put it on the rack and fix with no question. He then shook my hand and said enjoy your day, all in about 10 minutes! I have never purchased from Les Schwab but they can bet I will be there with my next purchase. What a great customer experience, thank you!

Shortly after getting a flat on the highway, a Les Schwab service truck happened to be passing by and was kind enough to pull over and offer assistance. With on board air and plenty of tools, had the tire changed in 5 minutes. Very satisfied and didnt even request their service, gentlemen was kind enough to hep out of goodness of his heart!

We had a horrible experience with Les Schwab in Highlands Ranch. They told my wife that our Tesla did not have a jack mode. It has air suspension so yes it does have jack mode. They said they couldnt jack it up with the jacking points due to their jacks they use. They told me they do it all the time and its not a big deal. My response was the manufacturer clearly says you need to jack it up from the jacking points. They were very argumentative, talked down to my wife and myself over the phone. We have a business account with over 20 vehicles. We will stick to Discount Tire for our personal and corporate account.

We had an unusual blowout of a tire possibly from an object on C470 which is having a large highway renovation.When we were able to get the tire to this location the manager Aaron refused to sell one tire and quoted only a replacement of 4 tires for over $1800.00.What made matters worse was the rude manner and disposition of this store manager. One year ago I bought wheels and tires spending over $2600.00 from Les Schwab and now wonder if I paid over double what I could have bought them for elsewhere.I had my daughter then go to Big O tires where she’s was able to purchase a single tire and was in fact quoted 4 tires over $1200.00 cheaper than the quote given by this store manager.Les Schwab will never again receive our business. If 10 customers are turned away so easily unless they buy 4 tires the bottomDollar will in fact hurt this business. This business really needs to look at how their manager Aaron is treating customers.

The guys at this shop have the best customer service I have ever experienced. Very friendly, knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you.

I woud rate zero if I could and I wont be coming back. My wife took my truck in for an alignment today and they told her she needed new tire rod and would take 45 minuntes to deliever the part, she waited and after 45 miuntes they informed her it was the wrong size and they would deliver the new one in 30 minutes, she waited . After 30 minutes they informed her they needed to special order the tire rod since my truck had a lift. Shocked this place has so many reviews with how unknowledgable and unprofessional they are when it comes to anything outside of rubber. Maybe just stick to tires if you visit this shop.
