Very fast and friendly same-day service on a Saturday with courtesy shuttle! Very friendly and helpful employees. How have I never heard of this place? Both turn signals and hazard lights went out last night, and my dealership said they could get me in in a few weeks. I needed working lights tonight so I dont get pulled over! I found Service Street Auto Repair in Highlands Ranch and was attracted to by their concierge-level services. 7 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday-Saturday, they are there for you with master mechanics ready to evaluate and repair your car (and, by the looks of it, they have a good inventory of parts in stock as well). Need an emergency repair on the weekend in the Denver metro? Bring it here! They even offer home pickup services for your vehicle! Prices were quite competitive, around $150 an hour for diagnostics and labor plus the cost of factory-standard parts--less than the dealership was going to charge just to book me an appointment. It’s the perfect solution for busy people and business professionals who do not have the time to be babysitting their car.
I called on a Saturday and they were able to get my car in and inspected within a couple of hours. I took my car here to get a second opinion on a replacement recommendation from my dealership. Kelly was the one who helped and assisted me. He was awesome to work with. He did a full inspection on my car and gave me his honest opinion about my car situation. I really appreciate his help!
I was going to have them do a front brake job on my RV he quoted me $750. When he was getting ready to do the job he raise the price to $2240. That’s unacceptable to me I will never use them again. It’s called bait and switch and there is definitely not much increase on parts and what not. Horrible business people they’re crooks .. furthermore I should’ve just read the reviews on this place. If I would’ve done that I would have not even taken my vehicle down there to begin with. Price gougers is the truth! Too bad they can’t just do good work for a reasonable price. If they would they would have many more customers that are happy. I own my own business and I have never had not one complaint! That’s how I operate so too bad there’s places out there that really don’t care
More expensive than I expected, but got me the part and got my car repaired same day extremely quickly making everything smooth.
I worked with Dale today to get my truck in for an alignment after a lift. Dale went over and above to help me understand the process and even helped me understand what size of tires I should consider buying. I was able to get my truck in and out in he same day and the price was very reasonable. I plan to return for any future repair needs and I highly recommend them based on this experience.
I’ve been here twice and both times the staff has been friendly and honest with the services they run. They get you in and out and make sure they take care of whatever your car needs. Thank you to Ed and Jimmy (who set me up w an oil change my first time) for their honesty and friendly service. I’ll definitely be back and I’ve found a new shop to get all my auto care needs taken care of. Would definitely recommend you stop by
I was traveling through Denver when my check engine light came on and I found them through Google. They did a check, found the problem, repaired it with a new part and I was on my way in two hours. Amazing service. I’m so grateful. They are located in a mall area so I took care of some shopping and had a great lunch as well. They turned a potential disaster into a lovely morning!
Happy that I had Wi-Fi and tv while I waited. Employees were very nice!
I purchased the 5 oil changes for the price of 3 package. I was in for my second oil change. They try very hard to accommodate everybody including those without an appointment. I suggest making an appointment though. (I was out in 30 minutes)My girlfriend was having a battery issue that nobody could solve. Service street identified the problem and had her cat back the same day, fixed! I recommend service street to everyone!
I brought my car in for an a/c inspection. Dale was very helpful & professional. He was clear about the inspection & quite honest about replacing a part, my previous mechanic had said was necessary. I would definitely recommend this shop for all your car needs. Their transparency was quite refreshing, as most shops will try to charge you for services that are not required.Bravo!!
Service Street is a great place to go if you need a mechanic for your car. I took my 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan to this shop because several shops are hesitant to work on wheelchair-accessible low conversion vans. Sam, the general manager, is wonderful to work with and he is my favorite person here. He was willing to take the time to understand my concerns and he is very respectful of individuals like myself. Sam spent time with me to figure out what I wanted to be fixed and is willing to resolve any problem(s) if things don’t work out on the first try. Sam was willing to reassess my van when I had some minor issues surface when they had to do a trial and error fix to finally locate the problem. I do think the labor costs are high, and sometimes I feel it’s much higher than they should be. I would still highly recommend this shop because it is worth knowing that they will provide high-quality service. Overall, I give it 5 out of 5 stars.
Very efficient. Reasonable prices. They were very accommodating. Very friendly and helpful. I will use them in the future
I got a good deal on 5 oil changes so cheated on my normal mechanic. During the tire rotation, a lug bolt was broken, but the mechanic didnt say anything. I have to give Service Street credit, they fixed it when I found it a couple days later. But now my parking brake on that wheel has come apart, for $1000 worth of coming apart. The only thing that could have happened is it was damaged when removing the broken lug bolt. A cheap oil change is not worth this!
I was referred to Service Street by my daughter. Sam was very informative over the phone and I was able to head right over. They got my vehicle in and out in a timely manner and for a great price. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
I was passing through town and had some problems with my truck. When I called Del helped me on the phone and was friendly enough so I gave them my service. They sounded knowledgeable and got me in quickly and I do have to admit they fixed A problem on my truck and these are the reasons I didn’t give them just 1 star. However they charged me $246 for a mass airflow sensor, which should cost $80-120 for the OEM part. In all they charged me $600 to replace it and clean out my air box. I felt quite ripped off even then but when I got back on the road my truck died again just across the state line then a few more times before I could make it home. I still wanted to give them a chance because, like I said they treated me well. I called Del back just now and explained that they didn’t fix the problem. This is where the customer service fell apart. He flat out refused to admit any fault or refund even the diagnostic fee. This, I feel, is how you know an honest mechanic from a dishonest one. I have met many mechanics who love to work with you if they don’t fix the problem. Service Street proved to me that they will rip you off for their services and will not admit fault when they make a mistake. I wasted $600 on they’re service and now still have to find someone who can fix it.In summary despite their confidence inspiring sales men, they will charge you an arm and a leg for very little work and you can’t be confident that they are actually going to fix the problem.
Had my car towed here because it broke down on the highway and this was the closest place. They quoted me $7k to do a $500 job! These people are crooks and hustlers. I immediately took my car to a place recommended by a friend where they quoted me $500. With the tow and extra work included I am out the door in less than $1000.
Not trustworthy at all and took advantage of a naive teenager! My teenage daughters car broke down (battery died) but we already knew she had a bad alternator because days before we plugged in a $5 diagnostic tool we got at Harbor Freight tools. We had to have the car towed to a service place and we chose service street ONLY because it was a Friday night and they were still open plus they were open the next day Saturday. We took the car there and my teenage daughter went in to hand over the keys while I paid the towing guy. What I was unaware of until the next morning was Dell, the guy who took the car in, had my daughter sign something saying there would be a diagnostic fee. She signed thinking this was normal for dropping a car off as this was her first experience in this arena. What he DIDNT mention was the diagnostic fee was $167!!! And we ALREADY knew it was the alternator! If I had thought for a nano-second they were gonna charge ANYTHING to tell us what was wrong with our car, I would have bailed right there, and any adult with an ounce of integrity would have made sure the teenager signing UNDERSTOOD what she was signing. I am in my 50s! I have NEVER heard of such a thing! And my daughter, having to pay the bill to fix her first car repair would have choked at hearing that amount. They knew our battery was dead and they had us over a barrel. We get the news the next morning that it would be $1500 for the new alternator PLUS the $167 because they do NOT waive that. I have since checked their website and see NOTHING about a $167 diagnostic fee anywhere on their website. As I paid the fee, I expected a long list of details on what the $167 diagnostic pulled up on the car, but instead got one sheet that said Alternator not working. We picked up the car and towed it ourselves away from that place! My daughters first bout with a mechanic and now she understands why the general public fear mechanics and their integrity so much.
As a lady going to service shops can be frustrating because they can make a little fix such a big deal. I have gone to this location multiple times. They always educate me on what’s important and don’t pressure me into fixing things that aren’t needed. Adam and Sam are always so wonderful! Thank you for helping me out!
I enjoy service street. They have one fo the best oil change deals in town. Enjoy the guys and trust them working on my car!
I had a wheel stud break off at the tire shop next door. Sam got me right in with my oil change and helped with the wheel stud. He communicated extremely well and took great care of me even after having to order the part twice and get it to the shop. HIGHLY recommend this place and I will be coming back with all my vehicles.
Very honest and thorough. My estimate was clearly explained to me. Thanks to everyone for the service.
When no other auto shop was willing to help me with a battery install, and I sat there with a car barely able to start, this shop was willing to help me. No appointment, no fuss, they just told me to come and they would take care of it. 10 minutes and my battery was replaced and I could finally drive without worrying about who was gonna have to jump start me today. Can’t thank them enough.
Awesome service every time I go there. I highly recommend Service Street at Highlands Ranch. Helpful and nice people.
We’ve been using Service Street for over two years and we couldn’t be happier with the services they provide. They give accurate timelines, perform quality work, and couldn’t be more friendly.
I am halfway through a great deal on a package of oil changes. They have never tried to sell me something my vehicles did not require. I appreciate that. It is nice to know that if they recommend something it is a legitimate need.
These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and get the job done fast. Oil change was done within 45 minutes. Convenient location, also have a nice little waiting room.
I had just put new tires on was told I really needed an alignment and walked in and was greeted by friendly helpful staff and dud the alignment right away. I will definitely use them again.
Their platinum oil change package is a great deal, and their service has been excellent each time I go there.
Everyone was very professional and courteous. Work was done very quickly and was informed of other possible issues with my vehicle. We were treated extremely well and will gladly go back and refer to other people.
Del and Edward were great to work with and helped get us back on the road home. However, CUSTOMER BEWARE: Service Street was very high priced and included other unexpected fees on my bill. Be sure to check each line item on your bill for hidden fees such as Sublet(which is Uber) and Materials (which is shop supplies) that does not have to match what they used.
$175 for an oil change on my 2005 Excursion. Are you kidding. They lowered it to $135. Still a rip off. They wanted $800 plus to put a master cylinder in this truck. They made it clear they had to mark up the part. Ford was $675 with twice the warranty. Service street is a complete tip off.
Sam and John are great to work with! They are always punctual on their time estimates. The lobby is clean and suitable for working in if you have to wait. They took care of my tires and gave me good advice on how to care for the life of my 4Runner tires better. 10/10 recommend this shop if youre in the area. Always professional and fair.
Affordable oil change. I had some AC issues they explained, but didn’t cram down my throat! Recommended!
Always great service and fast. Love this place for my vehicle.
These guys get five stars for customer service... really nice and professional. My vehicle has staggered wheels with different sized tires front and rear. This means they could not align it, which is understandable, but it took 45 minutes to realize this, which is frustrating and a huge waste of timing considering I came down here from Denver for the service. Devils in the details.
My daughter’s car needed a brake light replaced. She showed up without an appointment and was back on the road in just a few minutes. Dealership service departments could learn a lot about service and pricing from Service Street.
Each time I’ve called for repair, they’ve picked up right away and I’ve been able to drop off within 15 minutes. They’re very available, communicative, informative and friendly. Highly recommend! Selfishly just don’t want it to get too busy..Although I don’t want to speak negatively of other places... I’d go here over Christian Brothers in HR (I drive farther to). As the latter is so busy, lots of phone wait times (staff is very nice tho, like here), and bookings are a few days out. This place is much more convenient for my last minute really-don’t-want-to-get-my-2005 Honda checked again.
Jimmy was helpful and they were able to get my car in and get it all taken care of within hours. I didn’t think same day service, at decent price, existed anymore. I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased!
I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Because the service was supposed to be quick, I said I’d wait. After 50 minutes they hadn’t started so I left, but my car was still there. My departure must have prompted them to do the work because the work was finished after another 30 minutes. Appointments don’t seem to mean much at this Service Street.
The guys over at easy street are awesome! Always appreciate the smile and efficient work whenever I go!
Ive been to three different Service Street locations and my experience has been exceptional every time! They always do right by me and with the utmost courtesy. They make taking your car in for service an enjoyable experience. Thanks for everything your teams do!
Anytime I get new tires I like to have an alignment done, they are a great place for this. They also take the time to look at your vehicle and explain anything else they see. I definitely recommend and plan on being back.
Ive been to service street several times to fix up some things on my car and theyve always done a wonderful job! They are all very nice and get the job done well in a timely manner!
Needed several general maintenance issues fixed and Service Street was able to take my vehicle in right away and called me with other issues that they found. Jimmy was prompt, courteous and very professional. Jimmy and the rest of the team got my vehicle running like new and I would recommend Service Street to friends and family. Thanks for all the stellar service!!
Got brakes and rotors I bought on Internet installed for $160 so installing BYO parts is ok ... some places wont do that as they put an obscene markup on the parts. They dont quote price ranges over the phone but thats smart as they want to get a real estimate on your car and the wait was pretty quick for an estimate even on a Saturday. They always try to finish the work the same day as well. Fast friendly service ... Ill be back.
Great service and extremely nice employees. Will definitely be taking my cars here from now on.
We had the oil changed on our 2017 Hyundai Sante Fe. There was a puddle of oil on the garage floor the next day. Lucky I pay attention to details because it is obvious Service Street Technicians dont. They did take care of the issue with a return visit. They said it was an issue with the oil filter gasket. Im assuming they didnt get the old gasket removed before installing the new filter.I wont return for future service.
Sunny was very efficient and helpful with my car needs today. I was comfortable leaving my car there while I worked, and were flexible with when I could pick up. They called to let me know how everything went when they finished with the initial maintenance stuff and gave me the option to fix the small things they found that needed to be replaced. I will definitely continue to use them and will also recommend them to family/friends.
We had taken in my husband’s car for his check engine light was on & a diagnostic test needed to be done (cost $150) results gas cap. Overall we paid $150 to SS to tell us we needed a new gas cap, what they did not have in stock. The same day my check engine light came on, brining my car to SS - I also needed a oil change. Once again they needed a diagnostic test. The test results were a new Catalytic converter & stated I needed new brakes- estimated cost $4k. I declined to have the items fixed. When picking up my car I was charged again for a diagnostic test & oil change for $200.Overall we spent $400 for a oil change & a new gas cap. Come to find out the diagnostic test is a FREE service and many other mechanic shops. I am very disappointed.** emailed you per your request, waiting on response*** no response from my email
This place is great! I take my Honda’s there and they are honest with tons of experience. I’ve been using this Service Street for 3 years and have always been happy :) great customer service and great price... and did I say HONEST? ;)
Skid plate came loose.. they fixed very quickly and professionally. 10/10
I was visiting in the area when every light on my dashboard lit up and my car started making a terrible sound. I was getting really scared when the low oil light kept flashing since my car was just in for an oil change at another business earlier in the week. Friends directed me to the very close by Service Street and I was able to make it that short distance. The gentlemen at the front desk were so kind and calming, assuring me that they would get this figured out. Almost immediately a service tech was bringing my car into the bay and I settled into the comfortable waiting room. Well, the issue was bigger than expected and required ordering the part for delivery. At least every 30 minutes someone updated me about what the status was, and made sure I was comfortable. Keep in mind this was all happening on a late Friday afternoon, but everyone stayed until my car was squared away. I’m so grateful for all the staff at Service Street for getting me and my car safely back on the road so that I could make it home that night. I’m very impressed by the care both I and my car received.
Love these guys. Extremely friendly service, honest, very informative and competitive pricing. It’s a place I can trust sending my wife to get her car worked on as I know they won’t take advantage. Make sure to get their oil change deal if you live in the area, truly a money saver, especially if you have to get full synthetic oil changes or have a truck. The work has always been quality here and I haven’t had any issues. If I do I will be sure to post.
The people are always very welcoming and friendly. The work I’ve had done is always good. I’d recommend this garage to others.
They are so friendly and fast! It was a Saturday and didnt take long at all! Super happy with the service! :)
Great service, got my car in and out very quick, and even gave me a great price on the parts and service!
Amazing staff! Very helpful when my car broke down on my roadtrip from Texas! Dell and Anthony were amazing! :)
Decided to give them a second chance after my previous bad experience with them, but as the saying goes you cannot teach an old dog a new trick. serious lack of transparency these guys cannot even give you a rough estimate of how much your repairs will cost without being asked to bring the vehicle in for the whole day all because of their sneaky ways of doing business. I dont recommend this shop for anyone they are too expensive they recharged my ac gas for $200 and the customer service is the worst. Id rather pay that kinda money to the dealership for a great customer service than go to this shop.
I went in for an oil change and it took almost 2 hours. Also they said my wheel well liner fell off which is completely false. I know this for a fact because I fixed it myself and there is no possible way it could just “fall down”. Every single time I go in they try to charge me for things I didn’t even go in for. I will not be back in. Youtube could teach me how to be a better mechanic than these people at service street. Worst place to go for your car 100%
This was such a great service center. I called asking about a rumbling in my car at certain highway speeds. Doug was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. He was informative, helpful, and honest. He also worked with us on troubles we were having with our tires and another company to help get my car back on the road and without taking advantage of us like another place might have when we came in for an alignment. Instead of doing the alignment and then telling us the other two tires should be replaced as well, which would require a second alignment. He postponed it so we would only have to pay the once with four new tires. I appreciate his honesty with our questions and the whole process. Will definitely recommend using this service center to my family and friends.
Got my oil change. everyone is super friendly and its a great price!!! the air conditioning is awesome btw
They were very friendly on the phone but when it comes down to service they are price gougers. They were trying to charge me 2x more than the average cost of a CV Axle replacement. If you want a fair price, this is not the place.
Great staff and expertise! Thanks so much for your help! I will definitely be back for future work on my vehicle!
Ed and Del were helpful and Sam always does great work, especially on a late model import (‘86 4Runner)
Excellent service quality delivered in short time frame. I rolled up yesterday during a rainy-snow storm without an appointment. My oil light came on unexpectedly so I decided to get that taken care of immediately without calling for an appointment. I was all taken car of and back on the road in less than an hour.
I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was promptly helped. Everything that was to be serviced was explained before the work was started. I waited approximately 25 minutes with a free cup of coffee and the job was finished. Paperwork completed and paid for their services then out the door in under 30 minutes. Thank you for the best and fastest alignment I have ever gotten for my car. I will be back
They let me know about services that were recommended but werent pushy about making me do them
Inspected/discussed my brake situation for free and supplied advise on how best to resolve my issue.
A difficult repair on 42 year old classicParts had to come from Nebraska. They turned out to be the dream team….could not have done this repair without them.
I want to give a big five stars to Service Street. I needed to have my Jeep looked at before taking a long road trip. Sam said they could see me right away. Doug gave it a good going over and brought me back to the shop so I could see for myself what needed to be done! I’ve never been invited into any shop at any repair shop. What a thorough job they did, at no charge. They gave me options and costs so I could decide for myself what to do. And no pressure. I highly recommend Service Street.
Del was very helpful and very informative. Explained things to where i could understand them.
Very helpful! I just moved here and didn’t know where else to go to get a few things fixed on my car. This place was highly rated and didn’t disappoint! Got me in immediately and not bad of a wait time either. Very clean inside, comfortable waiting room.
I went in to have my oil changed. The service was completed very quickly along with a couple other things to maintain my car. They were very respectful of my time, they called me once my car was ready to be picked up. I’m so glad they suggested those services for my car I can already see such a difference when I drive. I’m grateful and I’ll be returning for future maintenance!
Very fast service. Repair completed faster then estimated
Great service and very efficient. I came in during a busy time and Jimmy asked if I could come back later, when I got back they took me in immediately and got everything fixed. Awesome experience!
Went in because of a leak. It needed a simple T in the radiator hose. They wanted $500 to do more than needed. I did it myself and spent $4. They still got $110 out of me. Also they bribe you with $10 off to give them a 6 star.I complained and they gave me a free oil change. I returned to another location for my free oil change. I asked them to check my coolant level. They wouldnt top it off and they claimed again, its against their policy. If you want good home town service dont go here, its a rip off. They require by their policy to turn your simple fix into an expensive work order. If you have the money then pay it, I wont.
Dell and the guys at Service Street were able to fit my truck into their schedule and get everything finished before noon. Thanks guys!
Air conditioning unit was installed 11 months ago, then suddenly stopped working. They verified pressure which seemed a little high, so it was adjusted to the proper level, all is good now, no charge on this visit, thanks!
Unfortunately my warranty did not cover services outside an official Chevy dealership so I was unable to use this place. But even so, their service was amazing and I feel like I could go to them with anything small uncovered by the warranty.
Very professional. Good timing. Quality service
Simply stated: not a good experience, not a good business.Service Street charged me almost $20 more than I was quoted for an oil change, for a total of $79.32 before tax. When I pointed out the increased price, I was told that my car needed more oil than the originally quoted price provides. Not only have I never seen prorated oil change pricing before, but when I told the guy behind the counter that this was not the advertised price, he simply pointed at the price on the sign, implying a small text disclaimer. Yet, when I asked him to show me this small text, he could not find it, but simply said, this ones not on me.All of this in addition to constant up-selling - I had to say no to the val-pack 3 times at drop-off, no to the air filter and system flush over the phone, and no to the val-pack 2 more times at pick-up. I can understand asking once, but they dont need to press me and then roll their eyes.I would not recommend this business.January, 2021
Excellent service in a timely manner. Was actually less than I expected to pay elsewhere!
They even saw I had lost a screw for my license plate & replaced it for free.
Great service at reasonable prices in a timely manner!
Ed and Sam were very professional and knowledgeable! They had great attitudes and enthusiasm. Excited to continue using Street Service Auto Repair!
This place is wonderful! I worked with Ed from start to finish and he was an absolute gem. Told me the issues that needed to be fixed, didn’t try to tell me a bunch of other items needed to be done on my car that weren’t necessary. Very up front and forthcoming and I appreciate the honesty and integrity this shops displays. I would highly recommend coming to Service Street for your auto needs.
Friendly staff, nice location, good value
This shop is fantastic! They are always so kind and easy to talk to. They have always done a great job on my car from simple things like oil changes up to electrical issues! Not to mention, they saved me almost $500 today on parts needed for my car. I will definitely continue to go here for future issues with my car! Thank you!
Guy at the desk was very friendly and personable. As a woman I didn’t feel like they tried to take advantage of me which I appreciated.
Not overly impressed I think they are way over priced $215 for a test and adust my neutral safty switch I asked them to install a part. i had for me thats it and they were telling me I needed to replace my engine for 10500 what! Thats what my car cost brand new. So my recommendation is do not take your car to this place.by the way I just installed the part myself and then fixed my oil leak and no more problems. Guess I didnt need a new engine after all. What a rip off
I needed a new radiator, which they installed. Then they tell me I need a new engine due to a blown head gasket or it will over heat. They said it will bypass the thermostat and overheat. They said the thermostats is in the radiator. So I run idle with ac on for 20 minutes, didn’t over heat.
Affordable, friendly and will not try to force you into doing any extras to your car you do not want to do.
This place is awesome (although I hesitated in doing this review because they are so good, I want to keep them a secret). My wife brought in our Ford Explorer for an oil change and they let us know we had a battery issue. They then called the place we got the battery and found it was under warranty. They even called to confirm and saved us $182 for a new battery. Also let us know we had a nail in a tire (that was also covered by our tire store. This place is the first honest and reputable repair shop I have ever found. They service all our cars and I strongly recommend them for any repairs or service.
Came here after getting new tires. Got me in right away for alignment. Got my car back the same day - great job for a Saturday! Thanks.
AMAZING! Came home from a long ski vacation to a flat tire. After years of dealing with terrible service at Firestone, I decided to swing by here to get my tire looked at. Repaired it for free. I was at a loss of words. So happy and you just got a new customer for a long while! THANK YOU!
Great customer service and communication!
Ed was great. Professional when I walked in and very friendly. The facility is nice and super convenient. Very happy with my experience.
The service and personnel were excellent!I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for that extra bit of care and courteous attention that they give to their customers.
Awesome place will continue taking my cars to them. Straight forward honest place. Highly recommend
