My parents have been going to these guys for years now. I recently purchased an aftermarket intake manifold and cold air intake kit and went to these guys to get it installed right. Chance is a great guy and took all of my calls and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Patrick is a great technician who took care of the nitty gritty details of a complex installation. My car turned out great and they had it done in just a couple of days despite being incredibly busy. They also got me a great deal compared to some of the specialty shops I got quoted from. I would recommend these guys to anybody who needs anything from basic maintenance to aftermarket upgrades. They handle anything I cant with great customer service and great quality.

Every time I have needed to have my car looked at, Ive had a pleasant experience. Everyone is kind, understanding and willing to help anyway they can. Spoke to John to schedule and he gave me all the options I had available to pay, which was amazing. As a single mom, finances have been incredibly tight and I appreciate their willingness to work with me. Our shuttle driver, Don was wonderful and we had a great conversation about faith and life on our ride home. They talk the talk and walk the walk. Blessed to have been recommended to them.

This company is unlike any automotive business I have ever visited! When I walked in, I was greeted right away, and the entire staff was very warm and welcoming. Their front office area was clean and had a home-like feel, not your typical shop environment. After they gave me the estimated time they would need to do the work, they were so kind and happy to offer their shuttle service! When I spoke to them on the phone the day before to change our appointment date, they were very patient, accommodating, and understanding. I didnt feel as though I was an inconvenience to them at all. We will definitely use this business going forward!

I am not even sure how to express my sincere gratitude for Christian Brothers Automotive! A few years back my husband and I adopted four extra little ones after tragic circumstances. The littlest has some special needs that required a parent home full time, so I left my position at Denver Public Schools. Especially the last couple years, with at least 5 online learners at once at home. This left my husband footing the bill for Our small village of 9 plus some. My husband has worked very hard for kings Soopers for 34 years. We were down to one car, the small car my husband drove back and forth to work. Our van was not running. When we found out that the amount of work the van needed and the cost, (which by the way was lower than 2 other places) I dropped to my knees and cried. We were going to have to send the van off to the junk yard, there was no way we could even begin to cover the list of issues and we had no idea how we were going to do Dr appointments, therapies for our littlest, sports for the boys, school drop off and pick ups etc... At a moment of complete hopelessness, Christian Brothers Automotive told my husband they were going to do all the work and for us and not to worry about it. That was the first time in years I have ever seen my husband break down and cry. I have no idea how we could do what we do for our children without the hearts of people like the mechanics at Christian Automotive. We are truly forever grateful. We have the van back, it runs great, we feel so safe in it, and the kids are so excited to get to go on an end of the school year camping trip in it! Thank you all so much! Excellent, honest service, quality work, no short cuts, reliable Every Time! I feel like Im family when I come here. The music is encouraging and the staff is welcoming. Ive gotten to know the guys behind the counter and know that are my Brothers in Jesus. This gives me confidence that I can trust their advice. My van is a bit older and so theres been some extensive upkeep needing done on it, but over the years they have always given me options to be able to best keep within my budget and maintain the high priority needs of the van. Their greatest concern is to make sure Im kept safe while on the road with my 4 kiddos. Their staff has even made personal sacrifices in the past to see to this. (One staff member paid for some parts that I couldnt afford at the time.) Im thankful for the timely service, and ability to bring in the van for free diagnostics when needed. They keep on schedule and have superior shuttle service. Ive never met a grumpy face there.

I originally brought my car in for an oil change and a small rattle in my Suspension I still have the rattle in my suspension after bringing my SUV to them four times they decided to fix almost 10,000 dollars of other problems including my power steering that was already replaced a year and a half before that it sounds awful they fixed my rack and pinion and now when I drive over 60 mph my steering wheel shakes so I took it back to them while I was still under warranty they didn’t fix it now my car is not under warranty I am literally sad at the current state of my vehicle and the way it drives great people there though I can genuinely say that all the people there are very nice and do you want to help

Update**Owner called me and clarified what the front desk did not. To have an owner reach out to make things right says a lot about a business. I will give them another shot as my favorite mechanic works there now.Took all day for an oil change and AC recharge. Then my bad for not asking how much a service is but have had many AC recharges and Chevy quoted $130 so I went a head and assumed a 2nd party shop woupd be same or cheaper since dealerships are always more… Wow was I way wrong, $210 for a simple AC charge, a 20 min job. Thats almost double a dealership and Triple what a Brakes Plus would have charged.

This shop is exceptionally professional, timely and communicative. I worked with Mike and he did an excellent job identifying the problems with my car and getting the parts to fix them, even though the parts I needed were on backorder. He communicated when my car would be done and it was done ahead of schedule. He sent someone to pick me up since I didn’t have a ride back to the shop. I, personally, have not used the Highlands Ranch location, but the ones in Castle Rock and Monument. I was very pleased with them and their service. However, I moved in with my family here in Highlands Ranch, and we have had some serious Words cannot express family health issues. I cannot begin to express how wonderful this company and their staff have been to us. They have brought food multiple occasions, many, multiple occasions. They have been emotionally supportive as well. They didnt even know us! Words cannot express how much we appreciate them. They also do amazing work!

Update: I spoke to Greg the owner and he addressed everything and apologized. As a women I definitely did feel disrespected and I wanted to write these reviews to show that women can stand up for themselves when they feel they have been treated wrongly. I stood up for myself and got amazing service. I believe this company is genuine once they realize they made a mistake. I got my car fixed and again the owner apologized and said he spoke to the staff which I appreciate. I just want women who do run into this type of situation to look at my experience and realize they can stand up for themselves and good people will fix the mistake.I am outraged. These people are so called Christians the first time I went there my oil change was only like 30 dollars. Then my car was asking for an oil change 5000 miles before I needed one. I went in for an oil change and dropped my car off. I got my car when I got off work and the oil change was almost 80 dollars. As I was checking out I asked him if they found anything weird because it was asking for an oil change early. He was really confused and asked why they gave me an oil change. So completely unnecessary. This was all on Friday and I was upset but then I didnt drive the whole weekend and I come back Tuesday morning with my car completely dead. Like it wouldnt even lock the doors or make a sound. We tried to jump the battery and nothing. And then I saw a huge trail of fresh oil in my garage. So now I had to take days off of work to try to figure this out. All of these men definitely took advantage of me because Im a women and now Im stuck with a completely dead car. Im going to continue to tell all of my friends, post on my social medias (70k) all together and write reviews and email to tell everyone how this company is misogynistic and disgraceful.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST. Pete and his crew are THE BEST. This was the most outstanding customer experience I have ever had in auto maintenance -- and as someone who has developed a Customer Experience for a large bioscience company (and therefore hold companies to a high standard in this area), that is saying something. I just got my oil changed 2 weeks ago, but the atmosphere, professionalism, and quality of service were all unmatched. From the second you walk in the door, you are taken care of by people who understand customer service. We were there for only about 30-45 minutes, but in that time, I saw them take care of everybody that came in the door in a respectful and caring manner (including a mother with 4 young -- and extremely well-behaved --children). I would recommend this place to a gearhead, a grandparent, a best friend, a stranger, a single mother -- anybody. Your gender and race make no difference here, as they took care of everybody, and there was quite a bit of diversity in the room that day -- most likely a testament to their reputation. If you want service you can trust and want to be treated with respect, then this is the place for you to get your auto maintenance done.

Brought in my 09 Civic for alignment. The work was done well and staff was friendly. Completed timely and with lots of details about what was done. Appreciated the masks and ride to/from. Pricing was reasonable especially with a coupon. Only thing is that it took a few times, due to computer issues apparently, to make my appointment. Forced me to re-schedule a few times.

I brought a them a Honda with airbag problems. Kuni Honda wanted $2200 and said it would probably go up. Christian Brothers did it for $1950 and car is running just like it did before. This place had a very professional process, from dropping the vehicle off, to picking it up. Had a vehicle inspection done, which was very thorough - much more than expected. Report was complete with photos from the mechanic showing all the problem areas and what was recommended. From the report, I gave permission for about half the work to proceed. I never was pressured to have more work than I wanted performed. On top of all that, they offer you a ride to and from your house while your vehicle is being repaired - greatly appreciated!

My experience at Christian Brothers was tremendous! They were helpful and understanding. They repaired my car quickly and efficiently, and left it in better condition than when I left it there. They had washed and vacuumed the car. Christian Brothers (especially in Highlands Ranch) is a wonderful organization composed of wonderful people. Id use them again.

A mechanic’s shop I trust. So grateful for that. I had another shop quote me $550 for work related to my steering. Christian Brothers quoted me $276 after using a coupon. Once they saw the truck, they said that work wasn’t even necessary. Saved me the $550 the other shop would have stolen from me then the $276 I would have grateful paid them. Why? Because they were honest. Amazing.

I am a delivery driver and deliver auto parts to this location. Yesterday I had a brake light out and asked how much it would cost to replace it. Mike replaced the light in less than five minutes and refused to take any money from me. I am so grateful for how nice the staff always is to me. Edit, at the time of my first review the cost was my only big concern. Auto repairs are not inexpensive but CBA has indeed worked with me to get me back on the road and for that Im very thankful. Increased my rating as a result of their desire to make it all right.Good first: the guys are nice. They were more than willing to explain repairs and suggest service.Cost: they arent cheap. I know sometimes things cost a lot but many of the items they priced seem to be a lot more than average.Not for nothing, they are actively working with me to get it running and find a workable financial agreement, but it could be an easier process for sure.

Have gotten a couple of basic oil changes here--by all accounts they do great work. They have good coupons and fair prices. This morning I was in, waiting for my oil change to finish up and they gave me a breakfast burrito, hot coffee, and even a high top table to work at. I didnt bring my infant son with me, but if I did, I would have had the privilege of changing him on a nicer changing table than my own house.

They are honest, they are trustworthy and they show you all the things that need done (with pictures and a report) and a level of priority. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive in Highlands Ranch. I’ve never felt pressured to fix something there, they just tell me what the issues are and give me a price breakdown that is very transparent. They are a local owned business that is faith centered and it shows! I recommend all of my friends to come here and would really recommend anyone who was in need of services.

My Yukons engine light came on and I could feel there was something very wrong when stopped at a redlight. They quoted $7800 while another repair did it for $1,606 (numerous items these guys recommended the other shop couldnt even find.) My advice...DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT using this place. They dreamed up every little issue they could find, and even issues they couldnt. I trusted them because of the Christian part...I went to H&H Automotive which was 2 minutes from them and they were very responsive and fast and affordable!

Took my car for an overdue oil change. Was greeted right away and all the guys there are friendly. Got me in and out and the price was fair. Did a courtesy inspection on my car and offered feedback. Have had a weird shim in my wheel on the highway for almost 5 years now as well as what I thought was a transmission or computer issue and an AC issue. Amazing experience from beginning to end. I have been to many auto shops all around Douglas County most of them dont even come close to the services of Christian Brothers. By far the best customer service experience ever . I worked with Johnathon J and I had quite a few repair that were outside of my budget but Johnathon and his G.M worked out a payment plan that works for me.I wish I could give this place 10/10 stars. I went to my second single mothers oil change and once again every one at the event were extremely nice! I received so much care and kindness and my kids had a good time. The free oil change came right in time. And I received such a wonderful prayer! Just confirmation that it was right for me to come when I didn’t want to! 1.) Brought our minivan it for head gasket replacement. The following week, there was a smell like burning oil and smoke was observed coming from the engine. Took it back in and was told the work was not done properly and had to be redone.2.) Brought my car in for an oil change. It was suggested to me by their team to clean the battery posts which I agreed to. The next day on a hunch, I opened the hood and saw that the battery work had not been done. Im glad I checked because I usually wouldnt have done that. They promptly re-did the work that day. As a side note, I will mention that they went out of their way to replace the front brake pads but the battery was missed and I had paid for that service.3.) A few days after #2, I noticed an oil smell in the garage. After cleaning up the water under my car due to a recent heavy snowfall I noticed a large pool of oil underneath. I checked the oil and it was down to half full so obviously this work had also not been done properly just like the previous two services. Issue was promptly looked after that day however all management could do was to offer one free oil change to both our vehicles which, considering this was the 3rd and most serious problem in as many tries, didnt seem to fit the situation.Conclusion: I have nothing against the front office people as they seem very nice and helpful and are quick to correct any issues, HOWEVER there is a serious lack of quality control being performed by the staff as can be seen by the above examples. I believe the 3rd and most problematic error in a row should have at least been good enough for a refund on top of the free oil changes but that was never offered to me. Take your vehicles their at your own risk and always check to make sure the work youve paid for has been done properly.

We were acknowledge immediately, asked how they could be of service to us, and everything we needed - including an oil change, and new bakes and rotors - was completed that day. I trust these guys and they never steer me in the wrong direction! They take pictures of all of the work that needs to be done and send it to me in an email. They take the time to thoroughly explain everything. They tell me whats critical to fix, what needs attention soon, and what is still in good shape on my truck. They dont do any work until I give them the okay. They always give a complete estimate of the cost and how long it will take to service my vehicle, and their prices are very reasonable. They also guarantee their work for 3 years! Christian Brothers personnel are polite and helpful every time I go in for service. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive!

They charged me over 500 dollars for a repair that they basically didnt do because my car showed the same exact issues the very next day. When I took it back for them to re examine the car they claimed it was a different issue this time and asked for 1900 repair bill. No thanks . I am sick and tired of dishonest mechanics . You are demonic brothers . dont dirty the name of Christ in your devilish business practice liars.

Im amazed at how well I was treated at Christian Brothers Automotive. They went above and beyond what I asked for and helped me with my budget. I was offered water and food and they made sure I was very comfortable while I waited. The lobby area was comfortable and clean and I was greeted with a smile each time I walked in. Being a woman, Ive always felt uncomfortable in a shop because Im afraid of being nickle and dimed or taken advantage of. This is one place you wont have to worry about that . I highly recommended going to Christian Brothers Automotive for any automotive needs you may have! They are beyond courteous and go above and beyond to provide quality service. My window regulator on my drivers side went out and the dealership sent the wrong part but I wasn’t even mad about the situation because the customer service was so great! They were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule multiple days in a two week period to get my car fixed. I seriously cannot praise this company enough!

We have had several problems with our 2012 Subaru Legacy and head gaskets that needed repaired in 2017. We towed the car to CB and they were thorough in their diagnosis of head gasket leaks. They also worked with us on a fair price, and they have stood by the quality of their work.

The folks I dealt with were cordial and friendly. I was not feeling well the day I was there, but I felt welcome. At first I did not know there was coffee but when I found out they brought me a cup. I asked for a second cup, as I anticipated that I would be there for a while, but it was ready the same time my car was ready. The surroundings were so comfortable I stay and enjoyed the coffee. They even invited me to come back for lunch! lol I’m sure they were kidding but it was a very nice gesture. I’ll be back!

This shop is the most honest and caring auto repair shop out there. I had an earlier issue with my previous car where they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their service. They were way more concerned with my perception of them then they were about making money on me.Since then, since I choose to own older cars, they have done many repairs for my vehicles. I have yet to have to take back any of the cars for warranty work after the repair. They are upfront, honest and communicative during the repair process.I also have then do all the oil changes for my cars as well. They are quick on those and commit to the times they state.I can’t recomend them enough. It’s nice to know that there are still honest and caring people out there in this industry.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at the Christian Brother Automotive in Highlands Ranch. I was very happy with their service. I conducted some research on the cost of the repair and they were in the center. I felt the service they provided was a good value and would go back.

Christian Brothers was recommended to me by a friend. I was very pleased with my first experience and plan to go back. I am a pregnant and have a toddler and I really appreciated the convenience of being able to get a ride home from CB after I dropped off my car and then picked up again when the work was finished. What an awesome service!!! The staff was warm and friendly and very helpful with and attentive to my toddler. I felt very comfortable having my car worked on at their shop. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Ever since we discovered Christian Brothers theyve always taken very great care of our vehicle. I would highly recommend it if anyone has any vehicle troubles to go on down to Christian Brothers Automotive because they will fix any problem and do it in a very Swift and professional manner and I can guarantee your car will thank you LOL!

From initial conversations through completion of my car’s repairs, I had a very positive experience. Mitch was willing to start work early to drive me to office and Aaron worked very well with me having to communicate with laryngitis -applied as many coupons as possible and fully explained the need for the outlined services. I took my 2005 Dodge Ram up there to fix a speedometer failure issue. My lamp out, abs brake and engine light were were on as well. First off, I was told over the phone that the diagnostic was free. Which it wasnt. Second, I picked my truck up and the battery was dead. They had to come out and jump it. Next morning i go out to take my kid to school and the battery was again dead. I used my work truck to jump it before I left for work. My wife had an interview at 1pm that day and it was dead again for a third time. Never had any problems with the battery until I brought it to you guys. I brought it back up and was told i needed a new battery. I asked if they would split the cost of a new one. He put me on hold to check. He said it would cost $200 to replace it. (He says he was cutting me a deal). Went straight to Walmart and got their premium one for under $100. Third, the lamp out light was still. And lastly, i have driven over 4,500 mostly highway miles in the last 2 months and my truck didnt even get close to the dirtiness it got while in your possession. Could barley see out the windows it was so dirty. On top of it all I dont really trust the over friendly attitude of the office staff. Theres something is a little shady going on and I cant quite put my finger on it. This was my first time and my last time here. I work in the home services industry and people ask me all the time if I know any good plumbers, roofers or auto mechanics. Ill be happy to share my experiences with everyone.

I brought my car (2013 Dodge Charger) to Christian Brothers after watching them take great care of my son several times in the last couple of years. They immediately assured me that they’d look into the issues I mentioned, and offered to do a comprehensive assessment of the entire vehicle. After discovering a layered series of issues amounting to nearly $5,000 (!!!) - they worked to reduce my cost to (only) $3,600. It was only then that I’d remembered I bought an extended warranty when I purchased the car. Aaron was super communicative throughout, and in the end, my total expense was only $500 (for the things not covered by the warranty). My car was returned the next day, fixed and ready to go. Update: The day after my car was delivered, the battery dash light showed up, indicating either a bad battery or alternator. I returned the car to Christian Brothers, and it turned out to be the alternator. Aaron once again submitted a claim to the warranty company, and called to let me know that it is 100% covered. Hats off to Christian Brothers in Highlands Ranch, CO!! They’ve won my loyalty and referrals!

Its always a great experience going in to Christian Brothers. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I trust them 100% to let me know whats going on with my vehicle and not try to up-charge for anything unnecessary. This is the only place I go with my vehicles!

The customer service here is SHOCKINGLY good!!! I came in for an oil change and a headlight repair but ended up needing a new radiator as well. It was a hard pill to swallow at first, now having to spend just over $1,000, but they threw on some discounts to get it down to about $980. Not only was I grateful for that but I was treated so well while I waited that by the time I checked out I didnt even care how much I was spending.
