Lisa was wonderful! We made an appointment and she had the car up front and ready for our test drive. She was able to get us what we needed for our growing family. She was also able to give us advise on what to do with our old car as it would have been impossible to do the deal with it as a trade. Zach was also very helpful and understanding of our needs. Jeremy was so nice and was able to finish everything up to get us on the road in our new car that night! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

Had a very bad sales women who had very bad work ethic! Someone who does NOT work in sales just a tiny little office helped me. The sales lady Autumn was no help, didn’t want to help, just didn’t want to work I guess basically said there was no hope but I still ended up with a 2018 Kia….THANK YOU CRYSTAL!!! If you go to highlands ranch hopefully you work with Crystal or have a better experience with autumn.....P.S Aaron i did email you letting you know bout my issues and i have not heard a response.

AutoNation takes their time to ensure their Customers are satisfied and gives you 5 days to decide if youre satisfied with the car. Highly recommended!!Verses this Larry Miller sold me a .... car.After reading the other reviews about what great service other customers received vs what I received, Im very disappointed.Derrick showed me 2 cars which both had been in accidents.Once I decided on a car, he disappeared. I had to ask someone else where was Derrick and how much longer financing would take after waiting for almost 2 hours. After I drove the car on the highway it sounded loud and I thought something was wrong with it. Eric called me in the evening and asked if I could bring it back in I get there and hes not there so I take a test drive with Derrick who then explains the car has a CVT transmission and thats why itaccelerates slow and sounds loud.He spent time praising Nissan and said he owns one but didnt bother to say anything about the transmission. I even told him my car was stolen and I was waiting on my insurance payout and my Birthday was in 3 days. I feel violated twice.Im left to wonder why so many other customers received such great service. Now Im stuck with this car until I can trade it in with other dealership.Be sure to read their contracts thoroughly. They will do absolutely NOTHING if youre not satisfied.Ill never purchase another car with Larry H Miller and I will definitely NOT recommend them to anyone else.

I paid this company $3k to look over and update many things on a GTR that I bought at another dealership that didn’t specialize in GTR’s. One this that Larry H. miller Nissan said they did was updated that transmission software. A $1,200.00 cost to me that I paid for!!! Come to find out from a actual GTR specialist in Colorado Springs, Larry H. Miller Nissan never updated the software, it is still the original software. I have called multiple multiple times to talk to Aaron the “General Manager” never once has he called back!!!! But he’ll post on here to say give him a call to work this out. Review updated: Annoyed and frustrated with the whole experience after purchasing my truck. I purchased a truck 07/31/2021 and was told they would fix the alignment and the handle that was broken. Its now 09/09 and still nothing. I emailed, text and called dusty several times with 0 response. 3 weeks ago I spoke to Spencer who stated there was some confusion on which handle it was. Instead of calling me you chose to just wait for me to call you even though I was told the day we picked up the truck the part was ordered. Still havent heard whether or not we can bring the truck in and sick of the run around. Will never purchase another vehicle from you. I have been more than flexible waiting over a month but now Im frustrated.Absolutely would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. Dustyn and Eric were amazing throughout the whole process. My car died in the middle of the road and as a single mom I was stressed out beyond belief. Dustyn was friendly, knowledgeable and understanding throughout the whole process of trading in my car and he found me the perfect truck. Eric in finance was super helpful and made the whole transaction easy.

The purchase of the vehicle was smooth and professional.The one complaint we have is that it took 2 hours to detail the vehicle and all that was done was an exterior wash. We spent an afternoon cleaning the inside ourselves, which included using a commercial shop vac to vacuum out dog hair that was in every crevice of the truck and removing spots on the seats and console. It was gross!

I purchased a car from this company and it was literally the worst decision I could have possibly have made. Their service team has messed my car up multiple times this last time almost took my life. They were fixing a mess they fixed before and it failed. They forgot to place bolts in my tires and my car started driving really crazy. They have been secretive and misleading the whole entire time enough for me to call Nissan on them before. DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! it could cost you your life. I took it to a different dealership and they actually took care of me. In a couple days time it had shredded my tires down to nothing. If I could give them a 0 I would instantly. You may be in danger if you use this company I cannot stress this enough. I ALMOST WAS KILLED. Nissan will be informed again about this qnd I hope they pull their licenses with this company because they seriously almost took my life.Update- the gm messaged on this post to make it seem like he cares. Tried to call him about 6 times never returned any of my calls they are snakes!!!!!! Beware!!!!!!!! Probably going to sue these guys now.

Friendly techs. The main one who checked me in was informative and kind. Another offered refreshments and to turn on the tv while I waited, which was about 45 mins, for my car. This review is based on there service department. I recently bought a 2009 Nissan GTR from another dealership but before I bought the car I spent $3k having Larry H Miller Nissan going completely through the car to make sure everything was good with it. From a complete transmission service, clutch adjustment, all fluids in the car, checking for any faults, any updates needed ext, all in all $3k in service spent. Fast forward 1500 miles, the car throws a fault code for a pressure solenoid in the transmission. Larry H Miller Nissan now says sorry but you need a whole new transmission that will be $21,000!!!!! They will take no accountability, no accreditation or fault. Not even two months of owning the car. They won’t even help a little on this situation they have now, not owning to it that they messed up. To have the audacity to tell someone the car is in great shape, nothing is wrong with it, don’t worry about anything with it, you’ll see a lot of life out of it and now two months later a $21,000 bill. Very very pour service and discreditation.

I bought my car 3 years ago at a different Larry H Miller, I had the service package and this one is closer so I decided to try them, and I am SO GLAD I did! Although I drive a Toyota I always come here for my maintenance, the whole service team is amazing they know me by name (and my dog) and treat me so well! They are always honest and fair with any recommended maintenance. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else I love them so much! I actually look forward to coming in and getting the work done on my car because everyone is so wonderful to work with, I have recommend many people there and they have all been pleased as well! My wife and I went in needing to find a car asap. Derrick showed us cars we really liked, and never showed anything out of our estimated budget. He also is the only person to inform me of the different trim types on cars when shopping. When it came to financing, he really helped us get to a monthly payment we could manage! Terrible customer service!!! My wife and I have been going to the highlands ranch location for a while for routine service and make an appointment to get an oil change which they say takes an 1hr. but every time I am sitting in there waiting room for an 1hr. and a half to 2hr. But when I was talking it to there Boulder location they would get me in and out in less then an 1hr. I also have taken it in for an alignment prior to this last visit for an oil change witch I had dropped it off because I know how they waist your time and when I got my vehicle back every time I go around long curves over 20 miles an hour my traction control goes off! So when I called them to tell them what was going on with my vehicle that same day they told me that it has nothing to do with the alignment they performed on it. I told them that it was not happening before I dropped it off and they said that i could bring it back in and they would do a diagnostic check on it but I would have to pay for it. Really!So today was the last of my oil changes on my vehicle packages and my patients, We will not be taking our vehicles there anymore and I will advise everyone that I know not to go there as well.

You will be treated the same whether you have great credit, poor credit, buying used or buying/leasing new. That is one of the most amazing things about this dealership. I do not have stellar credit and I never felt uncomfortable or judged. They worked hard to get me into a car I could afford and worked with a lender to get me great a deal and financing!! They truly went above and beyond all expectations. My cousin was so impressed with how I was treated she is going back to buy a car. Definitely will never go back. The buying process was fine, the aftercare was terrible. After I had already signed the paperwork, i noticed scratches on the car. The salesperson, Jim, said he would get in touch with someone to have it fixed. That was in November. Ive called several times to have it taken care of and no one will help. Add to that I was referred here by my father in law and listed him as a referral when i purchased which would have benefitted him. They now claim such a thing never happened. I regret purchasing from this dealership.

Engine light again. Told to remove the K-N Air filter which may contaminate the sensor. My belief is that the mag-cloride (our road is made from Mag-cloride sand and clay) may also be a problem also. We were pleased with salesman Eric Montgomery. He was lacking a little bit on follow through. Example he said the car came with XM radio and had to remind him of that. He said when the car was being detailed they would fill it up with gas. I came back the next day because the car was almost empty. He took the car to fill it up himself. I was very pleased with Greg Spicka. He had excellent follow through. I enjoyed my communication with him. I was unhappy with finance department when I was told about terms & interest rates I felt they were to high and wasnt going to buy the car. I told him I could find better rates somewhere else. I bought a new 2013 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum from this dealership. It was proven in a class action lawsuit that Nissan and every dealer that sells new nissans knew that the transmissions had problems that made them unsafe. They did not mention that so in my opinion they committed FRAUD. Unfortunately the statute of limitations for FRAUD in Colorado are fairly short so the only recourse that I have is to write this review. They have lived up to the reputation of car dealers. Liars. Nissan corporate is no better. I wonder what they are hiding this year. You have been warned. Run from Nissan.

The sales team was so easy to work with, and no hard sales! We were able to test ride a vehicle by ourselves and were offered different vehicles to try. Greg and Jim helped us find the vehicle and made the purchase/financing process seamless! We strongly encourage anyone looking to buy a Nissan to visit Larry Miller.

I scheduled an oil change for my vehicle with Sam, WHO WAS AMAZING! she pulled up my account and seen that I had a prepaid package, verified that it had lapsed but was kind enough to still honor what I paid for. And then I arrived for my appointment, I was told by the service advisor that Sam was busy and they will NOT honor my package and also had the nerve to try and sell me a $165 package. Absolutely ZERO regard for customer experience or loyalty as this was my third purchased package but will be my last, There are other Nissan dealerships in town that value paying customers and their experience... This is not one of them.

I had an appointment to change the oil... Express Lube type service. I waited nearly an hour and was then presented with over $4,000 worth of necessary/urgent repairs that needed to be done. What a sales job!!! I will not refer this dealership to anyone.

Awesome service department - I worked with Samantha, who was great! They helped me take care of my windshield and washed it beforehand so it looked brand new at the end. Very happy with my experience, this is a great group of people.
