My wife left a review on Google because she was not happy with the service and after maybe 4-6 visits, and paying for things that was not wrong with the car before, the fixed the car, this situation was over 4 month ago. I called to schedule appointment for a someone that wanted to buy my car to do a presale inspection. I never gotten a call back, so I called again to talk to Robert and he said if my wife dose not remove her review that he wont do business with us, That if I have her remove it; he might be able to convince the general manager to do business with me. very rude and unprofessional response. when I heard that I realize that all they care about is reviews not the client satisfaction. very bad business. instead of having the general manager call us and maybe convince us that we should remove the review now its our fault for letting people and other clients know how we feel and our personal experience.If your not satisfied with the service thy gave you, do not express that in a review cause youll get terminated as a client.very races as will, if your not a white person be carful cause you get treated like your nothing.
Great store! Employees are amazingly nice, and keep cars in pristine working order. My only complaint is that they only sell 3 models in-store (you can choose to pre-order any continuing model to be delivered to the store for pickup.)
Have to give a shout-out to Jamie over there at Ferrari of Denver. Took my car in to run through Ferrari certification check-list. Jamie and team just rocked! They were prompt with everything, communicated clearly, and even after the service, Jamie continues to answer my emails/questions incredibly quickly with great advice and recommendations. Fantastic Team there!
I remember when they were on Colfax, later off of Federal south of 285 (I believe) then they moved to this beautiful location/building and over the years Ive popped in to admire their beautiful selection of Ferraris and other exotics. Its a real shame cause I was hoping to come in and buy myself a Lamborghini huracan evo that I saw on one of there photos but was disappointed that they werent willing to let me see it at all. But cool cars I guess.
We took our Bentley GT3R to get it an oil change! The car only had 6k miles. Perfect condition vehicle!!! We scheduled it for someone to pickup the car from our house, they picked it up it took them about a week to return the vehicle with higher miles and clicking on the suspension. Also the we realized that the alignment was off. That was very strange because the car didn’t have any issue! So we called the service advisor “Robert” to explain the situation and schedule the car for an alignment! The picked the car up and took 9 days to bring the car back and the clicking was even sounding louder! I tried calling Robert to explain the situation and of course I was upset! He’s replied by will next time you should bring the car your self!!! Unbelievably rude and unprofessional! I’m stuck with fixing more things that was not even wrong with the car in the first place! It seems like they keep braking stuff so you can keep bringing it back! Oil change was $475 then alignment was $775 and god knows what else they broke now to get more money!
The service in here is par to none. Jamie from service has a vast knowledge of all vehicles and always has a smile on his face. Logan is also a great mechanic. Its a pleasure to take any vehicle into the shop

What an outstanding dealership! The service on my Lotus Elise has been excellent for the four years I have been coming here. I track my car regularly and have above average needs as a result. Ryan and Jamie have helped guide my modifications with excellent results. The rest of the staff always treat me as one of the family, and being able to participate in events from the charitable to the exciting (track days!) is just icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

My 8 year old son is a budding car enthusiast especially when it comes to exotic cars. I took him to Ferrari of Denver a month ago to look at the cars and let me tell you....it was above and beyond a fantastic experience! The staff was exceptional! First class service from everyone we encountered. Kim took my son around and talked cars with him and even let him sit in the Pista(?). He then had the opportunity to go into the back to look at more cars with Jamie. My kiddo was in heaven! Thank you Ferrari for your top notch service and for making my kiddo so happy!!Wanted to add our most recent experience:We went back yesterday and had the opportunity to watch them rearrange the show room floor. Hearing those loud engines roar and then turn to purring was so fun for my kiddo. We were greeted by Kim who remembered us and at least 10 other staff members. Every single one acknowledged us and many struck up a conversation with my kiddo which made him feel very important. He got to talk cars with Ryan and even say hi to his buddy Jamie. He was even offered a job to turn the horses upright on the rims by Steven but after 1 wheel he was done. ;)Thank you again Ferrari for making my kiddos day and for supporting my kiddos passion! You are all amazing!
My 14yo daughter wanted to see a Ferrari in person, so we decided to take a trip to Denver We arrived at the dealership around 4:30pm on a Saturday and were told by one of the sales people who was heading toward his motorcycle that they were getting ready to close for the day(even though their website states that the showroom is open until 5pm). He did tell us that we could look at the cars through the window. As we were walking up the steps, another sales person locked the door from the inside. Its kind of disappointing that my daughter didnt get the opportunity to see the vehicles up close.
Ferrari of Denver hosted their annual Christmas toy drive. The event was successful and everyone were very receptive and friendly. Great food, music and drinks. It was great to be with people who came out to support a worthy cause!

While I have never visited, I could not help but let people know what a helpful, professional, and efficient business this is! We are a repair shop that specializes in Porsche repair, but occasionally we do some work on an Elise for one of our very good clients. The accurate parts ordering, timely shipping, and above all the extra time and effort spent to help us out with some repairs we had questions about are WAY above the average experience we have dealing with factory dealers all over the country. This was a nice, laid-back atmosphere. There was no push and the sales woman was very knowledgeable about the details of the cars. She actually kind of predicted concerns and addressed them very quickly. Very nice and helpful. Showroom was a little light on the Bentley side, but ... it is Colorado. Great experience overall.
While Im not in the market for a new Ferrari or Bentley, my sons are huge car lovers and the staff was amazing to let us look around the showroom as if we were actual customers. It was a very memorable experience and we were happily surprised to learn they also have a Ferrari store inside the dealership that carries shirts, hats, lithographs, and more with the Ferrari logo that was reasonably priced. While we didnt leave the showroom in a Ferrari, we didnt walk out empty handed either. Great experience and staff. Thank you, my expectations were far exceeded!

I bought a Ferrari from this place and Ill say its the worst Dealership Ive ever experienced. They lie, they wrecked my car and wont take responsibility for it, and Bill Stewart has no spine whatsoever. This is the most unprofessionally run dealership. Its all pretty on the outside and theyll shmooze you till the cows come home. But when you get to know them and experience their immature and unprofessional behavior, youll regret ever setting foot in the place. If youre no rolling in cash youre just a low life to them anyway. I came to Ferrari of Denver just to browse around a bit, and ended up buying a great car! I met Sean Cashin on the sales floor, and since he knew the inventory so well he quickly had me in front of a desirable model. I am a used car guy and quite picky in what I select. No problem, Sean took me on a demo ride and then let me take the car with my consultant who was along for moral support. The next day, after about twenty-two hours of due diligence on my part, a deal was worked out over a few texts. There was one small issue with the car that Sean and his manager quickly and fairly handled, and I was soon the proud owner. The car was shipped to my home in Minnesota and all my car nut friends know it came from Ferrari of Denver! I also met Mark Dismuke and Carrie Bramley of FOD in the course of this transaction, and they were equally professional. But Sean is the guy! Oh yes, its a 911 Turbo S!
