I have used this location for years; always good service and willing to match competitors pricing. I recently had an issue with installation and Chad completely took care of the issue at zero cost, so they have truly earned my repeat business!

I had a flat tire so I needed to replace all 4 tires. My store Rep Cade was very patient with me choosing tires and had me out back in the road in no time. Later that day one of my Brand new tires went flat unfortunately due to a bad and cracked valve stem. I called the store and the store manager Randy jumped in his car to come help. I was very surprised that he would go out of his way and drive to my house to take care of me! They were super awesome and I would definitely use discount again!

Wow, what great customer service! I had a flat tire and they fixed it at NO CHARGE! They were factory OEM tires, not even purchased at Discount Tire!! Ill be heading back here when i need tires, or any service they offer. They told me it would be ready in 45 minutes - and it was ready in 20. Fast, courteous, great.

Today, after many years with person and business accounts, I will be closing all accounts and no longer doing business with Discount Tire. Each time I put new tires on a vehicle I always pay the extra fees for “road hazard”. Today was the first time I’ve required my tires to be warrantied as my person truck became my work truck. After weeks of filling up each tire EVERY MORNING, I was able to schedule an appointment and take my truck in for service. Upon arrival I was told that all the screws and nails were “in the same place on each tire” and they would not warranty them even though I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on warranties that have never been utilized. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received and felt as though I was not being listened to. I don’t know, maybe they think this lady has no idea what she’s talking about....

My Gf and I went together- she needed 4 all season tires and I needed a new studded snow tire. After making a deposit we waited for 4 days for our tires to come in. They didn’t weight and balance my Gf’s wheels, and they lost the entire set once, forcing us to wait another day. They lost my tire- twice, over the course of a week. Then when I came in they said they couldn’t find it(3rd time they’ve lost it) and convinced me to have them hand stud the same tire that was bare. I reluctantly said ok. And come to find out- not only was it NOT the correct tire I had requested but it also was NOT weighted and balanced either. This place is awful- the people are mindless automatons that can’t order the right tire and keep track of it for longer than an hr. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. If there were any way to get a refund for the wrong tire that I didn’t want I’d be all ears. Until then, I hope this place goes out of business, and the manager at least needs to be replaced pronto. WHO LOOSES A TIRE 3 TIMES IN A WEEK?????? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?? These are not special tires- they were for a Prius and a Civic respectively ... unbelievable. And I still have the wrong damn tire on my car.

These guys contine to do a good job. Fortunately, I scheduled my winter tires install as they were very popular after the first snow fall. Friendly, curteuos and punctual. I now buy all my tires here for my cars, truck and OHV.

I would not recommend this store. It took three attempts to balance my tiresand they still did not get it correct! The Manager wrote on my receipt that the balance was Perfect,well it was not. I finially took my vehicle to a competitor and thankfully they got it right the first time.Nothing but frustration in dealing with Discount Tire.

I’ve been going to this Discount location for years after having a horrid experience at another location. This is not the closest to me but I make the drive for the amazing customer service at this location. I trust them with my car and to treat me fairly and honestly. I will not let anyone else touch my tires.

It was a brand new vehicle, so I didnt even buy my tires from them but they still handled me as if I did...Fast and courteous service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DISCOUNT TIRE! This is the second instance that I’ve purchased tire replacement certificates AND I’ve been quoted for replacement tires!However, this instance is TOTALLY ABSURD AND LAUGHABLE.I purchased two front tires ABOUT 1 MONTH AGO AND ABOUT 3k MILES.The two new front tires are TRASHED—to the fiber. Get this, because my car is not in alignment —THEY WILL NOT REPLACE THE TIRES. I HAVE THE REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATES —-once again USELESS.The laughable part is that they said “They will take care of me”—-n/c for installation ( $20 ) —or n/c for replacement certificates on the new tires.WOW. Discount tire, particularly this store, certainly does not understand customer service nor how to take accountability for a faulty product. Great experience! Brought my car in with a flat - turned out to be a hole and sidewall damage so they needed to get a whole new tire. They didn’t carry the tire model I had but could order it overnight and have a new one the next day. The damage had occurred at another auto shop who had offered to take care of the cost. When that auto shop suddenly got amnesia the next day about covering the bill (surprise...), the manager worked with me directly to resolve the issue. Since the tires were under warranty with Firestone (where I would have taken the car had the auto shop not promised to comp the cost given the flat occurred while they were working on my engine), he offered to transfer the warranty and reduce the price. This saved me from having them reinstall the busted tire and drive it over to Firestone to have them do the repair for much less money but another two days without my car. After dealing with the dishonesty and untrustworthiness of the other auto repair shop, it was a welcome relief to find a genuine caring human at this location. He didn’t have to do anything for me but the fact that he was willing to work with me and come up with a resolution for a problem he inherited was truly a blessing. I will definitely be a repeat customer here!

The quality is also great and very affordable pricing compared to most service shops (true to their name, I suppose)! We will always purchase all our tire and wheel needs here!

I called discount tire about a week and a half to two weeks ago and negotiated with them to get a tire price and install set up. They did not have the tire available so they had to order it and then they set me the first available reservation. I confirmed with them while on the phone to make sure the pricing was all saved to my phone number and Josh the tech said absolutely it was. When I showed up today to have my tires put on they could not find the pricing in the system and would not honor the pricing they had given me during that phone call. The guy Dylan tried to convince me he was doing me a favor by meeting me in the middle price wise. Is this bait and switch or just a situation of poor process?Please note that I left without resolution.

This was my first visit to a Discount Tires. I came in on the recommendation of family after having picked up a bolt in one of the SUVs tires. I arrived at approximately 8AM and a rep came right out to assess the situation. I was told that it shouldnt be a problem to repair so long as the bolt was less than a 1/4 inch wide. About 45-minutes later they drive the car up showed me the bolt and old valve stem that they replaced just for good measure. Best part it was free. Ill definitely consider this place in the future and highly recommend them if you need a tire repaired.

It cost around $500 for all four tires on my 2003 kia spectra. They were the lowest- end tires I could get for winter and they seemed extremely expensive. But the service was amazing and I got all 4 tires replaced in about 30 minutes. Amazing!

Had to get four new tires for my car. Discount ordered the tires, had them within 4 days, installed within and hour. The professionalism of the staff was out standing. Not loving them I had a tire pressure gauge replaced and it started showing broken again hours after having it replaced. Also they broke a small cable cover under the car jacking it up that I have to get repaired and bill them for the repairs. They were nice and I did get new tires but in the past they did way better.

I have been going to this discount tire since it opened about 10 years ago and have probably bought at least 20 sets of tires for various vehicles from them. Their service is always far far above my expectations. Ray and his entire team have customer service figured out. I am always greeted promptly and all of my needs are always addressed. Their prices are always better then the competition but the thing that keeps me coming back time after time is their attention to detail and what my needs are from my lifted and modified Jeep Wrangler to my honda. These guys are the real deal.

I have purchased tires here for the last 12 years. They always have the best prices. If they don’t have the tires I want in stock, they will get them in two or three days. I have off road tires, so they always rotate and balance, no questions asked. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Easiest tire purchase I have ever had! The manager Greg and the entire team was awesome to work with. The entire purchase was easy as they pointed me a a great rebate program on a set of Goodyear tires. The entire set of tires came in less than I had budgeted for and I was on my way in less than 45 mins from when I walked in the door.

After dealing with the customer service at the discount tire on County Line, I came to this location to look for some help. I found that the service reps were more than willing to assist me in getting some new tires and they made the experience quick and painless. If you are looking to get something done I would recommend choosing this branch over the branch location at County Line Rd.

Checkin took 20 minutes, tire change took 2 hours. Not good but not horrible.When I went to pickup the car, nobody was out front helping customers. I found employees twice by walking outside and was told they would be right there. After 15 minutes of waiting with no employee showing up, I had to walk out into the middle of the service area and literally grab an employee just to get my key. Do not recommend if you value your time.

I had a couple of nails in my tires that were causing small leaks. These guys took care of it real quick and did it with a smile. Yet another reason why I love Discount Tire!

Very Very Unhappy with this store. We bought expensive tires for our SUV and the WARRANTY to go with them. We have been in 4 TIMES now with our front tires continuously being flat daily. We shouldnt have this issue on a truck that has 55,000 miles on it with BRAND NEW Tires! They say, the tires are fine as no air is leaking with there water test: Obviously their Warranty covers nothing as filling up our tires daily that are brand new shouldnt be happening if NOTHING was wrong with them! Very Unhappy with customer service of this place and never will return!!!!

Absolutely horrible! They took over an hour to simply balance my tires. This makes no sense because when I bought the tires they were mounted and balanced in under 45 minutes! To add insult to injury they were not balanced properly so I will have to have it redone. In fact there is more of a vibration now than there was when I took it to them! I will never come here again!

AUSTIN was AWESOME in helping me navigate a warranty claim issue. My BFG KO2s showed signs of cracking down the middle of the tread (widespread issue, I implore you to research it and check your tires if you also have the KO2s) and although AUSTIN had never seen or heard of this issue before, it only took about 15 minutes for him to agree there was an issue, contact BFG/Michelin, and obtain the necessary approval for a full (albeit prorated) replacement.I ended up opting for a slightly different size tire for my replacements that, unfortunately, this location did not have in stock. AUSTIN was helpful nonetheless, contacting other locations to confirm they had what I was looking for. I should have just asked him to order the tires and use this location for the mounting/balancing, because the store I went to a few miles away took over 2.5 hours to finally get the tires on my car...Great location, ask for AUSTIN.

Not only did they order the wrong tires 2 times. But 2 weeks later they tell me it just wont work.Im sorry but they do not sell large size wheels if they wont fit. I have brought three of my cars to the store for a number of years, however when the manager was confronted with the fact that their own technitions improperly changed the tires on my Audi A5 from summer to winter and didnt report that both sets of tires were wearing improperly the both sets of tires were ruined rather than take any responsibility the manager did everything he could to avoid providing any customer service.The store is more worried about getting you to spend additional money than they are taking care of their core business. I would recommend avoiding this store all together!
