Love, love, love this place. Its more then a spa. So far Ive had IV Therapy and botox. Next month Im trying their Aqua Facial. Employees are extremely helpful. Cant wait to try more of their services.

Today was my first visit to Complexions Med Spa for a basic facial and Botox. The staff is friendly and welcomes you when you walk in the door. The office is well decorated, inviting and very comfortable. Both services were delivered with the highest degree of professionalism. I especially appreciate that no one tried to upsell me to buy their products or add on additional services. I have already scheduled a second service and plan to continue to receive my skincare here. Highly recommend.

I went for the first time for Christmas open house after hard day. I cant say enough good things about this med spa. It is immaculate and very relaxing, while you wait for your service you can enjoy complimentary coffee and water. I had services with both Erica Thurlow and Dr. Bakty. They are both informative of how I would feel during services and after. I tried coolsculpting and B12 injection and felt like a million bucks. I will definitely be back!!

The space is gorgeous and the staff is friendly and professional. I dont generally think of myself as someone who would utilize these services, but I was given a gift card so I thought Id try something new. I chose Botox injections and fillers (in my lips and cheeks). My results are subtle and natural-it was very important to me that I not look fake or overdone. I do, however, look years younger. The overall experience was pleasant and honestly sort of fun. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

This was my first time getting Botox so I was a little scared but Lindsey was so calming! We went over light on the first round - no huge sales pressure!! My experience at Complexions was definitely not what i was expecting. The hormone therapy really surprised me. I didnt realize that such a minor incident during my childhood could comprimize my sleep as an adult. Thank you Complexions! I highly recommend.

I was nervous going in for Botox it being my first time. The injector at complextions doing the botox was excellent! She gave me a step by step explanation of what she was doing, made sure I was comfortable and set my nervousness at ease. My results are great. I love the injection I got in my lips and how I look younger. The frown wrinkle that I am always self conscious of is erased. I am very happy with my work that was done.
