I love that they have different items available than some of the neighboring stores for those impromptu purchases 😉 I’ve been able to give many “Just Because” gifts to brighten someone’s day over the years when I’m in town.

My daughter is a diabetic...she needs her insulin..they actually close at 6 pm not 10 pm like the automated machine say..so now I have to pay out of pocket to get her medicine ..like come on update your system ...smh

They never have prescriptions filled on time and are often 2 to 5 days late. After today I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

This Rite Aid has really gone downhill. My sons prescription is never ready when I go to pick it up. The phone just rings and rings. I will be transferring all of my prescription elsewhere.

My husband dropped off my prescription and we were told my medication would be ready by 12 noon and my husband went to pick up my medication and was told it would be another 25 minutes. Keep in mind we live in Carrollton, VA, the complete trip was a waste of time and gas. The pharmacy tech should honor her word and not lie because that is one way to lose customers.

Just stopped by to buy a handful of things- I was not greeted by a single worker.. Okay, not a big deal. Get to the register, said hello to the pregnant lady working the register, not once but two times, and she continued to ignore me. Took my payment, handed me my things and turned around. Extremely rude.

I share the same horrible experience as the other customers had. Not only I but my grandson and granddaughter, both have exhausted their time and energy with this Rite Aid and refuse to pick up any of my prescriptions anymore. I have been given a time to pick up a prescription however i have waited two extra hours and my medication still wasnt ready when I got there ( I left, came back an hour later and it wasnt ready). Everyone deserve the opportunity to get their business matters in order. However, when the agents/representatives lie to the clients, thats really bad business to the core. I am very fearful of this organization.

Staff is terrible

Very slow and horrible service very inconsiderate of your time they will tell you that your pick up time is one time and then when you come theyll say its another time not once did anyone say sorry about that.avoid this rite aid they do not care about you whatsoever and thats a sad thing when you getting your medicine from them in my opinion

They always have my medicine on time.. nice staff, I see a lot of bad reviews, but it must be under new management or something because I never have these problems..

1 star=0 stars......HORRIBLE SERVICE TOLD ME MY SCRIPT WOULD BE AVAILABLE AND WHEN ARRIVED IT WAS LOST THEN FOUND. I snatched my script and took it elsewhere. HIPAA violation at its finest!!!!

One star because I couldnt give zero which is what they deserve. Poor disrespectful rude service and they dont call if there is a problem or if meds needs to be ordered so you u waste your time going to pick up something thats not ready or there at all and to top it off they are slow. Im so tired ever time I refill her prescription time for a change

Very rude, unprofessional, and unintelligent... this woman had no idea how electronic prescriptions work and kept telling me I need a pill bottle to get prescription filled... how do I bring in a bottle for a prescription I have never had. Despite having excellent service at other Rite aids, this experience was so bad that I will never return to any Rite aid.

This rite aid has to be the slowest and most unprofessional rite aid i have ever been to. I put my order in at 4 pm, went back around 8 and still had to wait 35mins for it to be filled. This store needs new management . Its time for me to take my business elsewhere.

Their service is TRASH !! My kids had the flu I put their prescriptions in at 10am and the they kept on telling me they were filling them and come back in an hour and it still wasn’t filled I told the pharmacy tech this was the third time I had been up there and still no medicine he got an attitude and told me well I wasn’t here so I don’t know what to tell you ! I didn’t receive their medicine until after 8 pm I will never fill any prescriptions here anymore

Pharmacy staff are unprofessional. They are extremely slow. Its ridiculous. Dont go to the drivethru ......you will be waiting forever before someone comes to the window and they will look you right in your face and see you sitting there.

All I will say is DONT GO THERE!!!
