0 STARS!!! -1 Star!! My child purchased wig glue priced at $35, when I saw that I amazoned it and saw it was $22 went in for a refund with 5 mins of buying and they refused, gave me a store credit and put it back on the shelf. I get no refunds when they cant resell a product but that wasnt the case. Highly unorganized and crowded store and your followed the whole time. Shop else where and check online prices 1st!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Stumbled upon this store while driving through the area. The customer service was horrible. The old Chinese lady was so rude. I needed assistance with finding a product in their overly crowded shop and she was so focused on trying to watch everyone, she got an attitude when I asked for help. She simply pointed down and isle and said I dont know. Stuff is everywhere and you can hardly walk down the isle without knocking over something. Its super crowded with hats, leggings, and other stuff that has nothing to do with beauty. Plus the wigs are made of super cheap material. She tried to tell me something was human hair that felt like plastic. I do not recommend this place.

I came to this store to look for earrings and shampoo & conditioner and the man kept following me looking at me. I couldn’t shop in peace. I don’t know if they have a problem with theft here but it was very uncomfortable. Every time I would look up I would see his head peaking out from down the isle it was creepy

Very friendly and helpful and Loving people who worked in the store. She gave a great discount for being a loyal customer, just a act of kindness and told me to have a blessed day. Her husband do walk around the store not to assume anyone is going to steal but to protect his wife in case someone do come in to try to steal or rob etc. I believe that a good man, His wife sells the hair and he watch her back, its dangerous to be in business these days, people watch the news, but its another lady that help you look for things if you need help looking for anything, ..They greet you and always tell you, Thank you!!! I live in the neighborhood and shop here very often and dont take it personal if they ask can we help you look for something, its good business.

They are very rude and the space is super small. They constantly follow you around and have cameras that they watch like hawks. I think they assume black people are thieves. This is just an inspiration for African-Americans to start owning our own popular stores. I would love to give my money and business to a black owned establishment. Hopefully we can get these people out of town and get some new black owners in that thang.

They are rude and unhelpful. After acting as if they discreetly watching you by following you around aisle to aisle, they thank you for shopping as they watch you pay and leave. Normally, I would have left but I went ahead and purchased my products to prove a point. However, I will no longer be spending my money with them. If they don’t trust the community enough to provide them with in-discriminatory service, close business or move to another location.

The store was filthy and junky. Couldnt walk down ailse without bumping into anything and stirring up dust. The service sucks and theres a old woman thats nasty and disrespectful that shouldnt be working behind the counter. I will not go there ever again. I recommend you find another place to shop.

Absolutely the worst beauty supply store as soon as I walked in I seen a roach as I continue to shop I keept seeing roaches the workers followed me down every pathway I asked for help And she walked away from me as I was talking and sucked her teeth like I was bothering her they are very rude and trashy and I wouldn’t shop here if you paid me the worst shop in the 757 highly unprofessional and un recommanded especially if your black ‼️ Negative stars for y’all
