I am a valued customer I usually go in there all the time and spend big money like I can spend $100-$300 in there. And this time I just spent $158 on two weeks I’ve called in because of when I stay and I found a hole in the lace of the wig I bought. And they aren’t trying to help me at all they don’t even care one lady hung up in my face and I’m being respectful and I’m like I am a customer that comes here all the time and they simply don’t care about how much money it just went down the drain. I don’t know what to do but all I know is I can warn other people if you come in here check your wig in the store because they will take your money and I can schedule that scamming and I’m gonna see if I can do anything about getting a lawyer or anything because that’s not the first time that I’ve bought a wig from here and had issue and am spending such a large amount of money.

They use to be across the street and moved to a bigger spot. It looks great. So many options. I actually ended up buying two wigs that day and accessories. The woman that helped me was very friendly! So it was a pleasure to spend my money. I did not feel like I was being watched or expected to steal. I felt welcomed and was helped when I needed it in a friendly manner.I will definitely be returning to do business.

It is a well stocked store. The employees are kind. The thing I would suggest is, provide a 2nd cashier, and have someone available to assist customers on the floor. Overall, very nice!

Great prices and huge selection. Staff was very helpful. I love the hair I was able to purchase for my daughter, also the hair jewelry, mask and sunglasses for myself.

Love this store ! No need to buy from a wholesale place for my hair business needs. Joys Beauty has everything I need PLUS more ! I’m in the braiding business so you can imagine how much I am in need of hair . They have all lengths, colors and textures!! They have a customer in me for life !!! Found everything I needed; plenty of choices for stocked merchandise.

I stepped in Joy Beauty Supply as I accompanied my wife there while she was shopping for her supplies. Ive been inside other beauty supply stores with her and most were packed full of products and the floor layout was like a maze. Joy was organized, clearly marked aisle numbers with somewhat wider aisles. Oh, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Fantastic customer service is practised at Joy Beauty Supply.

Completely rude and I won’t be returning as a customer. They had one register, no running A/C, and damaged product but somehow I was holding up the line due to canceling the damaged item. Clowns! I wish Apple Tree beauty supply was still open.

I really enjoy this location there is plenty of room ample parking lots of choices to choose from if you are ever in the area stop in and pick you up something for yourself this location is the Jason suggests about every major highway in the area the staff is friendly and willing to assist

I will never never ever shop at this establishment again. I purchased 2 items for $4.01 and they refused to allow me to use a debit card due to the amount was not the minimum of $5.00. They would only except cash only. No exceptions. They explained it was store policy. I explained it was greed. Stay away from this place. # Asian greed. There is and never have been a $5.00 minimum to use a debit card.

This trip around was excellent. The man owner was outstanding with his customer service and knowledge of hair products. This guy was trying to help everyone. I cant say the same for the women though.

The gentlemen was so kind and helpful during the selection. However the wigs are over price, not a great selection and they offer no DISCOUNTS at all. I did purchased two wigs and drove two blocks to the Wig Outlet which has a much better selection and offers many DISCOUNTS. I purchased the wig I was searching for at that store.

Joy Beauty certainly was a joy to me! I had been looking all over town for a beret(does anyone wear them anymore?). Not only did I find it, I got some other things. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you.

People follow you around the store the entire time as if you are a suspect of theft. Hates my experience.

My daughter needed her hair on Christmas eve and Joy was the only place still open with exceptional service. This will be our go-to beauty supply for now on. Also it has EVERYTHING you need!

Horrible experience! I went with my nieces, who were trying to buy a wig. The store associates were intentionally getting in their way and making their experience unpleasant. When I spoke to them, one of them went off to the side and mocked me. I dropped what I had and did not spend a dollar in that store!

Joy was Googled and came up as an African American owned beauty supply store. It is NOT!

First time visiting..prices are comparable to other bss..hugh inventory...covers two storefronts.

This store has so many beautiful colors of braiding hair and the owners are very nice and professional.

Huge selection of so many products. They have a large selection of masks, hats, costume jewelry, and accessories besides their massive selection of beauty supplies. On a handful of occassions the staff helped me find products, but also took a generous amount of time to answer my question and explain the use of the product/merchandise.

Its one of the largest beauty supply stores. Theres nothing you cant find here. The jewelry is absolutely gorgeous and and incredibly large selection. They have an amazing selection of braiding hair and wig styles. The employees are super AWESOME and helpful.

I have been going to this store occasionally before they moved to their larger place of business. The staff is wonderful and the selection of beauty products is great! I recently went into their new and larger store and the selection of products are still good and of great quality.

My experience with the store has always been excellent. Probably the largest, and most stocked Beauty Supply I have ever been to. I will recommend this store to family and friends.

Huge beauty supply store with an excellent selection of wigs and weaves, cosmetics, and jewelry. As a matter of fact, theres a separate room to the left of nothing but wigs and hair for weaving.

They recently moved. The new place is much bigger, lots of selection (they always had a nice selection), and clean. Theyre still getting things in order, but give them a visit. Theyre a nice bunch.
