The cashier was great. So helpful and pleasant.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Stock has been low both times Ive been here, but what they do have is quality. They supply a wide range of products for all of your cosmetic (hair & nail) needs.

I’m not there yet but Kaye runs a pretty tight ship so for that reason I’m giving it a solid 4 I’ve had a relationship with her since she an Reginia were at Milos. In the 80s. I loved them then,and even more now. I’ll check u after I’ve been n the store.

I love this location. Ms.Kay runs her store very efficient. Everyone there is helpful and the store is always clean and everything is easy to find.

Kay is the best! I had been here previously and the staff was a little helpful but Kay was so knowledgeable and helpful. I hope shes there when I come back, she has a very uplifting spirit.

I have had nothing but great experiences in this location.The ladies here are ALWAYS helpful, and incredibly personable. I actually enjoy coming in because I look forward to seeing them, and any time I have a question they are knowledgeable and quick to help.

I had a pair of clippers that I tried to return, 1 day after purchase. Sales associate never said “all sales on clippers are final”. I went to the store to return, they said “all sales are final on clippers, no refund”. I go on Sallys website to take a closer look at refund policy, it goes as follows “Refunds on clippers will only be made if clippers are in original box, unused, with sales receipt within 60 days”. By that definition I was entitled to a refund, but the rogue manager, I believe her name was Montey was so embroiled that I did my due diligence and took a closer look at the refund policy, she saw the clippers were unused and had no sign of usage. She made up the most ludicrous excuse to further hault me from getting a refund. She said “that the clippers were pushed back and used”, after only 1 day and not even being taken out of the box.It’s really unfortunate that I had to deal with this kind of low class behavior. If I actually followed the store policy and had a legitimate return, and was polite up until the point of being lied on. Clippers were $170.

I went to Sallys due to the poor experience at a salon and the lady was able to help with choosing products for my hair. I am happy that I can go to Sallys and ask for advice for ny hair.

Sallys products are garbage and they falsely advertise a guarantee on their products in which they do not honor.

Went there they had not one but two associates working and i needed assistance.... Requested assistance not once but twice and neither staff attempted to assist me! Just lazy and rude! The sad thing is i was the ONLY customer they had there! Will not be shopping at this location again.
