Bought some Cuban Twist hair from this store today. I didnt catch her name, but the woman that rung me up was so sweet and patient with me figuring out what I needed. The price was reasonable and the quality is on point. I look forward to continuing to buy from this business.

Really nice store but they need to train there workers in customer service. I was not greeted nor offered any help when I was in the store. 2 young ladies working and having personal conversation and On the phone texting when you are waiting to be rang up .

Had a great experience.... I went in today for hair and left out more than satisfied and with more than hair!!! The owner was in when I was in making my purchase and she was very kind, helpful and she had no issues with answering any questions that I had. I was looking at hair for what seemed like forever and she didn’t come and harass me or try to get me out the store like you see in other stores. This store will be my hair store from now on and wait the best part is the prices!!!! The prices are more than affordable and we all know products for textured hair are out of this work expensive so this is where I know I will be spending my money!!! Queens Crown is a clean well stock business. The only issue I had was the vulgar lyrics playing in the background. My husband didnt stay in the store because the music was offensive to him. I love music but dont want to hear cursing while shopping. I do love to see progressive minority businesses.

It is a very nice store, very clean, and quality items!! However, they don’t have as big as a variety on items, so you have no choice but to go to another beauty supply store. I would still recommend this place, having the risk that you may not find what you’re looking for.

I must be the wrong color black. I literally walked around that store 3 times. There were two people working. No how can I help you? Do you need anything? I always get this kind of service from my own race. They make it hard to support black businesses. I went up the street to the Korean people.

I heard about this place on a black owned business blog via FB and I decided to take a trip. It’s literally five miles from my front door! The owners were very professional and the store was amazing and well organized. I found everything I needed so easily and quickly. This place is a gem. I didn’t feel overwhelmed by products like other locations. I will definitely make this my new home hair care spot.

This place seemed neat and organized. It had a nice variety. Both workers were black women which was wonderful to see at a black beauty supply store...Queens! Yes!....However, I was followed closely while I shopped. I bought no purse nor did I wear loose clothing/jacket. As soon as I turned around, the young lady was peering through the jewelry case “watching” me. I bought my item and left....its even more off putting when it’s you’re own people...I understand you want to make sure people don’t steal but at least be subtle about it.

I love this store! People are friendly and its black owned so you will appreciate being able to shop in peace. Also love the selection of supplies.

Went there for 4 packs of human hair blend(micros) and they only had 3 packs of #2 so had to get a single pack of #1. However, the young lady said if I didn’t use the #1 I could exchange it. So I was happy with that. They were friendly and the store was clean, and shelves were well stocked. The best part is they are a B.O.B.

This place was perfect for my beauty needs🤗 The prices are fair and the products are quality. This is a very professional family owned business. They provided such awesome customer service! The 30 min drive was well worth it and I will be making this trip regularly to satisfy all of my beauty needs.

I went into this store and the cashier was new and didn’t tell me the correct price for the hair I bought I left out of the store went to car and realized my receipt wasn’t right I went back into the store and they said I couldn’t get my money back and that I had to get store credit I did not want store credit because I know I barely go into that store I always try to support black businesses but I’d rather go elsewhere . At the end I lost $40 never again.

One of my favorite places to go! Always welcoming and full of good quality products. Great customer service and all! Black owner is a requirement for me so I am happy such a great establishment exists for all communities by our community!

I am all about supporting quality businesses, especially ones owned and operated by Queens 😘. The customer service is exceptional, the store is very well organized and carries many varieties of popular and quality hair products as well as clothes, accessories, etc. At one point, my mother was looking for a particular product that was not available, and after speaking with the owner, she assured us that she would get it in. Know nothing about purchasing hair for braiding. Initially I ended up buying the wrong product. Went to return/exchange two days later with no problem. Sales person even agreed to FaceTime with my stylist to ensure I bought the right products. Oh I didn’t mention that I LOVE mixed gray hair. This establishment has, by far, the best selection of QUALITY affordable mixed gray styles I’ve seen anywhere. The store is professionally run, well stocked, and the personnel are extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Needless to say I am a fan.J.B.

Black owned beauty store!! I was so glad to find this place 🙌🏾 . I drove 40 minutes to get there and I would do it again 🖤✊🏿 I wasnt followed throughout the store. The owers are two black ladys that opened up two years ago and before that there was a black couple that owed this place! I hope that the ladies keep going and open more and more places!

Went here for The first time on Thursday and I must say that I wish that this was my first stop to buy hair supplies that day.. They are very affordable. Its very clean and the Two ladies that was there was very patient and nice. I like the variety.. Its not to overwhelming with products but it has just enough stuff as to where you can find your favourite product and then some

Drove 45 minutes to go there and it was worth it. It’s a small shop but they have all the essential products and the prices were good. There’s a person who’s doing braids there so that’s a plus! Definitely would recommend!

I found this beauty supply store after googling “Black Owned Hair stores.” It did not disappoint. I called and asked if they had 3 hair products in stock. The employee was very pleasant and let me know she’d be ordering the 1 product they didn’t have. I really appreciate that. So I will stop by next week when the product comes in. I’m very excited to be supporting a black owned business with great customer service.

I love this hair store!!! The customer service is unmatched here compared to any other beauty supply store I ever been to. It is smaller than most but they have a great variety. If they don’t have it they offer to get what you need.

Omg! This store was a life saver this past Sunday. They stay open an hour later than the other beauty supply stores and it’s BLACK OWNED. My stylist cancelled on me at THE last minute and I was charged with having to do my own hair. She didn’t have the regular Nairobi brand foam wrap that I usually use, but the Kera Care brand she recommended was even better! On top of all of that, she was super nice and very understanding. You really don’t come across customer service like this woman provided. She will be and is very prosperous. You can tell by her presence. Thank you!

They have military discount on Mondays!!!! They have my business!!! Didnt have crochet passion Twist in the color I needed but the lady IS up to date on the trends and constantly orders different things in different colors so Ill definitely be back weekly!!

Literally sat in front of their store for an hour because they had a be right back sign up. Nobody ever showed back up so I just left. Every time I come to the store no one is ever there. I do love the owners but I am not sure what is going on with the store. I am trying to support black businesses but its kind of hard when you cant even get into the store.

I went looking for hair oil and refused to buy it anywhere that wasnt Black owned! I thought I would have to order online and pay shipping charges but this store had it so I waa happy! Then, they had a table set up for Black Friday where you could pick a couple items to get for FREE!! One of My new favorite places!

As I am typing this i am sitting outside of another Hampton beauty supply store that is not owned by black people and it disheartening the number of black women who are trotting into this store. They are not even hesitating. I am not trying to judge. I used to be one of them. However, ever since I have been to Crown Beauty I will NEVER go back to one of these stores. Crown Beauty can supply what I need. The cashier even told me once that if I dont see it let her know and they will order it. Their hours are also more convenient.
