Web site says make an appointment or walk in for a flu shot. Showed up and an older white female curtly told me I had to make an appointment and they WERE NOT taking walk-ins. Contrary to Walgreens policy and not what I gratefully experienced at another location!!! Bad customer service and management!!!

Made an appointment on line for a Covid test. When i get there the pharmacy is closed. This same thing happened at another location in Newport News on the same day.

Arrived as scheduled for vaccine. Pharmacy wasnt ready and was 30 minutes late and we were the first to arrive with no one waiting. Rite aid was much more organized!

Negative stars seriously needs to a thing for reviews. Between the pharmacy and store mangers disrespectful attitude, I will never send my RXs here much less shop here ever again. Corporate was contacted about the managers attitude. I went back to get my online order and she still continued to give an attitude. Never again!

I was looking for a particular product. They didnt have it and thats fine. The problem was thecashier decided that talking to her coworker was more important than helping a customer. CVS Ill go to from now on. I wish I knew the associated name, but I can definitely describe her.

Horrible experience with the pharmacy. Some of the people that work there are extremely rude and have zero customer service. Manners and speaking to customers like they exist is definitely not a policy here.

Just had my passport picture taken. Very helpful photo staff and very quick. The store was very clean. I was very impressed.

The worst experience with a pharmacy. On one occasion they gave me only half the medication that was written on the prescription; which is a serious pharmacy error. On a seperate occasion I waited in the drive through for 25 minutes with no one in line inside the store or in the drive through.
