Owner very nice and knowledgeable. Mostly sells to contractors but gave us lots of attention.

This place has saved me more times then I can remember. Even when I shopped 12 other places, each and every time, theyve given their best. Straight forward, no games. If you know what you want or what you need, they will get it! Grateful for them!!!!!

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. When I walked in the door and mentioned what I needed, the owner remembered I had called and took the time to answer all my questions and show me options. I really appreciated the help and advice of what I needed and didn’t need to waste money on.It’s nice to see a well run family business. I recommend this business for all your flooring needs!

Extremely horrible customer service & relationship. In my option as a business owner your customer should be your #1 priority! What business doesn’t offer it’s customers a refund or even an exchange 1 day after a purchase. True certain things can’t be returned but we as consumers make mistakes in purchasing and if a product was untouch and unopened a simple return or exchange would only be fair!! Not at this business and with the attitudes in this store I can almost guarantee they want be in business for long!

I purchased over $200 of wrong material still in packaging.....no return policy they say! Thats right I will not return.
