The worst customer service I’ve ever had. The vinyl plank floors are beautiful but the experience was dreadful and everything was all on there time. We were told something would be done one day then they wouldn’t show up then it would be moved to the next day and so on. This went on for a week. I’m very understanding and very easy customer but I had to stand my ground with them. What was a 3 day job has taken 2 weeks. We waited on the material since it was on back order but once it came in after us waiting for a month we were rescheduled twice. Kay the receptionist has no idea of how to speak with customers AT ALL. I’m floored at some of the things she has said. I’ve heard this company was great at one time but now it is run poorly, and they have to much work with not enough workers. I wouldn’t refer them to anyone ever! They might be cheaper than some places but it’s not worth the hassle honestly.
I highly recommend them. They did an awesome job for me. I work nights, they came in got the job done quickly and quietly.
Went in for estimates. Kay was attentive, made helpful suggestions. Abundant selection. Will update review after I receive flooring.
Bought carpet here several years ago. They were excellent in prices and never had a complaint in their service or product. Plan on buying my next carpet from them.
My grandmothers contractor suggested she use this company. We were scheduled for yesterday (9/13/16) at 1pm. When they still had not shown up at almost 3 she called and they were not able to give us a time that they might be here and she had to leave by 5pm so we rescheduled. We were told the guy would arrive by 9-9:15 am on 9/14/16. It is now 11:15 and he just this minute arrived. There were excuse of having trouble getting out of town and then the excuse of having a nail in his tire. It is understandable if you run into things such as a flat tire, but you as a company need to have the decency to call the customer who is waiting and let them know that your guy is running late.
The people are so nice and helpful.
