They literally blocked my dishwasher where it would not be able to be replaced and when I asked him to fix it they refused they showed up a week early and messed up all my entire schedule they also refuse to fix anything thats wrong

Great customer service, pricing competitive with big chain stores and able to install faster.Love my beautiful new carpet installed by Greenville carpet. They were very responsive and installed faster than the big home improvement chain stores. Also very cost competitive. Gvl carpet quotes an all-in price with no hidden costs. Other big stores appear cheaper but hit you with extra costs that arent in their displayed price..

The men that installed my carpet and flooring did an amazing job! They even used the extra carpet they had to spread out in places around the house and made it look better than I could have imagined! They helped me pick out what would look best and I couldnt be happier!

You cant help on entering the store noticing the very impressive selections of every type of flooring on the market. Behind the store is a huge warehouse stocked floor to ceiling with carpet from the very affordable to the very expensive. The folks there are very friendly and very knowledgeable about every product they sell. If its flooring you need, you couldnt find a better place to shop this side of Dallas!

Not very helpful, in providing estimates.Just generic prices, and do it yourself estimating. No offer to assist in finding price range.If you shop online and know exactly what you want, they probably will suffice.If the flooring choices overwhelm you, go elsewhere. You won’t get any help here.
