This was the second outstanding job that Lake Forest Flooring has completed for us. Mae-Webb McCauley made the entire process run very smoothly. Her professional but very friendly manner is refreshing. The installer, Adan and his crew were great. Just could not ask for better service, price, or results. It is no wonder that they have been around since the 1950s. They most certainly know how to run a business.

Excellent company to deal with!! They replaced our kitchen and our half bath flooring. The installer made sure that our sub-floor was in good condition prior to installation. The installer then removed and reinstalled the toilet, removed the old flooring and installed moldings.The job was done in in less than two days!! Materials are excellent quality. I was very impressed by the installer!! I am very happy!! High quality product installed by a high quality installer. Thank you Lake Forest Flooring!!

Wonderful experience all around! My husband and I had been looking to expand our hardwoods into another room of our house and Patty was quick to reach out to me and get room measurements scheduled. We could not have asked for better communication from both Patty and Gregg. Gregg came out to measure and got me a quote that same day. They sub-contracted out Stoneman Hardwood Flooring, who came on time, did wonderful fast work, and left the room in better condition than before they started. We are super pleased with their work. Patti was incredibly helpful in picking out good flooring products in regards to quality and colors for our carpeted areas and our playroom area.Instead of walking into a big box store and getting overwhelmed by all of the choices, it was nice to glean from someone with knowledge, experience, eye for color and patience to help me pick out the right floorings for us.Chris and his installation crew provided fast and quality work and are good natured too!Overall great experience getting quality work done with quick turn around time.Ada Wallace 11/20

I had a great experience with Lake Forest! They installed carpet in both of my bedrooms and I am very pleased with the product and the process! Maye-Webb was really helpful in helping me pick out which flooring to go with and coordinating the install. Recommend!

They helped me choose a beautiful new carpet and made things so easy (and fast) for us! The installation crew was AMAZING, too - friendly and efficient. Everyone worked really hard and cared about doing a good job. Definitely happy with everything!

They did such a great job custom matching our older hardwoods we had them return and do the upstairs. Very professional and great people!

An employee, Jimmy Summey, was used as a second opinion regarding flooring of ours that was damaged by Rons Carpet. He came out and told us that yes Rons needed to compensate us for the damage. However that is not what Jimmy told Rons carpet. Found out Jimmy is friend of the family. Told Rons carpet no damage done and now Rons refuses to compensate us for over $8,000 dollars in damage.
