I went in for a two remnants. Dawn treated me as if I were carpeting an entire large home. The gentlemen who delivered my rugs were helpful and patient. From picking out my rugs to delivery, I was thankful for the time and consideration I was given. A bonus, in my eyes, was finding out that All About Flooring is a locally-owned company.

All About Flooring was wonderful to work with. There are plenty of flooring samples available to compare, in a clean and organized store. Dawn took plenty of time to educate us on the different types of flooring and we ultimately chose a carpet that we love. The carpet installers were efficient and did a great job too. Everyone we interacted with during the whole process was friendly, professional, and personable. The carpet was exactly what they said it would be. Happy with the product and extremely happy with their installer Roberto Padilla. We had a very good experience with All About Flooring. Heather our sales representative gave us very good advice and guided us knowledgeably thru the process of selecting our kitchen flooring product. Everything arrived on schedule and the installers showed up on time as they said. The installers which were Rod and his helper Joel did a fantastic job. Rod’s years of experience really showed in his knowledge and quality workmanship that they performed. At one point during installation there was a sub floor issue and they talked with us about it, made recommendations and then resolved the problem. We appreciated them wanting to do the job right the first time and not try to cover anything up by applying just a quick fix. Our new kitchen floor looks great and we are very happy with them! This is our second flooring project with All About Flooring and I would definitely recommend them.

I looked and looked and took many samples home. Finally, I thought wed found the perfect flooring, just to find out that once the kitchen cabinets were installed, it wasnt going to work. So, I went back to the store and started again. Dawn was amazing! All About Flooring has major problems with their contractors. On the day our flooring was installed, the installers came, ripped up half the carpet in all rooms in the house, then called us to say we had to replace the entire subfloor of the house. Of course, the contractor had a buddy who could do it this week for only $8-10k. We immediately got a second and third opinion from other companies and were told we were being scammed and only a couple pieces of subfloor were bad.To add insult to injury, All About Flooring then tried to charge us for a stair runner installation their guys never installed.Avoid this company and their dishonest practices at all costs.

I was able to find just the right product I needed with excellent recommendations from the staff, especially Dawn Clark. My downstairs flooring badly needed an update and they were able to provide me with high quality material for very reasonable pricing.Scheduling was easy and the installer, Juan Alrias, and his crew were impressive with their skill and attention to detail.

Enjoyed the first phone call, was told I would hear back the next day. Had to call back and start over, finally got someone to the house and got a quote.Was ask to make a deposit and did. Once again was told I would get a call next day to set up date to do work. I had to call back a couple days later and set up date. Had problems on install day, installer told me he was going to office and work on problem. Three days went by and no one at story had heard from installer.Ask for my deposit back, was told I had to wait until Friday when checks are written, called on Friday asking about check, was told they mailed it on written on Tuesday and mailed.

From start to finish, we had a great experience with All About Flooring. Starting with Dawn in the showroom helping us understand our choices, to having someone come out to measure and estimate our job, to the actual installation by Brian, James, Josh, and one or two others, the experience was excellent. Our need for new flooring was due to some flooding we had, so it was a trying, emotional time for us. But every single person was courteous, kind, and friendly, making the whole thing easier. We recently completed a large office remodel project and used the AAF team to complete our flooring needs. The competed with two other local firms and won the business based on price and product quality. From start to finish the project was managed well, the use of technology proved somewhat challenging in our communication efforts but overall it was satisfactory. We are doing more work and will look to AAF and the Randy for excellent service. It would be a five star review but we have a tile or two that needs replacing from the original install but they are very responsive.

We just had luxury vinyl tile installed in our master bath and closet. We are so pleased with the quality and workmanship. We worked with Randy and Steve in the sales department in order to select our flooring. It was installed by Scott, Ashad, and Alberto who were very professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job and we couldnt be more pleased!

Blown away by the service, price, and selection, got a carpet remnant for a great price. I was also happy that the salesman was from New York and me and him could reminisce about where we grew up, supper friendly guy. I will definitely be back for more for my next project. BTW I went to Home depot first and I cant understand why anyone would ever go there when family owned businesses like this exist.

Best experience Ive had for this type of work. Salesman was very helpful and responsive. Scheduling was easy. My wife was there for the work, and the crew was great. I got wood floor in one room, carpet in the other two. They moved everything in and out politely and without breaking anything. Very efficient. And the price is what I would expect and maybe better. He was very accommodating in arranging the details and getting just the right product at the right price. We had Luxury Vinyl installed throughout the entire house. My wife wanted Luxury Vinyl, but I was skeptical as to how it would look. But it looks just like wood, without the worries about scratching and water damage. We couldnt be more pleased. Scott and his team (Alberto, Ashad, and Sebastian) were very hard workers and did professional work on the installation. Our house looks almost new on the inside. Almost because with such great looking floors, we saw how much we need to paint. So, while the furniture is all out of the way. . . .

Asked for tile and girl brought us to the back of store and never came back to help us. No the young dark haired girl had no other customers and no one else was in the store. Two other women at the front of the store were surprised we were in the store coming from the back by ourselves. Not a Saturday and no excuse for no service.

We were extremely pleased with our service and the products that they provided for us to purchase. From day one I called and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Chris and he let me know about the flooring that we were looking at and invited me to come by the store to look at the samples and take them home and decide what we wanted. When I arrived I was immediately greeted with a friendly, happy and welcoming host of many staff members. A gentleman named Brian Came up to help me and I explained to him that I had spoken to Chris the previous day because I wasnt sure if they worked on commission and he just let me know that they all helped one another. The store was beautiful and very well stocked, lit and everything seemed so orderly and easy to find. We scheduled for an estimate for the next day and I believe the guys name was Larry who came out but I am not a 100% sure but he was extremely friendly and called us before he came even though they gave us a time window which he was gonna be right on time infact he called & said he was running a few minutes early And inquired if that would be OK if he came a little early. I said sure and was pleasantly surprised because lets face it that is just not always the case in this day and age. I was contacted the next day by Brian with an estimate and We decided to go with the Pergo luxury vinyl & Within a couple of days a gentleman name Juan and his crew showed up and I directed them where we would be having the flooring placed and they got to work and were done and cleaned up within hours and when I tell you they did the most seamlessly extraordinarily beautiful job, That statement doesnt even do it Justice because it is the most beautiful flooring I have ever seen. We will be telling all of our friends and family about our experience with all about flooring and well definitely go there for any future flooring needs for sure. These folks are the perfect example about how customer service and attention to detail and treating guests like family go such a long way. I didnt even mention that they are an exclusive dealer for some of their products and I can see why. I would feel fully at ease with a company like All about flooring representing my product. From start to finish they were the most consummate professionals and I just wanted to let everyone know that you are in great hands if you decide to go with them. From start to finish, they were so helpful and professional. We had our kitchen floor replaced and had no idea where to start. Tom gave good recommendations, the man who came out to measure gave good advice and knew exactly what we needed for within our budget. The two guys who installed the floor were quick, polite and professional. Done in less than a day and well worth the money! We will use them again when it’s time for carpeting the house!

Great experience all around! We went to the store to look at carpet and Heather was super helpful. She talked us through our options and let us take samples home. She sent someone out to measure a few days later, and followed up after we had taken some time to think about it. The installers were quick and cleaned up after themselves. I was nervous about dirt getting tracked in the house but they laid down extra carpet to wipe their shoes, swept the floor, and vacuumed the new carpet when they were done. Would definitely recommend.

Not only did they do a fantastic job, they took their time to clean up as they worked and even swept AND vacuumed all the floor afterwards! They were great and very professional! I’m posting this because I just walked out of their showroom. I went in, with my 10 month in tow in the stroller, to pick out flooring for our home. I was promptly greeted; however, I found that the salesman that approached me was abrasive and some what rude toward me. My husband and I have been here in the past and made a note of the type of flooring that we liked. This salesman pretty much said he hadn’t heard the name, and “it could be anything”. I had the spec name and number and he didn’t even attempt to look it up. He quickly dismissed my attempt to share that information with him and immediately directed me to some other brand after I repeatedly told him we were looking at engineered hardwood, specifically a Mohawk brand. He then tried to direct me to regular hardwood and then suggested I consider using tile. When I quickly shot that idea down he seemed further agitated by my presence. Had he bothered to ask, he would’ve found out this is to go down throughout the entire main level of our home and we wanted it done ASAP. Just based off of his behavior they lost my business today. He needs a lesson in customer service.

My wife and I went into the store about a month ago to replace our kitchen floor. Becky at front desk was very helpful gave us a few estimates and a floor sample to take home. Later that month after the measurements were done I decided I would have too much dark colors so I wanted to go look at some other selections. We went back in to look and select some lighter options. Our high expectations for this company went from a 5 star to a 1 star. My husband and I were in the middle of a conversation and had questions to ask the young female with dark short hair, Heather I believe was her name, a young guy interrupted us while I was asking a question she turned and said she would be right back but the store closes at 2:00 . She turned from us and left to go help him. Then it was like we were invisible. She did say to us she would be right back but after waiting over 30 minutes or more no one even ask us if they could help. I had picked out 2 more selections, my husband had waited long enough. He thought since we were older than the workers there the young people in there were being treated better than us, or that’s what we felt. My husband turned in the sample we had taken home and told Heather we were going to look somewhere else.... no nothing, not even I’m sorry, what can I do ? Nothing !!!! All she said was, “ Okay “ . I thought for sure Becky or someone would call back because she knew I was ready to set a date for installation. One week has passed and no calls ......

Very pleased with the service I received from AAF - from having the hardwood needed to match existing hardwoods in my home, to setting the appointment for measurements and the gentleman’s promptness, to accommodating my schedule to have the installation done two days before Christmas, to the installers’ professionalism and workmanship, all at a reasonable price! It got really good prices. Im very friendly staff. But I was reading that it said that the house will sell better with hardwood flooring in it. So I decided not to put carpet.

I went there to look for some carpet for my house and they helped me real quick. They sent out a guy to measure and I got my quote seem like a very reasonable price. But Im still going to get to other quotes which is from Empire and then Im going to Home Depot to check their prices but theyll have to come out also and measure.

I came in to their showroom to look at LVP flooring. I was promptly greeted by a very pleasant and helpful salesman (I believe his name was Bryan). He showed me their entire selection of LVP, which took a good amount of time as they have a very large selection. I told him I wasn’t going to be needing anything for a few months and he still worked with me for an hour or so. I am now extremely knowledgeable on LVP flooring thanks to Bryan and very confident on what product I’m going to select when I’m ready. I will definitely be planning on buying from this location as their products and customer service was by far the best out of any flooring store I visited.
