Jamnbean is one of my favorite Grand Rapids area coffee shops. This location is downtown and has wonderful beverages. Their Chain latte is spot on. They also have a little window pick up area. Parking can be difficult to find but if you work nearby, I recommend grabbing coffee from here.

I had the absolute best chai tea latte Ive ever had in my entire life here. It was amazing!

Jamn Bean is small and pretty expensive but they have wonderful coffee that they put effort into and it is in a great location downtown

One of the best cappucinos I have had since living in Italy! It was my first time here and Nikki was so friendly! We both chatted about our passion for delicious coffee and she gave me a quick tour of the cafe and everything they offer. Highly recommend to everyone. I can’t wait fo go back!

I ordered a large coffee with cream and it was 4.00, I would expect to pay that kind of money at Starbucks( I do not ever go to one) but not at a shop with no brand recognition. And then the coffee was really bitter had a strong burnt taste to it ...

The Staff & the Coffee at Jamnbean is awesome. As a daily visitor, I would definitely recommend this Coffee Shop to anyone downtown Grand Rapids looking for excellent service and a Quality Latte. Five Stars ⭐️

I usually start my day with a good cup of coffee at Jamnbeans ! They often have good promotions going on and they have rewards cards too.. like 10th coffee free etc etc..their location is great too. Staff is super friendly. I love this place!

When I first stumbled upon this place, it was at the Cascade location. I was unimpressed by the service, but I was incredibly impressed by the coffee. Since then, I have noticed a change in the atmosphere. The owner seems to be hiring more friendly baristas, and responding to the complaints about less friendly staff. The owner himself comes across as a bit standoffish at first, but if you can talk to him about his coffee, you realize his passion is for the roasting and bean quality. It shows. The coffee is second to none. I purchase bags of whole bean coffee here on a fairly regular basis. As a bonus, you get a free cup of a coffee with the purchase of a bag of coffee.

They have a huge selection of loose leaf tea, but it was REALLY expensive, so i didnt get any.We went on a Sunday afternoon, i guess right before they closed. The sandwiches were really good, but the server was rather upset we were there. They also didnt have any regular soda pop to go with the sandwiches.There are so many other restaurants and coffee shops in the area.

Yummy sandwiches, which they call toasties. I got a enjoyable America and a bag of beans! I enjoy them every day!

The staff is super friendly and the coffee is amazing. They have Happy Hour specials in the afternoons which always helps me get through the second half of my work day.

Really enjoyed my “toastie!” And the flavored latte wasn’t full of sugar- I could actually taste the coffee!! Glad I walked the few extra blocks instead of just going to Starbucks.

To me this is probably the best spot to get coffee in Grand Rapids. I know this because it makes me drive out of my way just to get coffee from them. something I normally wouldnt do for coffee.

Great coffee and service! They make fantastic chai lattes that are a lot cheaper and more flavorful than biggby or Starbucks.

I got a vanilla cappuccino and i couldnt taste much, so ask for extra. Which isnt why i gave the rating i did. I gave 3 stars because by the time i was done i just didnt think it was much different than getting coffee at a diner. The inside is unique, more rustic than modern with nice live edge wood counters. The barista was friendly and fast.

The coffee is deliciously crafted, rather than a carbon copy of a corporate recipe.

The Batistas are great, not too fond of their coffee though. Dislike the owner.

The owner treats his employees extremely poorly and harasses anyone on his facebook page that gives him a poor review, often threatening a lawsuit. Not a business I want to support.

An over-saturated menu and lack of anything outstanding make for an ultimately disappointing experience.

This is not a place to linger over a latte. 30 minute parking. Unlikely to be back.
