Ive lived in GR for going on 6 years now and Ive done a fair amount of exploring local coffee shops and restaurants. I just moved into the Roosevelt Park neighborhood and wanted to grab a cup of coffee with my girlfriend. We decided to try someplace neither of us had been before and just happened to stumble upon Morning Ritual. We were pleasantly surprised by the homey/minimal decor and delicious floral themed beverage options! I had an iced moon tea latte with oatmilk and my girlfriend had an iced mocha. We both very much enjoyed our experience and will be returning soon!

Tried this coffee place with a friend a week or two ago. I got the muddled mint iced latte (picture) and my friend got some summer berry special drink. She really loved her drink. I didnt really like mine too much, but I also didnt know what to expect for a more raw mint taste. Definitely coming back to try other drinks that I will probably like a lot more. They have some more interesting menu items.

What can I say about Morning Ritual that I havent already told all of my friends, loved ones and random strangers about? I love this place. They have unique flavors you cant find other places, great bakery items, and the space itself is fantastic. 5 stars all around.

Excellent beverages (they make their own flavor extracts in house!) and impeccable service.

I was impressed with the kind staff and their tasty recommendation of adding the homemade caramel syrup to my latte. I dont go out for coffee often, but when I do it is a real treat and I will definitely be back for that drink! I also ordered an apricot Danish that was top notch!

My brother and I stopped in to try the coffee an pastries an we definitely were satisfied the lovely ladies behind the counter were super sweet amazing fresh faces very welcoming we tried the iced coffee with vanilla and lavender an it was the best we have had in a long time very refreshing smooth taste an thr lavender give the best calming effect we also tried the lemon cinnabon an it was big enough to feed us both definitely worth thr money the right zing of lemon soft fluffy perfect start to our days adventures

I havent been to this shop since it transitioned to the new owners and became Morning Ritual, and I was not disappointed! My iced vanilla latte was absolutely delicious and Katie was so friendly. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Cant believe I never knew this place existed! My mocha was delicious and I loved the upstairs, which provided great space to spread out and work. Definitely will be back.

They have a good menu for coffee and tea, and the latte art of the barista was 10/10. They seem to sell out of their baked goods quickly.The inside is really nice and makes for great pictures.

This is one of my go-to coffee places in GR. Alyx and her team are so lovely and friendly. The drinks are delicious and reasonable priced. I love the atmosphere here as its so relaxing and a perfect place to settle in whether for a catch-up conversation with friends or to dig into some homework.

Quickly became my favorite cafe in the city. Creative and beautiful drinks that change seasonally, lots of care put into the ingredients they make in house, staff is really kind, good selection of treats and pastries from local makers, I’m a big fan.

The ladies at morning ritual do an incredible job catering to their customer base.They answer all the questions that walk-ins and irregulars may have with such enthusiasm and are extremely friendly to the public.Although a bit cramped, they do offer wonderful in-house lattes and coffees with a bunch of baked goods from around the city both on display and in the Cold Case.Bonus they usually have marked down day old pastries as well if youre not picky and are more of a super bunny than a princess Diana.Many of the pastries on hand are from Rise authentic bakery, one of the best in the city.If I had any complaint its just that the place can get cramped easily and Im normally a stop in, grab and go type of person and dont usually stick around.When It gets backed up and it seems kind of crowded I just dont enter a specially with whats going on currently.That and the fact that they close at 5:00. There are some cold days or evenings when I get out of work when I would like to swing by and grab a matcha or a chai but theyve already closed the doors.The building they are in is a very well renovated spot with absolutely gorgeous and inviting interiors. They even have a pet bowl out front if you are walking your dog.

Fabulous coffee bar. Wide selection of coffee beverages, teas, and sodas. Staff was cheerful and attentive. Well surely go back again.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning. Had a mocha latte and dirty chai, along with a homemade poptart to share. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was cute and inviting. Would recommend.

Im from the Detroit area and we are vacationing nearby. Found this place by searching for a coffee house. I had a lavander vanilla latte and bf had a rose quartz tea. Both were absolutely amazing. The upstairs was quite. Looked like college age people studying. We sat downstairs so we could talk. Cute place. I loved the flowers on the table. I read the menu board and they had so many house made syrups. Very chill vibe. Barista was very sweet. If i was closer I would visit daily. Not sure where the pastry was from but it was good. Strawberry pop tart.

Great place to stop in for some coffee. Love supporting local business! My wife and I graduated with owner, nice to see our classmates downing well and making their mark.

Great atmosphere and location with ample parking. Super excited to see a cafe in GR serving Intelligentsia! My cortado was served thoughtfully with some dark chocolate and seltzer water, but the drink itself was a bit lacking. Service was friendly and fast and they had my favorite scones from Wealthy/Hall St. Bakeries! Great vegan and GF options as well. Heres the reasons I couldnt give 5 stars: for the comparatively high price I paid for my drink ($3.75), the quality I expected wasnt there. The milk foam on top wasnt consistent in texture (see pics) and the espresso was kind of one-note and watery as opposed to the robust flavor and creamy texture I expect from Italian espresso. A couple drinks intrigue me enough to want to come back (the Fustinis Shrubs and some turmeric drinks), but this isnt somewhere I would go for an espresso seeing as theres so many other places in GR that do espresso better for less. Id recommend this place more for the atmosphere (great for meetings, studying, dates) and non-coffee offerings. Hopefully the espresso will improve over time seeing as this place is fairly new.

Great coffee served this day by one of the owners. They make their own syrups and the one I tried (witches brew?) was deliciously spiced and not super sweet; I ordered it light. Nicely finished first floor. Will take a peek upstairs next time.

I just stopped in with my husband and the drinks were amazing! He had the spicy mocha and I had a cappuccino. We also tried some of the baked goods and everything was incredibly delicious. The barista was friendly and welcoming and I cant wait to return and try some of the unique flavor offerings (sage, basil, lavender to name a few).

I live nearby and have been meaning to stop in. Turns out its super cute inside. 👍 Great place to study or have a good conversation.

I was super-excited to stumble upon this little gem. Everything was great: espresso quality/preparation, atmosphere, the baristas were approachable and friendly, the internet was fast, and they even have this quiet upstairs to just hang out or study. This is my spot when I get to the West side!!

Tried the iced chai and a cappuccino. It was pretty good. Place was cozy and music was good. With both drinks the total came out to $11 which is a bit more pricey than other coffee shops.

This local shop really checks all the boxes. The space alone is great. Very charming and cozy, definitely a place that makes you feel welcome. I was shocked at how many drink options they offer! Im an adventurous eater/drinker, so I love experimenting just as much as I enjoy the classics. I needed caffeine in a bad way, but otherwise I think I wouldve tried one of the many tea lattes or even a shrub beverage! Everything looked great. The latte I ended up deciding on was excellent.Bonus points: they stock quite a lot of goodies, and many (all?) are local, with lots of gluten-free options. There are dairy alternatives for the drinks as well.With my little to no knowledge of the area, I cant officially say West Side is Best Side, but Ill definitely make a point to stop back here on my next drive through!

Corridor Coffee is a great, new coffee shop on the Westside! This is a great place for a business meeting - dont forget that they have an upstairs as well! Our lattes were delicious. We will definitely be back.

There is not a coffee shop in Grand Rapids that I have not continually patroned. Corridor Coffee is my favorite. They coffee is so exceptional and the service is always so kind. Additionally, we love the positivity it brings to the West Side.

The new owners have raised prices and reduced the sizes of the drinks. There is no value at all. Actually it is a rip off. Decided today to get a cafe miel and a double chocolate muffin. I used the 20% coupon given for my birthday plus bought a day old double chocolate muffin that was 30% off. My total was $7.10! For a few more cents I could have gone to Field and Fire and bought a fresh baked double chocolate muffin (the SAME muffin, Field and Fire supplies the muffins to Corridor) and an excellent cafe miel with NO coupon.

Ive never written a review for a business...but the chai I bought from here seriously is the best chai Ive ever had and need to spread the good word to everyone. I bought a half-gallon for pick up and it was a super smooth process to obtain it. Such an awesome idea, I get to pour myself a delicious glass of iced chai in my own home!!! I will definitely be returning for more if they keep this offer.

I was there to celebrate my Daughters open house today. It was a very nice atmosphere, clean and the owners are very nice! Everything turned out just right! I recommend this place if you need to rent a space

I had my open house here, and the upstairs was a great venue for it! It was a nice cozy space, and it was great for my small gathering. The employees were nice and offered help whenever we needed it. I would definitely recommend this place!

Easily one of the coolest, cleanest, most chill coffee shops in Grand Rapids. Right alongside Roots, this has to be one of my all-time favorites. The second floor is just so cool, the coffee is reliably great, and its got some nice pastry selections to boot. Do yourself a favor and spend a chill morning or afternoon here sometime.

Wow! Where to even begin....I rented the upstairs part of the coffee shop for a mid-week, evening event which was not in Corridor Coffees normal business hours. The owners were gracious and let us rent the space, even though it was probably an inconvenience to them and the young woman, Misha, who was there, lights on, sparkly and waiting for us. Not only was she waiting with a huge smile, she had ice water and some extra incredible treats waiting for my guests. She pleasantly brewed up some coffee and brought it up to the room. The price for rental was well below any other space I had checked into--it was perfect, super clean, and very classy. I would absolutely go back and use this room for future events. Located in a great area and parking was too easy! Thank you, Melissa for working with us to make this happen for us. And, Misha....you are a jewel! (I hope I spelled your name correctly!)

Melissa was extremely helpful in providing suggestions for goodies for my meeting. We had a diverse group with different dietary restrictions and she found something delicious for each one. And I enjoy a delicious cup of coffee to boot!

I love this shop. Its a huge space, for one. Very peaceful and comfortable. The coffee is smooth and the staff super knowledgeable. Vegan options too. Love it. My go-to.

I’ve had some really good coffee from Corridor and it has a nice atmosphere. I would give this place a higher rating if the prices were a bit more affordable and the hours were better. I’ve thought of going to Corridor multiple times but it wasn’t open yet. 7am weekdays is a late start for a coffee shop. And 10 on a Sunday? I think you’re missing out on business with your hours being slightly off. I’d recommend opening an hour earlier each day.

A decent little shop in an area of Grand Rapids thats starved for specialty coffee. A quaint little space to read or study. I think that, in time, Corridor could become a stand-out cafe in GR. I do think they have a bit of growth to do when it comes to serving an absolutely excellent product, but theyll get there. Good to see Intelligentsia being served in the area and I look forward to seeing this little shop grow!

Corridor is a great place in our community! Reserving the upstairs for meetings has been a great fit for our team, and the coffee and shakes are always a hit. On top of that, the people on the Corridor Coffee team are always amazing and welcoming hosts!

The best coffee shop in Grand Rapids. They are always so nice and helpful. The coffee is amazing and the food is yummy! I really appreciate that they have decompostable straws and cups. One of my favorite parts. Also the meeting area upstairs is amazing for people who dont have an office space or to just read a book with a good coffee. Comfy and best coffee place around!

The coffee is amazing and the customer service goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It’s quaint, hip, and everything in between. The chai latte that they make is definitely one of my faves! :) They also have a parking lot right there which makes parking convenient & easy!

The space is gorgeous and I love the location (so many great coffee choices on the West side now!) -walkable in the neighborhood, but theres easy parking available too in the lot. The upstairs has nice big communal tables great for working. The service is also very friendly. Actual coffee-wise, Ive been a few times and had a really good latte and a very disappointing cappuccino.

Love Cooridor Coffee! I walk there with my dog on the weekends to grab a drink and hangout. They are an essential part of the neighborhood and have such a great selection of food and drinks-- the coffee is the best youll have in GR!

This place is very cozy. The barista told us about the history of the building and their coffee offerings, she was very welcoming! It wasnt busy when I was there on a weekday evening so I am not sure how easy it would be to find a table in the morning because there is limited seating (it adds to the coziness). They also have a great customer appreciation program. You get a discount on your birthday, and they send you random specials during the year. Plus, if you purchase enough drinks, you get one free! I would recommend to anyone looking to check out the West side.

It was really busy around 9am when I got there and cleared out after 12pm. It was a good place with lots of study room. Refills are a rip off because it’s a dollar no matter what size coffee you get. I would go with the biggest size if you plan to be there a while and get your $$$ worth on the refill.

This place has some great coffee and friendly helpful employees. They also have an incredible work space upstairs which apparently you can also reserve pretty cheaply for private meetings but its often available to the General Public. Has been every time Ive been there

Outsider visiting GR for the first time and found this place online with great reviews so I thought I should check it out. Solid service with excellent drinks. Their cold brew on tap is supposed to be great but I was a little too late as they were already sold out. Next time...I purchased a normal cold brew and a pastry which are from a local bakery. I would get the cold brew again and again but I would not get the pastry again...

Corridor is a fantastic coffee shop with a cozy warm atmosphere. Intelligentsia coffee is fantastic and the pastries are all local fare. Love this little neighborhood spot. Prices are reasonable and worth what you get.

Cozy atmosphere with two levels to sit down and enjoy the coffee. The upstairs is a little more work-space oriented, while the downstairs is a little comfier. I ordered my coffee to enjoy there, and they brought it upstairs to me so I didnt have to wait. The service was friendly and fast, and there was free WiFi and plenty of outlets. There is also a printer that you can pay to use if you need to print something. Oh, and the coffee was great too.

I had a delicious cafe latte. Im currently dairy free and was still thoroughly impressed with the non-dairy latte I had. The quality of the coffee is superb! The atmosphere was very pleasant to work on my professional development homework, knit and crochet with friends. I highly recommend it!

Cute newer coffee house near downtown Grand Rapids, MI. Trevin, the barista, was so friendly and made awesome drinks. The upstairs venue was hosting a bridal shower, and downstairs my family played cards while college students studied. It is a small, cozy place to hang out. We will definitely be back!
