Lydia and Ciara were super awesome and friendly. Made me and my friend laugh a few times. Just super kind and sweet. 10/10 will come again. (Gotta get them laughs and caffeine)

This is literally the slowest drive thru I have ever been to for any restaurant or service in my life. I have gone here 10+ times and every single time it is at least a 20-25 minute wait. I truly dont understand what can take them so long. Someone needs to figure out how to make this go faster.

The customer service at this location is always top notch! The people are always more then ready to help with big smiles on their faces.

Do not ever come to this location. I have been in the drive thru line for 37 mins. I will never come here again.

I love their drinks! The iced Avalanche latte is my new favorite, I had a massive headache and after drinking it my headache is gone. My kids really liked their magic milk too!

Incredibly slow. They consider slammed to be two small orders. If you’re a delivery driver expect to be the very last one helped, even if you’re the first one to arrive. They will help “their actual customers” before a DoorDash or Grubhub customer.

I received a free drink today. Not really sure why. Isnt wasnt because she wasnt telling me. She was really nice. Even asked me if I would like a treat for my dog. I just couldnt hear because of my loud car and her mask on.

Literally is the longest wait I have ever had in SW Michigan. Expect a 25+ minute wait every trip there. I no longer go here anymore as it is 5 - 6 minute wait per car in line. Im not sure why this one is like this, but no other Biggbys Ive been to is like this.

Wasnt bad, felt tacky being asked for a tip, which is something that I would do automatically.

It was later in the afternoon when I got just a black coffee. It was so so nasty I tried and tried but couldn’t keep drinking it. Just old tasting.

The lobby has been open during Covid19. Now that the state is opening they closed the lobby and is now drive thru only. Not everyone likes or wants to use a drive thru. There are other coffee shops! Bye Bye BIGGBY! No longer a BIGGBY customer.

This Bigby has a great staff friendly fast and coffee was hot fresh which is very important to me.

I dont understand why it takes so long for them to make an order. Plus after you place your order and get to the window it would be nice to be greeted.

SLOWEST DRIVE THRU ON EARTH. Ive been here about 4 different mornings, and its at least 15 minutes each time. Doesnt matter how many cars are in front of you. Then they always seem confused with your order when you get to the window, even thought theres only a two car length between the order box and the window. I tried going I side once, and they made my drink in a paper cup, then poured it into my travel cup because they said it was unsanitary to put it in a travel cup. So... are you not cleaning the stirrers between drinks like youre SUPPOSED to? I been going to Biggbys for YEARS, had room mates work there and sit with them learning the proper way to do things. This place is a travesty, and I hope Biggby Bob gives them a Biggby Backhand across the face.

This location is awful. Closed when they’re supposed to be open, line is always long and moves slow and on top of that the lobby is closed so you can’t even go inside. Whoever manages this location is incompetent and should find another line of work.

They constantly have new people working there which isnt the problem, the problem is they dont get trained very well. They dont know how to make the coffee we order! Its basically warm milk.

I initially gave this location a very good review, until today I found out they took a 2.22 tip without my permission from my card. IF YOU GO TO THIS LOCATION AND USE YOUR CARD MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR STATEMENT. It is unacceptable and they should remove card tipping if they cant keep their employees honest.The manager was nice but was not seeking disciplinary action on whoever was guilty.I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOBODY VISIT THIS LOCATION UNTIL THEY REMOVE CARD TIPPING

Worst location ever. The lines are always long because they take 15+ minutes to make their coffee for every customer and ends up messing up the order, and when I get up to the window, they are just standing there on their phones and talking not paying attention to the people they are serving. NEVER going back to this location EVER.

So reliable. Biggby is so consistent in quality and customer service. Im partial to the Butter Bear ... whether hot, iced or otherwise. My son is a strong advocate for the cold brew.

The slowest drive through ive ever been through. Ive waited up to an hour at times just to get one simple drink. Dont know what happened here but it never used to be like this. Seems to be every time I show up the line is around the building and it takes a half hour to get to the window. I can understand being busy but when I pull up to the window and theres 4 people inside and only 1 is doing something while the other 3 are standing around and talking it makes me wonder if thats the reason I sit in line forever especially since the lobby is closed.

**Edit: I do have to say, they most certainly have improved. Could have been staffing issues, I was quick to judge, admittedly. They sure are friendly individuals who treat me like the regular that I am.Deserves a star increase.Unfortunately, the slowest Biggby in Grand Rapids. Waited an hour in line with five cars ahead of me. When I got to the window, I passed on a tip and received attitude back.

I really do love Biggby but this location in particular has the longest wait time for the drive-thru that I have ever seen. Which doesn’t make much sense to me. It’s almost as if the employees are moving in slow motion. Waiting in a drive-thru for 25 minutes is not a good way to keep a customer coming back for coffee. Just coffee, no food, nothing extra and a 25 minute wait. Ridiculous

After waiting nearly 40 minutes, I finally have my coffee and muffin. Beware, this drive thru is not a speedy one. The staff were very nice but there’s clearly a breakdown in the system they’ve been assigned because I literally witnessed more than 5 cars abandon ship by the ridiculous wait time.

Absolutely slowest drive thru consistently. I’ve given them multiple opportunities to improve. Never has. 3-5 employees at all times cannot understand why it would take 1/2 hour to get one drink.

Biggby is always a delight. This location does see a fair bit of traffic due to its location, the workers are quick but be prepared to wait as this is a favorite spot for morning and afternoon folks.

Hands down the slowest Biggby drive-thru I’ve ever been at. Did not have several breakfast items (including eggs which doesn’t seem right on a Monday morning). Although it’s the location closer to my home, I’ll be going out of my way to make sure I don’t return.

Visited this location during a work trip. Its a decent place and the coffee was good but the staff was off-putting. They act like the exact same people come in every.single.day.When I mentioned that the carafe was empty, there were no words spoken by the employee - they swapped it and walked away. Odd customer interaction, in my opinion. I wasnt looking for anything other than acknowledgement and a more positive interaction overall.

Very quiet and cozy atmosphere. The staff does a great job and always interacts with customers. The speed of service is prompt and the accuracy is spot on every time. Excellent variety on the menu. There is a drink for everyone including kids. If you dont see what you would like they work hard to accommodate and provide the requested drink.

Didnt think it could get any slower but it seems to take longer every time I stop here. And now they push for a tip...cool 35mins for a $3.00 cup of black coffee. Sure make it $4.00!

Nice as any other except they have the slowest toaster ever! I cant believe how slow it was. Or maybe they forgot to turn it on? No matter what: It was slow in the evening with hardly anyone there! But drinks, muffins, and bagels tasted good.

Coffee is ok but it takes sooooo long to get it. I was the 3rd car in line and waited over 30 mins for 1 iced coffee and a muffin.

Shakey service lately. I always tip well. Started out good, going downhill. When I order 2 frozen Super size and pay for that size I do not appreciate getting drinks filled 2 inches below the top of the cup. Last night the drinks were way too dicey, shaved ice with flavoring that could not even be stirred in. If I say anything the window gets slammed shut. I will be going elsewhere.because ones closer to me close early. I always tip well.

Two stars just because the food and coffee are good. The service is extremely slow. If I don’t have time to make coffee before work, at my own home, I definitely don’t have time to sit in line for 15 minutes. No matter how many cars/people are there, it’s always like this. Even if you’re the ONLY one. Unfortunately, the friendliness of the staff doesn’t make up for me being late. Will definitely be hitting Starbucks’ speedy line from now on.

We miss BIGGBY COFFEE. Moved to FL last summer. No Biggby down there. So I visit here when up to see my peeps in Michigan. I especially enjoy there frozen beverages. Salted caramel mocha is my favorite.

Depending on who is working will depend on if I get Red Bull in my freeze. When someone orders a banana Red Bull creme freeze that means they want Red Bull in their drink. Seriously takes all the joy out of buying a drink from you. Thanks.

Ive stopped going here because of how slow its gotten. There were only 3 of us in line and it still took them 10 minutes to get through one person. Not tipping again until this changes.

Biggby is my happy place? Perhaps if the service did not leave so much to be desired and I did not have to wait so long every time for my coffee. Also, one would think that if ordering a hot beverage at the drive through that you would not have to request a sleeve for said beverage.

Stopped here on my way into work, not only did the barista/cashier pressure for a tip in drive thru (I usually tip when the service is inviting and happy) but the iced teddy bear latte I recieved was probably the most disgusting coffee mix Ive ever experienced from any biggby. I love biggby, but this one will not be visited again by me or my friends again. SUPER disappointed and waste of money at this particular location. #nothankyouMy tiramisu was also missing the powder on top of the whipped cream. Not cool.

Can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to leave this drive thru, waiting up to one hour for 4 vehicles in front of me, that’s 15 minutes per vehicle. It’s only this location, it is ridiculous.

Ive had problems with my order being wrong or being charged incorrectly every time Ive been here. Best to avoid this location if you have a choice.

Ive frequented this location quite a bit over the last month and every interaction has been amazing. Whether they are slammed or not, they always have a smile or greet me very warmingly. Ive gotten to know the girls well and they are all hard working and care about what they do. Will always frequent this location if Im ever in the area.

This Biggby is much slower than other locations in Grand Rapids. The drive-through was a lot slower than most. The drinks were fine and it offered a friendly atmosphere. I was the only person there when I went, so if you want a quiet place to work, this would be a good location for you.

This use to be my favorite Location but now its absolutely Absurd. 25 Minutes EVERY SINGLE TIME TO MOVE 3 CARS? I rally dont understand how u can run a business as this and expect people to sit in Line Burning gas for 20 minutes. They need to do something about this I have taken my business to Starbucks because I actually have time to stop on my way some place to grab a coffee in a reasonable amount of time.

Got order wrong. Place was filthy. My remade drink was watery. Barista had attitude because I didnt know drink name. But I clearly stated what it was. Guess Ill go out of my way to better locations from now on.

Our drinks were all wrong. Frequent Biggby goer and these drinks were far off from the norm. Ordered a creme freeze and a latte and neither were made right or had a pleasant taste. Oddly this location doesnt participate in coupons that others do; disappointing 😕

Maybe its just me, but the coffee here is better than the place with the fish woman on the sign. The Mocha Mocha tastes like a chocolate milk. Its so sweet and delicious. The other flavours are fantastic too, but Mocha Mocha is my favourite. The wife loves the Caramel Marvel. We go at least once a week and grab a Joe to go before shopping at Meijer. Easily sign up for their club and get email coupons for $1 off drinks or BOGO, a free drink for your your birthday, and buy twelve - get the next one free.

Drive through was difficult to access, first time at location.

This is the slowest biggby in town... they also burn your bagels and coffee. Ordered a bagel and one side was burnt to a crisp and the other side wasn’t even toasted. So I went in to show them and they made me another sandwich after waiting another 10 mins or so. I figured that was a fluke thing.... but latter that week I ordered a latte that was made way to hot. After 30 mins with the lid off I went to take a sip and I burned my tongue. Once it finally cooled off it tasted terrible because it was burned.

The last 3 times Ive been to the Bigby on Alpine Ive not only waited for 20 minutes with 1 or 2 people in front of me but they have been out of avocados/and or bagels. All 3 times was before 1-2:00 in the afternoon.

I’ve worked at 3 BIGGBY’s and this one is by far the best one to go to. I also worked at this location a few years ago and it was very clean and organized. They make my drinks right every time I go there and the customer service is great every other biggby I go to makes my drinks wrong and the staff is rude. Would definitely recommend this one!

My friend is addicted to Biggbys Super frozen Buttercup. We often use BOGO coupons and take turns treating ourselves.

The best coffee around

Went to this location last week got a 1.99 iced coffee but did it as a teddy bear. They told me it was an upcharge of like .60 I believe. Went back yesterday, ordered the same thing and was charged $5.29. I asked why they said only black coffee is $1.99. I said last week I got the same drink for the above price and they said nope. Also half of the cup was filled with whipped topping hardly any coffee. This location is also very slow & typically have no manners.
