Really good iced tea and coffee.

Don’t go through the drive through when raining. Company hasn’t even invested in some type of awning to keep you dry while ordering from the speaker system. Got soaked trying to order just a coffee.

Starbucks is always good, and consistent. Ive been to several up north and in the south. Havent been disappointed!

Starbucks is awesome. This location is friendly and very attentative. The flow of traffic is intense however the baristas and cashiers work as a great serviceable team. They work together efficiently and the line moves along quickly and effectively. This location is amazing. The barista remembered my name a week later. That left a positive effect on me. I visit a few times a week, however I believe my order is the same everytime. Ha! I didnt think anyone paid attention but they did, great attention to detail! Thank you staff for the pleasant mornings you guys serve as well 😊

I just want coffee guys. I started going inside to order because it was faster overall. This last time there was a man and a woman standing around talking about the baristas who were working. I thought they were just being rude/impatient because everything was negative but it also seemed like they worked there too? Baristas are always nice and I only get an occasional brewed coffee but that conversation kind of turned me off to the whole experience.

Ordered a cappuccino triple shot of expresso. I like my cap strong. I should of known by how heavy the cup was but it was just a cup of MILK! I couldnt taste any coffee after paying for more coffee....i dont understand.

Amazing customer service, skillfully made drinks, and accurate orders are the checkboxes a cafe should always check off. In cases like these, where they do so 100% of the time, I find it impossible not to recognize them! This place goes above and beyond even for Starbucks standards, and while you will receive much faster service inside, the drive thru is well worth the wait for a drink prepared exactly as you want it!

Just amazing! They’ll have a new decoration on Aug 13th. In this branch, a plenty of parking and outside tables and chairs are available. The Gr Carmel Frapp was like medicine. I loved the staff; they are respectful, clean and friendly.

I remember when this place used to sell delicious flavored coffee instead of cups of warm milk with a drop or two of coffee.

The staff was very friendly and people stayed spaced out. My drink was great and they used the dairy alternative I asked for, lactose intolerant. I had the spinach feta wrap it was only ok. They were out of the sandwich I wanted so I tried that one. It was bland and a bit soggy. However, the drink was amazing.

We have been to this particular Starbucks a few times already, and each time I was quite impressed! I ordered a hot chocolate three times, and none of them disappointed me. Todays hot chocolate was made for me with extra love ❤️!

I often go here due to it being close to work. It is a starbucks so all you can rate on is customer service, cleanliness, and the way the coffee is made. Stoe is clean, customer service is a 4 of 5, and coffe is okay. I ordered a cappuccino and got a small latte. This is my test of a barista in the USA. Small amount of milk actually in the coffe, lots of foam....this place fell short.

Love the remodeled location. Coconut milk is weak in their London fog. But the others in our group had very good experiences. Sausage muffin was tasty, the banana bread was comfortably warmed. Overall good atmosphere.

I ordered a drink through my app and when I got it and tried it, I really really didnt like it and knew I wouldnt drink it.... I went back in and asked if they would be willing to make me something else and everyone was super nice to me and made me something else for free, which they definitely didnt have to do! I am so appreciative. Everyone was so nice to me and super understanding and it made my day!! I definitely will keep coming here. You guys are so amazing!

Great coffee, employees are always super friendly. Its a very welcoming environment to stop in for a drink and to chat with your friends or family. A little on the noisier side so bring headphones if you plan to do any work. But there is an outside pavilion area yo sit at to enjoy the nice weather!

This Starbucks is not up to par. I ordered a caramel cloud macchiato with light ice and almond milk, but I received a glass full of ice with a little coffee and caramel in it. I couldnt tell if almond milk was even used because I prefer it for nutrition purposes, but imagine if a lactose intolerant individual ordered that and they messed up due to the lack of ability to follow simple instructions. The cloud part was non-existent as there was none of the sweet cream on top either.Also my fiancee received a cold brew that tasted like fruit juice instead of coffee. Im not sure where they went wrong but this place has a ways to go before it meets the standard.

As usual my drink was on point and delicious. I also tried the bacon abs gruyere egg white bites. Love these even more than the spinach feta wrap!!!

Was terribly disappointed with an employee who took my order for two travel boxes of coffee. I told her I would be at the drive-thru at 6:00 am - was told they cant hand them through the drive-thru window. Id been having it handed to me for 6 months and all of a sudden cant do it? What about customer service? For $38 they can hand them to me. Ive since gotten coffee for meetings at Krisipie Kreme for $24. Wont be back to OVER PRICED Starbucks.

Location Kalamazoo and M6 I walked out of!!! Mad as h ell! Gal accused me of taking a bag of coffee out of a canister to purchase. There was only 1 bag not in can and I wanted another bag but the rest were with can only. $2.00 more to buy that way. She wouldnt let me have the 1 bag even! Went to a different store and got my 2 bags of coffee! 😋

Delicious drinks, convenient location. However the interior is a little small and a tough setup if you need lots of space. Also, in winter its hard to find a spot to sit where you wont get hit with freezing air every time the door opens....

Despite being the busiest Starbucks in the area, they always have such fast and friendly service. The drive through in the morning is wrapped around the building, but it never feels like it when youre in line. This is always a quick stop on my way to work, or an afternoon pick me up- and the baristas here are wonderful!

If you have never had the Pink Drink... have the Pink Drink! Its a refresher beverage that I drink in summer or when dehydrated. The proper name is, Strawberry Acai Refresher. I order mine with light ice and no strawberries! Try it.

East Beltline - 28th street Starbucks is VERY busy. Has a nice atmosphere, soft music playing and staff is quick, friendly and provide an excellent service to their customers. Even though the location is on the corner, it took me a few minutes to find the drive to get to it (lol). Has a drive thru and parking but, the area is really tight. With a larger vehicle (truck), be careful maneuvering; people driving, parking and drive thru are tight!

Vibe here is good. Staff was both friendly and efficient in store and over the phone. I brought my laptop in for a webinar and found the chairs comfortable enough to settle in peacefully sippin on my coffee.

I order a Doppio, thats 2 shots of espresso. Yesterday I order one and I always order them For Here because its such a waste of a small paper cup and a lid. I see the barista make it in a paper cup then say out loud, oh its for here then throws it and the paper cup away. Eye-roll. I went back today, and again order a Doppio, for here. Which means in a ceramic cup. They hand it to me again in a paper cup with a plastic lid. I tell them I wanted it for here she apologizes and ask if I want it in a cup. Damage is done.

Employees for attentive and caring, I just cant stand the customers

Just ordered two drinks from this location. I told them 3 times I wanted my whip cream blended in and none on top yet they still got it wrong. Is my request so hard to understand?! Oh, there was also a bee in their food display that no employee noticed. Gross.

Great customer service/super friendly and VERY quick especially in comparison to other nearby/local stand alones! Best location (besides my home store which is the Metro Health Location) I think Alpine and M6 locations need to be trained or do a several days onsite training either at the this (East beltline) or Metro locations to see how customers should be treated and to show what production/speed of Service SHOULD LOOK LIKE because they are both leaps n bounds behind these two stores! Keep up the amazing work E.beltline and Metro Locations trust me even though sometimes it may seem or feel that you arent appreciated or that your service doesnt truly matter because its not always appreciated....I get it but believe me IT DOES NOT GO UNNOTICED! Hence why both of these stores blow the rest of the locations out of the water in sales and still have the BEST Employees and the BEST SERVICE/CLEANLINESS N FAST SERVICE EVEN WITH HIGHER VOLUME THEN OTHER LOCATIONS (Honorable mention is also the Burton Location) :)

I order Starbucks on the app, almost every weekday...though I am starting to slow it down a bit. Anyways, I am always ordering the same thing and one day I stop in and my order is not ready, and the barista states that she doesnt have an order for me. I head back to my car to verify and notice I didnt send the order through. When I walk back in the barista is already finished with my order!!!!! Amazing customer service here, they always greet you and out a smile on your face! THANK YOU! 😁
