WOW. Where do I begin?! I have NEVER received this type of high-quality, kind, and knowledgeable customer service in my entire life. As a person who isn’t originally from the area and totally helpless when it comes to anything car related; I am thankful for stumbling upon this store and team. Derek, David, and (I think) Cody went above and beyond to make sure that I received the right materials, and thoroughly informed me about what my car troubles could potentially be. Spoiler alert, they were 100% correct with their diagnosis. I also witnessed them assist other customers with the same standard of service. Therefore, I am a lifelong advocate and customer of this location and will for sure be back.

The guy at the front desk was super helpful he knew exactly what kind of coolant we needed and he even put it in for us he was so nice an we really appreciate it

I usually get my parts here. They are great with loaning tools. Warranty items are no problem. They treat you like you live in a small town and youve been going there forever.

I called this store to confirm they had the part I needed. Double checked. They walked back and “put eyes on it” just to drive 45 minutes and find out they actually don’t have the part.

Great parking. They will help you with every need you have for your car. They have just about every part you need for affordable prices. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Its obvious that their goal is to give you the smoothest experience possible. I love this place and will definitely come back.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Well, not really sure if they were nervous or just board but it felt as if they suspected me of shoplifting. Wich is rediculous to say the least. Even though I only one in there to check prices of certain items the pressure from the staff made me feel as if I dont buy something theyre going to suspect I came there to steal something so inevitably I bought something.

Of all the days for my windshield wiper to snap was on a very snowy day like today. I stopped in and Jeremy helped me out immensely and put new wiper blades on even though he was very short-staffed big thumbs up to this guy.

Excellent customer service! Went in needing a new headlight. The attendant quickly got me the correct bulb and gave me tips on how to install it. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Great experience!

My transaction got complicated when I was buying a battery for my motorcycle. First one didn’t fit (no ones fault) and the second one worked perfectly. The billing got confused with returning items that included battery cores. Went back thinking the numbers didn’t add up. The manager patiently went through the bill and we got it worked out to my satisfaction.

Advance Auto on Leonard. The workers are always nice and are always very helpful. Especially Jeremy. He always lets us know about warrantys on stuff we purchase from them. Hes very helpful and always has a positive additude when helping customers. He deserves to be recognized for all the work he does. If he didnt know a part he would let us look at the part and compare it before we bought it. He deserves a raise 👍

One of the worst places to go in GR. Went twice and both times I was treated poorly and they were not able to help me with my issues. Staff was not knowledgeable and not kind. Completely disappointed.

Not terrible but it never seems to have what Im looking for. Pretty sure its just Advanced Auto as a whole. Staff is always friendly though and ready to help.

After a competitor made several mistakes, I crossed the street to try out Advanced. Such a better experience working with Advanced and their system had virtually of more trim packages of vehicles.

Bought a battery less than a year ago. Had electrical problems but was told by my shop the battery had a dead cell. Brought the warrantied battery in to Leonard Advance Auto Parts and was told it was fine. Was advised by tech to carry jumper cables. Died again a week later. Twice. Brought battery in. 2 employees argued with me because they didn’t want to replace the battery. I will not shop here again and would advise against anyone else doing it.

They really like to help you with car problems.

Placed order online to pickup at store. Was notified about 20 minutes later that my order was ready to be picked up. In and out in a couple minutes.

I disagree with Michael Schuler I too was at advance the very same time you were, these ladies were great they weren’t lazy they were very helpful. As I do remember you were trying to fight a handicap person an when these employees asked you to leave you threaten these ladies if they didn’t shut up and mind their business you were gonna throw your hot coffee in their faces!

Very rude would not help me locate a fan assembly for 2013 chevy impala. Not what they use to be pep boys was more than happy to help me. No problem and was treated with respect. Advance was just wanting me to get off the phone.

Was a frequent customer at the 28th st location unfortunately they closed it so I decided to try this store. That was a mistake. The woman working there had no clue about cars or parts and was just in a hurry to go home as I overheard her talking to another employee. I told her what I needed she looked it up on the computer grabbed the parts and sent me on my way. I went to fix my car the next day and both parts were the wrong size. I went to exchange them at a different store, it is a chain right? Nope they wouldnt let me do that either. Needless to say they may be cheaper than some but you get what you pay for I ended up using a whole tank of gas to finally get what I needed for my car. They used to be at the top now they are the last place I will ever go for parts or help. No wonder theres not many stores left around here.

I needed a new battery for my truck after this massive polar vortex (01/27 - 01/31) killed mine over and over. To make matters worse, on my way to the store, my drivers side wiper blade got so brittle from the cold, it snapped off! I fought my way over to the store that evening where I met the associates on duty, Ashley and Vince, who blew the doors off of my expectations!After having a terrible injury and subsequent surgeries done to my shoulder, I am unable to do this work anymore for myself. Vince was kind enough to replace the battery on my truck while Ashley worked on replacing the wiper blades for me.Both of them went waaaay above and beyond my expectations and given the weather, I think they went above and beyond anyones expectations!Thank you two so much! You guys rock!

At advanced auto, you can usually find the parts you need. They wont be the highest of quality or the enthusiast choice, but they will work and work well for 90% of people. They will also scan your check engine light for free so dont forget that.
