I call to ask about a time to schedule something and all they have to say is they don’t want to take on anymore like I understand everywhere is busy but to simply shut someone down and hang up on them for asking there hourly rate is just poor service idc there review score this was rude wrong and poor customer service

We cannot say enough good things about this 4x4 shop. We were in MI visiting during the holidays and were looking for some armor while we were in town. Not only did we get a great deal, he made sure our parts came in time- we were able to easily install the guards and drove our Jeep back to CO. Will definitely buy upgrades from this store even though we arent local!

Good luck getting help. This is a place you go to and they will order what you want. Why do that when you can do the same thing and not pay the middle man. I was the only one in the store and was never seen by any one untilI interupted a talk fest about baseball. A place not for me to go.

Cascade Four Wheel Drive is owned by the same man who does the work. He is very knowledgeable, and is not looking to make the most money he possibly can on his customers. He talked me out of a $2000 lift and convinced me that a $350 job would give me the effect that I was looking for. I am VERY happy with the end result. I definitely reccomend C4WD!

I have a 1948 Willys CJ-2A. Dave at Cascade 4WD consistently has the odd ball parts and the advice I need to keep this old dog running and driving. What a great resource to have a local shop available for both the new Jeeps and the original flat fenders.
