Service was great and on point, even though it was just for a bulb. Worker walked right to them and handed me exactly what I needed. Doesnt always happen like that in the mechanic field.

Actual experienced guys working the store and always chatting and willing to help find something specific so not tied up when on the go. I have been shopping here for years and have bought thousands of dollars worth of parts from them. Anyone who shops here knows there is always a snotty rude sales rep that works there with bad customer service. I usually try to stay clear of that person and deal with the other reps. Story made short, I got yelled by the rude sales rep. Im not one to stay quite, especially if they are in the wrong. So I ended up calling him out and putting him in his place, which was well over due. Its sad to see how one person can give a place a bad reputation. I also noticed favoritism towards certain people and how they act towards others. And yes im speaking regarding skin color. I wasnt going to write a review but people need to know who they are spending their money with. I wont spend a penny more with a place that has business ethics like the ones they have displayed over the years.

Bought some Cutters for my big block 454 they fit perfectly good pricing, then brought my 1970 Cadillac theyre to be repaired next door they did an awesome job for me and they are very nice and knowledgeable

Im usually too lazy to go out of my way to leave reviews however in this particular case it it was a must.These guys are amazing and the most important thing needed in a mechanic is trustworthy .Ive use them for a long time as well as my family however in this particular case I needed work done on my vehicle and because I used them they gave me a free oil change and if that wasnt enough when the time came they were done with my vehicle my ride wasnt available and so they drove to my house picked me up and brought me back to the shop so that I could have my vehicle that night.outstanding service I couldnt believe it and they wouldnt take any money for tip for such gracious service, wow is all else I can say about that 😊

Always has the right partd

Brought my Focus ST in for a quick brake change before a road trip an an autocross. It was very last minute but they got it done very quickly and for much less than I thought. I brought in my own parts for the job which normally scares off most shops but these guys just verified the parts would fit and went ahead and did it. Car stopped smoothly and quietly afterwards and was competitive in its class at an autocross event I went to afterwards. Will be taking my car here for service in the future.

I used to go here for years but recently they have gone downhill. It takes forever to hear back from them and they come up with a giant list of repairs needed everytime I came in. Ive now been taking my vehicle to another place that I trust. A friend of mine has had the same issues with Automasters and I didnt believe her until I tried coming back the past year. Wish I would have listened to her.

Great place to go with pretty good prices! I enjoy that the employees seem very knowledgeable compared to the other guys who seem hopelessly dependent on computers to look up parts. I also enjoy the fact that they carry a lot of unique, niche parts for older cars that you wont find anywhere else

I will not take my car anywhere else. Ralph and his crew take care of everything, even if they cant do the work themselves, they will coordinate with other shops (dealerships for warranty work, tire stores, etc.) and take care of whatever you need. Most recently, we took our van in and they diagnosed the problem and determined through coordination with a dealership that the issue was covered by the power train warranty. They couldnt do the warranty work but they coordinated everything. I even dropped it off and picked it up at Automasters. Zero hassle and they didnt charge a penny - in fact, wouldnt even accept a gift certificate for our appreciation. This place has integrity you dont find at other shops!

While I did not personally have my vehicle serviced here, My sister-in-laws car had to return three times to rectify an error in service.

I have been going to Ralph for years and I have never been disappointed with him or his crew. They always explain what the problems are and which are serious and which can wait. They even give me options on which fixes can be done at the same time to reduce labor.

They seriously have no idea what a lugnut is 🤦🏻‍♂️

Summit sent me the wrong AN fitting and I was in a crunch for time to get my project done. Eventually found Auto Masters and was surprised by their selection of performance parts. If I had known this prior to ordering from Summit I would have went here first as the prices were comparable.

Great local business with honest repairs and fair prices. I have used them for the last 15+ years, having had 4 different vehicles in that time.I have used their service department for several repairs, from engine components to exhaust and everything in between. If it can be repaired with a salvage part they will let you know, saving you money if you cant afford the brand new version. Service time has always been very quick for me, often completed the by the end of the next day.Additionally, I have purchased brand new items from them when performing my own repair. On one occasion the part failed within the manufacturers warranty time and the item was exchanged with absolutely no hassle at no cost to me.With an auto parts store on every corner its nice to have a business that is locally owned, has familiar faces, and has stood the test of time.

My husbands go 2 place for years even though there are places closer.

I brought my car in to be fixed. They had it for 2 weeks and never called to let me know what was going on. When I got it back it still wasnt fixed. Brought it somewhere else and 2 days later got it back all fixed. Auto masters wouldnt even begin to make it right with me

Drove all the way down there and they ordered the wrong part. When I got the right part it didnt work so I tried to return it. I get that you cant return certain parts but you dont have to raise your voice and get loud about it. I always try to support local businesses but Ill be steering clear of these guys.
