There parts department is hands down the worst Ive ever experienced! Never pick up the phone never call you back. I ordered a part over 10 days ago never saw it cant get them to pick up the phone yet again guess Ill be doing Ebay for the part.

When I bought my Kia the sales team excellent no issues there. Called to schedule my first oil change and the recording states no appointment is necessary, use the quick lane service. I still attempted to schedule an appointment but reached a voicemail and never heard anything back so decided to make the drive over. When I arrived I was told it was over a 3 hour wait! I was not even offered the opportunity to schedule an appointment for another date. To top it off, when I pulled into the service garage I was trapped by cars in front of and behind me. No one offered to move those vehicles or direct me out. I was forced to back up through traffic in the wrong direction to leave. Terrible experience, recommend you look elsewhere for service.

Had to take the car to another shop to repair what should have been fixed the 1st time, worth $1300.00 in repairs from 2019 not sure what Kia fixed if anything at all for $2200.00 except breaking my pockets!!Never have I ever seen such catastrophic complexity! Their team lies about setting your appointments and locking them in for future dates! Continued to waist my time for several months up until today, was the straw that broke the camels back!!All the time Ive spent on making appointments and driving waisting gas, losing money from work to come to an appointment that has been deleted! Is basically saying Kia and their team doesnt respect the time of their customers or the appreciation!

Drove an hour to see a used truck. Sales person expecting us was not immediately available even though we had an appointment. Truck was running in lot and someone else let us drive it. The back quarter panels were bubbled with rust under the paint job but this was not conveyed and even questioned by salesperson when pointed out. Very $$$ considering the condition of the vehicle.
I am very happy and satisfied with the time I spent here to finance my new vehicle. No high pressure on buying other services than the one that I came in for, an oil change. I hate it when the service department tells you that you need this, you need that, etc. etc, all in order to charge the customer more money. Please only do the service that the customer wants. If you ask him about doing a complete of his car and he agrees, then go ahead and check the items. Dont try to tell the customer you have to have this done.

I had the check engine light come on in my Optima. I called on a Friday with no response. I called on Monday with no response. I called the service manager Claude on Tuesday with still no response. I then stopped in after work where there were 3 staff in the service department with no one in there. Rashodd helped me if you want to call it that. He told me that they would cover my car if I were to let the oil burn out of the car and the engine seized. Otherwise he could not help without me paying to have it towed in and paying $69.99 to have it inspected. I had a code that I called and asked the next day and Rashodd told me he cant do anything until I bring it in. I then called another Kia and they were super helpful. I will never come back to this Kia for anything.
We stopped to test drive a Telluride and walked the entire lot, stood inside the showroom, and outside the showroom and did not receive one word of welcome. We completely understand that we may have to wait, but not being greeted or acknowledged is unacceptable. We will look for a dealership with customer care to purchase our vehicle from.

4 weeks ago I brought my kia in after hitting a metal rod that took out my gas tank. After calling twice that afternoon to make sure They got my car and hearing nothing back I called the following morning finally had to be transfered to the service manager to get someone to call me back. He was nice and called me back to confirm they had the car. Hours later finally heard from a service tech. They did an inspection and only found the gas tank had a hole in it. I found that hard to believe so I got it towed to another shop. 2 days later I texted again asking how they missed over 5k in additional damages including cracked radiator hole through the floor, front bumper, rear quarter panel, and holes in the heat shields. During the texts to Rashodd of how they could miss all that and his rude responses he told me I had a tow bill that I hadnt paid because he had lost it. Finally talked to the service manager again got a refund on the $70 inspection and paid the $90 tow bill. The 70 had to be sent to me by check with the tow bill, tow bill wasnt included another 3 days of texting finally got a copy emailed to me. This is how they handle repairs with a car that was bought at Fox Motors. I use to do almost all my maintenance at Fox which is why I bought my car from Fox. After this nobody in my family will ever buy or service another vehicle with Fox. I didnt even use my free oil change yet on this car now I would never trust it, would probably forget to put the oil in it.
Cobey is an excellent salesman and an amazing helper aswell! We experiences warranty issues with our 2020 kia, although its not his job, he was very helpful in directing the best way to get the service completed, as well as confirming times and appointments for me. He even reached out a few weeks after the work was completed to let us know any refunds on towing or anything would be sent out shortly.Highly recommend Cobey as a excellent worker. And a salesman who cares. Not pushy, no Hassel. Patient.Just what you need when making a purchase like this!

My first time buying a brand new car was a great at Fox Kia in Grand Rapids, Mich. We were able to look around the lot first without being bombarded with questions and when we went inside we were greeted within 5 minutes and the car buying process started. I would highly recommend Fox Kia if you are looking into a new car. I bought the 2020 Hyundai Kona and I am extremely happy with it! Everyone I spoke with were very professional but had a sense of humor which I greatly appreciated as I was a little stressed out because it was the first time in a car dealership for me. As stated, I highly recommend Fox Kia! I have already recommended them to 3 or 4 people!
Literally the worst customer service Ive experienced in my life.
I was greeted immediately when I came into the showroom and asked if I wanted anything to drink while they got my sales person. He asked me specifically what I was looking for and walked me through my options that fit within my budget. I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler and he wanted to make sure that this was something I would like because I have never had one before. He encouraged me to drive it around and get a feel for how it handled. I love my new jeep! When I went to purchase the Jeep they walked me through the financing options, got me the lowest interest rate possible and explained what I needed to purchase and what I didnt need for the future. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and when I called back with a question did not hesitate to answer it after my purchase. The car was clean, full of gas and what I expected. Everyone one was extremely friendly, professional and educated. I couldnt be happier with the purchase of my new jeep and working with the Fox Hyundai Kia team!
Dont bother with fox kia. Theyll string you along then drop you. Dont belive their lies . Customer service was and is terrible. Tools and shop rags left in car from mechanics. Waited a month for my spare key to be mailed. When I ask for an update no response at all. Have to get an email from ups that its shipping next day to me. Still response or apology for the inconvenience. Major regret going here. Major. Dont make the same mistake.

I had a problem with my doors locking, took time off to go in for appointments and all they did was change my batteries im my fob, which I had done already done. They said that should fix it, nope. Ive tried to call back but they are either on lunch or busy. Leaving messages doesnt work either. I will NOT be getting another kia when I trade my kia i have now even though I really like the car except for it having 1 issue and cannot get it fixed
We carried a certified warranty on a 2014 Hyundai that we bought in 2016 and had motor issues, with 40,000 miles left on our drive chain warranty. Fox paid to have our vehicle towed from over 45 miles away and made arrangements via Hyundai to have an evaluation done, determining something serious had happened inside the motor, offered a rental free of charge, ordered and installed a new motor with a LIFETIME WARRANTY, at 0 charge.
Low key used car sales approach. Seem to have a decent number of cars available even in these odd times. Salesman Lee was good to work with. Just picked up our 2018 Kia today so well see how it goes!

Oil change took shy of 2 hours after being quoted 45min. 2nd car inside the facility @ 8:15am and am typing this @ 10am. I’ve been standing outside of the business directors office for 30min and not a concern from him or anybody else. Will not return or recommend to family, friends, or clients.

Upon our arrival at the dealership, Dave Roguska wasted no time with assisting me with my many questions regarding the 2019 Kia Sorento. He was very knowledgeable about the details of the vehicle, and was very quick to get the numbers I needed to make my decision about whether or not to purchase the Sorento. He was helpful and friendly, and was very willing to stay late, on a Saturday no less, so I could get the vehicle the same day. I appreciate his patience and professionalism.

Update: Fox Kia & their service department made it right & kept us in a nice loaner while they did their work. Updating to 5 stars.Oct. 2020: Bought a used 33kmis 2017 CPO kia niro ex from them in September 2020. The sales process was low hassle. The sales associate was nice and responsive, but at the same time he was in and out of his office while we did closing paperwork trying to land a couple other sales at the same time.... Now to the car. A week after taking it home it has a random misfire when ever you start it up after sitting overnight with temps below 70F. Seems to go away once warmed up. The cruise is funky when setting (goes full power for a second before settling down to the set speed). The rear brake rotors are worn with many deep grooves in them.... Three issues I didnt expect to have to deal with on a certified pre-owned. Reminds me of the Tommy Boy guarantee... Weve had to wait 3 weeks to get it in for Foxs service department to look at it. Fingers crossed, they can resolve these issues with little hassle. Will update review once the issues are looked at.
As a former car dealer it may surprise you but Im a huge fan of the Korean products. They are absolutely stunning. The build quality is way above most Asian carsKIA and Hyundai share engineering partners. Daimler people have been with them for years.This new Kia is gorgeous the fit and finish its going to be nothing but a winner for years to come congratulations on your new product 👍
UPDATE:After posting this review I was contacted by both the GM and the sales person I worked with when I purchased the vehicle and they remedied the situation. I ended up getting the roof-rack crossbars for the original quoted price and they waved the additional installation fee. I bumped the rating from 2 stars to 4 starts because of this follow up, but did not do a full 5 because of the situation itself.----------------------ORIGINAL REVIEW:I bought my 2016 Kia Sorento in March, and at the time was quoted a price by the sales person to put roof-rack crossbars on the vehicle (I still have the text from the salesperson with that quote). Because of the urgent need to get the car as soon as possible at purchase this could not be done and I planned to have it done at the first oil change.In preparation for having this happen at the first oil change I called Fox Kia TWO times over the course of a month to verify the price and ability to have these roof-rack crossbars put on my vehicle at the same time as an oil change (in a survey I was sent about my oil change experience I have the specific dates and times of when I made these phone calls and left a message). Both times I called I was transferred to Kia Service and left a voice mail because no one picked up. No one ever called me back to follow up with my question and to confirm the quote I was given when I purchased the car back in March.This past week I brought the car in for an oil change, which went well. However, upon asking about the roof-rack cross bars I was told that they would cost over TWICE what I was originally quoted by the sales person back in March when I bought the car. This was unacceptable and I question the overall customer service from not being called back upon my request to confirm the price on TWO occasions, to the quote being off and much more expensive then originally told. I want that original price I was quoted.Overall the purchasing of the vehicle and my oil change service was great, but this has been a very bad experience in regards to the roof-rack crossbars, and this alone will question whether I recommend Fox as a dealer to others and continue to use Fox as my service provider for the vehicle.

We had a really excellent experience with this dealership. We drove up from Indiana because they had the van we were looking for at a really, really reasonable price. We worked with Matt, who I’d been talking to off and on for several weeks about the cars we were interested in. He was super nice, answered all of our questions, and even stayed late for us since he knew we were coming from out of town and it was going to take us a few hours to get there. He and his manager are the least pushy sales people I’ve ever met, which really made the whole experience a lot less stressful and much easier on us. Great dealership, great employees, and great prices! Totally worth the long drive for us!

I took my Kia Sorento to the Fox Kia service department for some lengthy repairs. Ashley, who works in the service department, is an absolute beast at her job. Fox had my vehicle for 5 weeks and 3 days while dealing with the warranty companies (yes, plural) to get these repairs done with no out of pocket expense for me. Im convinced shes a wizard, because she did it. Ashley dealt with my constant questions and phone calls because, as you can imagine, I was very anxious to get my ride back. She kept me updated throughout the entire process. Im not always the easiest person to handle, and I am the opposite of patient, but Ashley never lost her cool and left me feeling reassured at the end of our conversations. She also made sure my vehicle was immaculate when I picked it up from them. Fox Kia has a gem with her, I surely hope they realize that. I look forward for seeing her again in the future, but only for oil changes! 😂 Thanks for everything you do, Ashley!
Have had 3 experiences with this dealership. The first was my purchase experience. Went in to buy a car. I had already done my research and knew a fair price. I asked them to quote me a fair price rather than me giving them my idea. Not a problem if they were close, everyone needs to make a profit. When they refused to work that way I left and bought from the other dealer in town although they are much further away. In fairness the sales manger who was absent that day called to apologize but I had already purchased my car.I called requesting service on my car and was told they were booked up for a week. Service consultant was not helpful at all and actually seemed rude I’m leaving on a long trip next week and cannot drive the car with the current error. I call the other dealer they said they would get me in today..Disappointed be Fox is convenient for me
Fox Kia. I like this dealership. Have bought two used cars from them and feel I was given a decent deal both times. Our salesman was Brian and feel he was honest, fair, and made sure we bought a vehicle that was going to be good for us.He even has looked again for me for something else and steered me away from something I thought I liked but told me it would not be good for what I thought it looked like it would be later. That to me is how one keeps their customers happy. Being honest and taking care of them. Treating them like a friend not a cash cow.Thank you Brian. Great Service and Price. I normally take my car into a local oil change place because I had been going there forever. I decided to take my car into the dealership this time and I am happy I did. The service was as fast as the oil change place I used to go to and the service was better. While I waited, there was a comfortable atmosphere and free wifi. The price was also cheaper. I plan to take my car back here from now on.

We had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle. Keegan came in on his day off because it was the only day that I could come in to make the purchase. Too me that was going above and beyond what most people would be willing to do.
Working with Coach T. made re-leasing from Fox Kia so simple. He presented some great options to my husband and me, was very transparent about the process and pricing, and made sure we walked away happy with our lease and overall experience at Fox Kia. This is my third lease with Fox Kia, and Coach T was my favorite sales associate by far. I love my new car and will definitely be working with Coach T and the Fox Motors organization in the future.
On Saturday 10/05/19 at 1:30PM, we were completely set on buying the 2019 Kia Forte LXS until we met the manager (or someone of the sort). First note, we entered into the dealership and a man just walks by us with no greeting. Turns out he was helping another person purchase a car. But saying a greeting does not take more than 5 seconds, which in comparison, Summit Place Kia did a fantastic job. Second note, a new trainee lady greets us and proceeds with some car details. She doesnt know the stock of the Forte LXS so she tries to ask her manager who then addresses us with one of the most aggressive and attacking tones I have ever heard. She tries to clarify the stock with her manager again who ignores her. I mean a manager who treats both customers and employees with no respect? Definitely lost my purchase or ever coming back to this dealership. On to better ones!Also note: the tone and attitude he had with the person he was helping was DRASTICALLY different than when he addressed us for less than 3 minutes. Busy, yes. Excusable, absolutely not.Update: An upper management staff contacted me following this incident and I am assuming that something (even small) will be done. Very happy to see that they are handling things well behind the scenes.
The customer service here is superior! My fiancé and I both purchased vehicles from here and enjoyed every step of the experience. Mike was kind, knowledgeable, and so helpful. Jeff, the Service Manager is the BEST! My brake light went out, shortly after my purchase, and he instructed me to stop by the dealership. Not only did he get it done immediately, he actually changed it himself! Its pleasant experiences such as these that will keep me as a loyal customer. Id recommend them to anyone looking for a great car AND awesome service.Thanks guys!
I went to Fox Kia to get a price on 2 Kia Seltos S model and was told by the salesperson that I could have 1 like I wanted but would have to settle for 1 that was not the color I wanted on the exterior or the interior, I was also told by that salesperson that they were not going to order any more Seltos,th reason you received 1 star is because I cannot give you a big fat 0 and have my review posted, I am referring to the salesperson as a big fat 0
They told me that they are giving me a new car with great price sounds like generous for end of year clearance thing and they said better than used car which I was gonna buy it. And the paper also shows it has 10 miles in it. And we did all the paper work and insurance and right before sign they told me it has 3000 miles in it. So I asked same car with different color which has less than 20 miles and they said it has different program in it so cant give same price.That means they already knew that . But still not bad miles than I was gonna buy but I feel like they try to deceive customer because they saw I dont know anything.......I waist all my time and inquires on my credit.

Colleen, Brian and the rest of the folks in service are the best! My car was finished in less than half the time that I was told. The wonderful driver in the courtesy van drove me home and then came right back to take me to my car. This was one of the best service experiences I have had with any car dealership. Now, hopefully I wont be back anytime soon. But, if I am, I know I will be in good hands. Thanks Fox Kia! :)
We had a quick and easy used car buying experience! The staff were knowledgeable and easy to work with. I appreciated that I was treated as the primary decision maker (because I was on this purchase!) and that questions were not addressed only to mu husband. That is not always the case when a woman walks into a car dealership, even in 2018.
I have had quite a bit of work done to my Sorento at this dealership.Ive always found the staff to be pleasant, but getting a call back in a timely fashion just doesnt seem to happen.They have had to do quite a few repairs to the vehicle under recalls and warranty. Most recently I had the motor replaced in my Sorento because it was burning a lot of oil every 1,000 miles. It took 6 weeks to replace the engine because of a part backlog.My power steering light started flashing and I thought that maybe it was a loose wire from the engine being taken out. They were kind enough to diagnose that it was low voltage coming from the alternator causing the issue.Kia will not warranty the part because they dont see how replacing the engine could have caused the issue. Im sorry, but removing any part can cause issues. It could have been dropped, something spilled on it, condensation from sitting for 6 weeks during extremely rainy times, or even installed incorrectly.So in summary - I would only take my vehicle here for warranty work. The staff is friendly and I have no problems with them.
Excellent dealership with no pressure. Was able to find a great vehicle that fit my budget and needs. Richard Olsen helped walk us through the process from start to finish and made it very relaxed. Would gladly buy from again.
Bought my kia back in January of this year and did my first oil change the other day (May 14, 2020) at this location, and the service was excellent amid the covid19 craziness. Would recommend them to anyone.
