Terrible customer service. I ordered a tool from Unique Truck Equipment. One and a half weeks later, I emailed asking for a tracking number. I received a reply saying the tool would ship from the manufacturer two days later. The reply also stated they would send me the tracking number. I sent several emails in the following two and a half weeks, but I never received any replies. I tried contacting the manufacturer, but they said they could not tell me if the order was placed or when I might receive the tool that I ordered. One month after ordering the tool I have not received any additional information. I asked Unique Truck Equipment to cancel my order and I had to order the tool from another company. I get delays happen that you cant control, but not letting me know what is going on with my order is inexcusable. I need to fix my truck.
6 days ago I ordered toolboxes I wanted. I just got a call that they can not honor the price I was given and they wanted me to pay more. That alone is bad but 6 days have passed and I just got teh call. Terrible service. Do not deal with these guys.
I bought a welding machine which had missing parts. After nearly 3 weeks of phone calls and a conference call they couldnt figure a solution. So I had to purchase the parts myself from the main source in order to use the machine. And Unique truck were the highest priced vendor compared to there competitors.
