Excellent customer service. I needed a part asap while my vehicle was being repaired down the street from this store. The manager took my order and had the part delivered to the mechanic.

Just bought a car battery here for the first time and was very surprised at how heavy it was. The rude clerk who waited on me said, Oh, yes, theyre very heavy. No one was behind me in the checkout. Would it have killed him to bring it to my car for me? I was really disappointed in the very abrupt way I was treated. Also, he just grabbed a battery, no choices in price or quality, and Ill be bringing it back because I found one way cheaper at a competitor.

Good quality on most of their parts and decent counter staff that can answer most questions.

Stopped out because they were hosting a car wash and found out it was going to the scouting program. Nice job NAPA. Even saw Plainfield Fire Department get into the fun with the scouts. Also got a good deal at the store for getting my car washed.

The best auto parts store ever.

Went to Autozone and couldnt get the part I needed (THEY even recommended that I stop by NAPA) - first time ever walking into a NAPA store. Super clean, more people working there than the mcdonalds across the street - AND they were all smiling! Brought my problem to the worker (Sean) and he was extremely helpful and patient. NAPA had the exact part that I needed, and I couldnt find it anywhere else - saved me $250+ for some other kit. Not kidding you, this is going to be the first place I stop at from now on. Thank you for all your help and for saving me a ton of money!!!

Last 3 times Ive been here (plainfield location) the guy with glasses and beard is always rude to me for no reason not sure what his problem is but I dont shop there anymore

I was unable to get touch up paint for my Rav4 through Toyota parts department as no longer available. I had been to Napa the day before and they didnt have it in stock but told me I could bring in my VIN # and they could mix it for me. So I did that but VIN didnt give them what they needed Ed Briggs called the paint section and gave the number from the vial I had from Toyota but paint no longer good. They had what they need and within about 3 hours I had my touch up paint. It matches perfectly and I could not have asked for better or more pleasant service. Thank you.

Terrible customer service. I was the only customer in the store and 2 employees didnt even acknowledge I was standing there. I would rather spend more or buy it online then go to the store and be completely ignored. Very disrespectful and disappointing!!!
