A very pleasant and enlightening experience! Your sales person (Cassandra) was very professional and knowledgeable with all of the different Sleep Number options which helped us to make to make a positive well informed decision.
This seems to be the unpopular opinion here, but this was a very disappointing experience. My husband and I went to pick out our sleep number I believe around 7 weeks ago. We went in and a very kind sales man gave us a demo and helped us pick out our bed. He told us it would be a 4 week turn around time for delivery, which was fine. Then they contacted us telling us it would now be a 7 week delivery time frame, again, no big deal. So fast forward to earlier this week. We were getting ready for our bed to be delivered, we had been in communication with the delivery team because we had to switch the time so that way someone would be home to accept delivery. They called my husband the day it was supposed to be delivered to give him the time window we could expect them to arrive, and they told him it would be at the end of the 3ish hour delivery window. Time rolls around and they are about 20 minutes late for the time they gave him, only to call him and tell him that they were over hours and could not deliver the bed that evening. Which again, was fine we assumed it would come the next day. However that assumption is false. Somehow because of their scheduling error, we were now bumped to the end of the line and now our bed isn’t due to arrive until SEPTEMBER. Mind you, we have already gotten rid of our bed to make room for our new one. Also, to add I am about 20 weeks pregnant. Sleeping on the couch one night is one thing, but I’m sorry, I will not wait 2 more months for this bed to arrive.So my husband then goes down to the sleep number store after getting nowhere with customer service on the phone, because obviously we want our $8000 back and want to cancel the order. He got nowhere with the management at that store and they had to outsource to a different location for help, and when he spoke with them on the phone all they really did was brag about how they’ve had so many people in the store.. blah blah blah. All we really heard was they they had our money so we were low priority to the people who had not yet purchased their beds. The communication we’ve gotten to get our refund back has been appalling. They’ll tell you they’ll call you when they receive information, but really you just end up waiting all day only to have to call back and stay on them about it the next day. AND now they are saying it’s gonna take 2 weeks to get our money returned after haranguing them for a straight answer.All in all, this has to be the worst furniture buying experience I’ve ever experienced. There is no communication from customer service. They just sweet talk you in the store and convince you to spend a ton of money, and then as soon as you sign the paperwork you are shoved to the side. I’ve worked in the service/retail industry for years and I understand things happen beyond your control, but THIS shouldn’t happen. I’ve never had to harass a company this much for answers/a resolution for anything ever. The bed is nice, but I got an equally nice one for less money that’s gonna be here by the end of the week. Only thing is now I’m out $8000 dollars until sleep number decides to get around to refunding me at their leisure. 15/10 would not recommend.
We drove to Franklin because we were looking to buy a new bed and bring it home that same day so that is why we did not go to one of the stores much closer to us. We should have called before driving there but it was okay. Matt helped us as well as a few other associates who were pretty new. Before we knew it we were in the store for about 3 hours! Matt was running between us and other customers to assist which was okay because we understood the being new part. He kept calling my husband by the wrong name which we over looked because the other associate kept correcting him and he seemed to have alot on his plate. We still received pretty good service though. Unfortunately the bed wont be delivered for a month and after seeing some other reviews about people not getting their bed yet I am hoping that we wont have any trouble. Hoping the bed is worth it.

I was shopping online that morning and chatted with someone on the Sleep Number website and arrived at a decision about the bed I needed and the price, however, when I went in to the store and spoke with Sly (Sylvester) He was able to save me about $149! The demonstration was very informative and I had peace of mind before making my purchase. Excellent customer service!! I cant wait to sleep on my bed!!
We have had our Sleep Number i8 Smart Bed for almost two months and we love it. We purchased the bed in Cool Springs and had delivery and set up done in our new home in Clearwater, FL. Everything went perfectly with delivery and set up. Thanks to Sly, our salesperson, for helping us make the right purchase and for coordinating delivery and set up . We are very pleased.
We randomly decided to check Sleep Number mattresses out one cloudy cold afternoon. We were lucky to get Matthew Musgrove, the store manager, as our designated rep. He was extremely informative and we felt zero pressure at all. He followed up afterwards with some special sales he thought we might be interested in via email (again with zero sales pressure) and when we were finally ready to make our purchase, handled everything in a very efficient manner. We are getting our bed on Saturday and super excited about it! Thanks Matt, you did a great job for us!
From the moment we walked in the store Sly was very understanding, we did not buy the bed that day but we did come back and purchase a full package from Sly. I would definitely tell you to go in and try a sleep number bed out they have changed so much and Sly surely can help you find your correct fit.
My wife and I went there and tried 3 beds. The 2nd bed was I8 and I fell asleep on the bed. She had to wake me up. And thats when we knew we had found our new bed. I highly recommend going to see them and learn more about the beds. I can not wait until ours is delivered so I can enjoy a good nights sleep. And Corey the salesman was so helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time and answered all our questions and addressed any concerns we had.
I was there to purchase sheets that fit my split king bed. The man that helped me was very nice and helpful. I also appreciated being able to purchase the sheets I needed at 50% off!
Cool place! I really enjoyed being able to try the mattress with my wife. They’re sooooo comfortable! The man who works there was also very kind and helpful. Although we didn’t buy a mattress right away, that first visit had sold us! I’m not sure you’ll find a better mattress anywhere else.

Sylvester Bennett was AWESOME! He helped me every step of the way. Knowledgeable about every product in the store from Mattresses headboards bases and sheets. I will be referring everyone I know in the market for Quality life changing mattresses to him.
We were greeted immediately by a very friendly gentleman. He walked us through all the different options, and didnt pressure us to purchase at all. We returned the following day to make our purchase! Would highly recommend checking this location out!

I have never had worse customer service. They were extremely rude. I am 18 and I simply wanted to purchase a pillow. When I walked in, a sales man immediately said, “You need to leave. We have customers.”

Horrible horrible experience. Some of the worst money Ive ever spent. Mattress wont stay in place on base and one side will not hold air. Their customer service wants $179 to look at it even though the district, regional and store managers have promised to come look at it free (3 no shows). Do not buy this piece of crap bed, they will not support it.
