I went in here three times looking for a couch. Absolutely amazing people who are down to earth and very friendly. Two times I left with nothing. They never asked for my info and never pestered me to buy anything. I was indecisive and they helped me every step of the way. All three times were a very pleasant experience. Mostly because of birdie and the other dogs! You could just tell they were a family run business. I will be back for all future furniture.

I was amazed at how big their selection is. I have driven past this business for years and I regret that it took me so long to stop. Jason went above and beyond to ensure I got not only the best furniture for my budget, but, also for an amazing price! Their customer service is second to none in this area. I will never go anywhere else for my furniture. The difference between a larger chain store and a smaller family owned business is very evident. I was never pressured to “buy today” or “before the sale ended.”

We recently purchased living room furniture from Grevior and have been extremely impressed. We took our time deciding and went back several times; everyone was super nice and helpful and actually encouraged us to take all the time we needed - very different from most furniture stores.They are more expensive than a discount furniture store like Bobs, for example, but the higher quality is well worth it and in my opinion, their prices are better at Greviors than similar quality furniture stores. Huge selection too!Delivery was smooth with great communication and promptness with a specific time (ie 11am, not those 9-1 windows so many other places give you.)We highly recommend Grevior Furniture and will be back again! Bought a Daniels Amish bedroom set. It was less expensive then what we were quoted at one of the big New England chain furniture stores and was nice to support a local family owned business. We were unsure of the exact color we wanted/needed. We were trying to match w/her dresser and bench. The salesman allowed us to take samples home to compare. He was great, he answered all the questions/concerns I had. The delivery guys were great as well. There was a issue w/damage on a nightstand and mirror frame from the manufacturer packing/shipping, but Jason got it replaced/fixed for me.

Family owned, no pressure, sale prices on name brand furnature.

We had a great shopping experience.

Poor to average customer service. Furniture takes 4 weeks to receive. Beds were framed with cheap plywood framing for support which we had to reinforce with hardwood framing. End tables didnt arrive with sofas and we had to wait 3 -4 weeks .Just frustrating to deal with after spending $6,000.
