This location is relatively busy but decently staffed. The restrooms arent pristine but they are passable.The staff is very friendly and the shelves are well stocked

Other then their kitchen selections the inventory is poor. Trying to hard to include too many items and they end up with a very poor selection. They should stop trying to be a dollar tree and rite aid and concentrate on what their name implies. Walmart does a better job at almost everything this place is supposed to do.

This is one of my favorite stores. They have reorganized this store which is more efficient and seems more spacious. I like using the coupons that never expire.

This store is well known to carry quality products and it meets that goal. However youll pay top dollar for what you can find in other stores for a lot less. There return policy is top notch their customer service is awesome. Their employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Other than price it is a great store.

Standard bed bath and beyond. Good stuff, good quality, pretty fair prices. This one is actually larger than most Ive been to. The stuff I wanted was out of stock, they actually had one of what I needed but I needed three and their website actually said there were zero in stock, so something needs to be fixed there. So totalling 4 stars, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Good checkout service, but stock options were picked over and limited. Maybe due to the remodel. Really spacious though on the main aisles.

I languished in the checkout line for what seemed to be the entirety of the day. Selection was sparse, lacking, and so dirty! I really wanted to walk out, but several folks in front of me gave up first, so I decided to stick it out. Goodness!

Has no stock and has turned into nothing but a grocery store and something that you could go shopping at Walmart or Walgreens store. Super disappointing! They can keep their coupons.

Its been a long time since I was in a Bed Bath& Beyond store. I always thought I could find what I needed at Wal-mart for much less. Boy was I wrong. Bed Bath& Beyond has a huge selection of unique products for your home that are priced very reasonably. They even have a decent section for pets. And at this location the employees are awesome! At any given moment the staff members have 5 or 6 customers asking them where something is or shoving a phone in their face asking them to check inventory or any other questions you can think of and these BB&B employees manage to help everyone with smiles on their faces. Thanks so much!

Great value. Found things here i never knew I needed! Lol! A $50 mirror on sale for $8 due to a scratch on the frame. A little diy touch up, and good as new!

Placed an order online for in store pickup for two items with a total of $129. When I got to the store and asked the clerk for help with my order she seemed like it was a bother and even sighed out loud. She needed help and called the manager over to complete the process. After the manager rang me up the total was now $198. I showed them the order confirmation with the $128 price, but they said they couldnt do that. With a huge line of customers behind me I just said forget it Ill order it on Amazon which I did for less $124 and got it the next day. I want to support local businesses and think it is important to do so, but not with poor customer service and misleading pricing.

My Husband and I did our wedding registry in-person at this store. The staff was phenomenal! We were in the store for hours, the lady that helped was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. She was very patient! Highly recommend their wedding registry department!!

Found what I was looking for with two different employees in the store. All I had to do was ask. One woman took me right to what I wanted but was only one there. She took me to the computer and told me which other locations had what I wanted. I purchased the only one at that store (@ the time) and went to look at bathroom rugs. A clerk came over & asked if she could help? She could & did. Asked size I needed & color. She quickly found exactly what I wanted. Am sorry I didnt ask their names but thats the kind of service Ive always gotten at Bed, Bath and Beyond!

Great store. It has e everything one needs for the home, and more. The store has a huge collection of towels, linens, comforters, tablecloths and napkins, and more. They have inexpensive tableware as well as top of the line dishes, glasses and flatware. Great savings when you use the coupons (they never really expire). Service is great, too.

We love this store. They always have a ton of amazing items. We go in for a couple of things and end up walking out with a cart full lol. Highly recommended location as well. The staff is very friendly and the store is very clean and well kept!

I enjoy looking around here when I have the time. Its very large. Prices are quite a bit higher than other places but if you have a coupon (and they are always available!), it works out fine. A regular stop for coffee needs. Lots of curtain choices too.

Hosting our wedding registry here has been very easy. The staff were always welcoming and super excited for our upcoming big day! The only downside is that BB&B website stinks making it difficult to pull up the registry on phones. Not very well organized - but in store experience was fantastic.

Loyal shopper, have a credit card, and Im signed up for the 29$ a year program but when I tried to bring something back that was brand new in the box un opened they wouldnt take it. I didnt have a receipt but thats never been a problem before. Im paying off my card and cancelling my membership consider this 7000$ credit limit a customer no more. I was the one with the vacuum in case a manager reads this.

Its bed bath and beyond...I mean, you can find everything here. Bring your 20% coupon to save even more. I gave 4 stars because the wait time to check out is consistently long each time I visit.

They had what I saw in advertisement with 20% off coupon, however I forgot it. The woman at register said i had to physically bring it with me to get discount. I know this is not true. Last month I didnt bring coupon and they had no problem honoring it. Considering they mail it out to the public!

Store closes at 7pm? It’s Wednesday and I’m walking out at 7pm and at least 11 people are trying to walk in and they are apologizing saying “we are closed”. Someone at Corp needs to do a better job managing labor flow and hours

One of my favorite places to shop for home goods! They send so many coupons, there’s almost no excuse for not using one when shopping. Join the mailing list, text list, or both; just remember, they’ll accept expired paper coupons but not expired digital coupons.

Went in shortly before closing and it took me awhile to find what I came for and then I saw the clearance racks and it was all over LOL!! However they did not rush me, even when I wanted to sign up for their discount program and had tons of questions about it. Color me impressed!

Terrible experience. The store is claustrophobic and stuff was everywhere. We could not find two essential items they should carry. There was a massive queue line built so you could not walk up to a register even though there was no one in line. We could not find anyone to help us throughout the store so we could find the things we could not locate. Will not go back. I would rather find everything online and take a risk on quality and feel of bedding.

Do not order and choose pick up in store because they will say you picked it when you havent. The manager Tiffany was rude. I will not shop here again!

It always surprises me that this chain has so many selections in so many home type categories in a store that doesnt feel like a huge big box store. Regular prices can be high but they send coupons often and have generous coupon policies. If you cant find an item, most of the time a staff member will cheerfully help you locate it.

This location is not up to date on BB&B policies. I brought in a Wayfair price for price match and was told that they dont price match with Wayfair. I left the item and called their corporate office to discuss why they wouldnt. Turns out the policy was updated 5 months ago and that they do price match with Wayfair. They arranged for me to go back into store and obtain for the price match price. I know BB&B as a whole has struggled, maybe this type of thing is why. This was a $50 difference on a $488 item and they had no problem letting me walk. They were lucky I called corporate and they retained the sale. Will return, hopefully can change my rating over time.

The check out line was wrapped halfway around the store and they checked me out in a matter of minutes. I love this store great buys and variety.

Black friday was a blast! Impressed by the level of organization, friendly employees, stock, just all expectations were met.

The staff was super helpful in the drapery department. I really appreciated them. The line was so long to check out. Fortunately, they called extra people up to assist. So it wasnt terrible. I had a rather expensive order. When I went to another BB&B up in Bellevue afterwards to meet a friend, they told her about an annual discount program BB&B offers. Why wasnt I told about this in the Franklin store when I made my large purchase???

Very friendly service. They were able to return items from my registry without a receipt. the selection can be a little overwhelming at times, but its a nice store overall

I absolutely love Bed Bath and Beyond, but some of the associates here are extremely unwelcoming. I am one week away from having my son and had my 1 and a half year old along with my husband with me to pick up some needed items for our home. After we had spent 110 dollars here we were approached by three police officers in the parking lot who explained that an associate inside the store had called the police on us for “suspicious activity”. I was completely mortified and could not understand what we had done to deserve such treatment. The officers had told us that it was because we were there earlier that day “going in and out of the store and had returned a few items without a receipt”. The police officers told us we had done nothing wrong and sent us off on our way. Extremely distasteful and unfortunate how my family and I had been treated. I recommend going to a different Bed Bath and Beyond, if one at all.
